E-kyc failed made through paytm but refund not processed

I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process. and after filling all the required details it taken me to payment page and i have made my payment using paytm.
The payment got deducted and it took me to 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime'....

PAN card returned saying insufficient address

Address:S/o Bijay Bahadur, house no-82,NEAR SHANKAR CINEMA HALL , CHHATISI,Bilasi Town , B.Deoghar

I had applied for PAN card online and on tracking id, it was showing dispatched on 21st March 2022 and today it is 10th of April. And now it is showing returned due to insufficient address. What shall I do now? Kindly help...

Pan Card handed over to Trackon courier which is not delivering it nor responding

My father's Pan card(BDYPS7083P) has been updated successfully and was sent from trackon courier service via AWB no[protected] on 6 april but now the tracking shows that address not found and the courier is sending it back.
I tried calling them number of times once they said they will deliver tomorrow and then no response and now the courier service is not even responding nor delivering.

Requesting you to please change...

status showing under process at income tax department for a long duration.

Pan card tracking details invalid

I had applied for correction of pan card through NSDL. My application was approved and on tracking through NSDL it shows that PAN card has been dispatched on 30 March through trackon. But on tracking in Trackon, it shows invalid tracking number. Called customer care, but no help. Please assist me on this.

Money deducted through billdesk qr scanner but nps registration failed

Hi Team,

i opened NPS account today, below are the details of it. at the final step of registration process i made the required payment of 1000 rs. through bill desk QR Code through my UPI payment app. and payment was successful since money was deducted but bill desk did not redirected me to success page.

New PAN Application request

I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process. and after filling all the required details it taken me to payment page and i have made my payment using paytm.

PAN card E=KYC not done because I did not get otp to my mobile

Address:NEW DEHLI

While applying PAN through online, I did not get otp for E-KYC at the last step. Now can i get refund or can I apply one more time through normal process.

My Acknowledgement no is “11076771”

I have completed the payment via UPI. It was showing successful in the payment app and I have contacted the App support they was confirmed that the amount is sent to ‘National pension system Nps trust'.

First time login Unauthorised PRAN

I am trying to create IPIN via reset password as instructed in mail, but I am getting error o[censored]nauthorised PRAN or PRAN not found in database upon trying to reset the password. Kindly resolve this at the earliest....

PAN Card Modification and payment but unable to proceed

Generating Token to proceed further on modification on PAN Card details of my Father. I want to change Lastname, Date Of Birth. And I did that as well.
After payment is Done. I got the below error Message:

"Your request cannot be processed. Please try after some time using returning user option on the Login page"

So I clicked on the Home page to enter Token and other details. So I got the below error...

Getting error as - Unauthorized user for first time login

I registered with e-nps and got the PRAN number on mail. I have completed all the process with e-sign verification. But when I am trying to login to website for the first time to reset password, I am getting error- "Unauthorized user".

Have logged grievanvance complaint on NSDL site.
Please help so that I can proceed....
