I Had contacted NSDL in twitter, they had provided the resolution swiftly, They had mentioned he steps to get the issue fixed and now the issue is resolved and i had the PAN card.

Its been 2 months still the issue is not resolved, no update from the NSDL, this is frustrating, I have provide the pan to link to bank account.
