    I applied for PAN and submitted payment.
    The application couldn’t go through due to mismatch of data with Aadhar and i got a message that amount will be refunded.
    However, I have not received the refund yet.
    Attaching details of application and transaction.

      I have successfully paid for the pan card. I have received acknowledgement number and also the payment receipt in e-mail however i am unable to track it online. See attached screenshot.

      Please let me know if my application is received or not?

        I have applied for new pan card on 12 April 2022 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number - [protected].

        But when i checked my application status in the tracking website, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

          I paid 106.90 Rs. for my PAN card application form token no. [protected] via Paytm the amount got deducted from my bank account transaction id 0094626647120420221026361649739396025 as per NSDL site but the site did not show any payment done or approved screen and stopped working and when I relogged in it took me back to make payment screen.
          Hoping for an early reply.

                I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process. and after filling all the required details it taken me to payment page and i have made my payment using paytm.
                The payment got deducted and it took me to 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime'.

                    My father's Pan card(BDYPS7083P) has been updated successfully and was sent from trackon courier service via AWB no[protected] on 6 april but now the tracking shows that address not found and the courier is sending it back.
                    I tried calling them number of times once they said they will deliver tomorrow and then no response and now the courier service is not even responding nor delivering.

                    Requesting you to please change the courier service and do make it a point that does not rely on these type of courier service.

My application was approved and on tracking through NSDL it shows that PAN card has been dispatched on 30 March through trackon. But on tracking in Trackon, it shows invalid tracking number. Called customer care, but no help. Please assist me on this.

                            Hi Team,

                            i opened NPS account today, below are the details of it. at the final step of registration process i made the required payment of 1000 rs. through bill desk QR Code through my UPI payment app. and payment was successful since money was deducted but bill desk did not redirected me to success page.

                            please help! now when i try to login to eNPS page it says below message

                            "The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #"

                              Any update on this complaint ? It's been almost 2 months that i have raised a complaint and i don't see any progress or response yet. Please let me know if i have to proceed legally. I really don't want to waste my money and time on this website. Either you return my money or process the application.

                                  Hello,

                                  I'm Akash B N, I'm a resident of Karnataka

                                  I have registered today for NPS via enps.nsdl website.

                                  My Acknowledgement no is “11076771”

                                  I have completed the payment via UPI. It was showing successful in the payment app and I have contacted the App support they was confirmed that the amount is sent to ‘National pension system Nps trust'.

                                  But there is no confirmation from NPS.

                                  And if I try to login with acknowledgement number I'm getting the response as “response from the payment gateway for the payment attempt against the acknowledgement number is waited".

                                  Can any one please help me with this. I tried to call so many number which was present in website. No response.

                                        Generating Token to proceed further on modification on PAN Card details of my Father. I want to change Lastname, Date Of Birth. And I did that as well.
                                        After payment is Done. I got the below error Message:

                                        "Your request cannot be processed. Please try after some time using returning user option on the Login page"

                                        So I clicked on the Home page to enter Token and other details. So I got the below error message:

                                        "We are unable to proceed with your online PAN application due to the following reason: Mismatch in any one or more of the following fields as per PAN application with the details available in the UIDAI database. Name/ Gender/ Date of Birth/ Name as per Aadhaar.
                                        Kindly visit the designated TIN-FC /PAN Centre and submit your PAN application using the Biometric (fingerprint) facility. Your Online PAN application fee will be refunded within seven working days. The List of designated TIN-FC /PAN Centre is available at URL https://www.tin-nsdl.com/tin-pan-center.html"

                                        Even I did two times and both times got the same error message and two times money was deducted from my account.

                                        I received the amount back to my account, but I want to know why my application is rejected even though there were no errors/bugs in the document. It would be good to share how can I proceed further with the same steps to change the DOB and Name of my Father.
