I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process. and after filling all the required details it taken me to payment page and i have made my payment using paytm.
The payment got deducted and it took me to Your request cannot be processed.Please try after some time using returing user option in Login page'. I am not able to proceed further.
I tried the above thing twice for the same user.
PAID TWICE.

    I registered with e-nps and got the PRAN number on mail. I have completed all the process with e-sign verification. But when I am trying to login to website for the first time to reset password, I am getting error- "Unauthorized user".

    Have logged grievanvance complaint on NSDL site.
    Please help so that I can proceed.

          I was in the process of registering for nps account. I updated my details and uploaded the required documents. Then i tried to make payment but got stuck at payment gateway. Now i am trying to login using my acknowledgement id and date, but i am getting following error from last 4 days.

                      I have applied of correction of PAN card through NSDL portal

                      I requested for change of photo, signature and parents detail in my PAN card

                      Aadhar number :[protected]

                      PAN card number : PLDPS5666D

                      Transaction Reference Number :

                      In website it shows transaction status is success, but it shows we are unable to process your data for the application of PAN card. The issue is quite frequent I applied for this correction of PAN card 3 times till now and it shows we unable to process your data. Please have a look into this problem and process the change of correction of PAN card as soon as possible.

                        I was in the process of registering for nps account. I updated my details and uploaded the required documents. Then i tried to make payment via UPI, my amount is deducted but got stuck at payment gateway. Now i am trying to login using my acknowledgement id and date, but i am getting following error.

                        "The response from the payment getway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you wait for the retry of the payment process for registration in NPS."

                            Respected Sir, I've been trying to login into my NPS profile but it shows me an error saying "The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS".

                              I used nsdl website to create a new pan card.for my friend Temporary token is [protected]. I used physically document submitted option for his aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.106.90 Using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank but aadhar athuentication is not proceed.It shows on the screen we are unable to proceed with your online pan application due to following reason: mismatch in any one or more of the following fields as per pan application with the details available in uidai database. Name/ gender/ date of birth/ name as per aadhaar. Kindly visit designated tin-fc /pan centre and submit your pan application using biometric (Fingerprint) facility. Your online pan application fee will be refunded within seven working days. The list of designated tin-fc /pan centre is available at url https://www.tin-nsdl.com/tin-pan-center.html. kindly please solve this issue and confirm pan card application.

                                Related to not get OTP for E-KYC

                                Jay kumar savita here, I Applied pan card for my mother on dated - 19/03/2022 via online service of NSDL, i fill the from correctly, submit the application and make the payment via online method.
                                When I submit the token no. and press on E-Kyc, I didn't get the OTP on given mobile number which is also attached with Aadhar.

                                Hi SIR/MADAM
                                on[protected] I Applied for a new PAN and Forwarded the documents by INDIAN POST as its tracking id is EF[protected]IN which is showing delivered ON ON[protected].
                                But when I checked the status of my PAN application which ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NUMBER IS( N-[protected] ) is showing SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS NOT RECEIVED YET .As I have called 5/6 TIME to customer care they are excusing by saying kindly wait 2 days since[protected]. As I have called 5 times .so kindly solve my issue or refund my charge which is i have paid for new PAN application .

                                      I have applied for pan rectification on tin nsdl website. my token id is [protected] and ₹ 106.90 deducted from my account. after redirecting the payment it showed the incomplete data and linking. As the amount has been deducted from my account through UPI and successful. We waited for 15 days to get auto reversal; however its not happening.
