Pan card application - acknowledgement no not received

I was applying Address change for PAN CARD online thru tin-nsdl.com
After submitting the application online, it did debited fees from my account & before i get the acknowledgement no., it had given me error.The amout has already been deducted from my account & after submitting application online, we have to submit the proofs with acknowledgement to their pune office.

I am now loosing days also, but still no much...

I tried to register for enps but while making payment due to error was not able to make payment. Repeated attempts to reregister shows error msg saying waiting for confirmation from payment gateway. Acknowledgement number 11015543. Date 11/2/2016.

Could not generate acknowledgement but payment succeed

I have applied for new PAN card on[protected]. My acknowledgement number is [protected]. I have enclosed the required documents and did a registered post. As of the postal India website my documents have been delivered to NSDL by[protected].

Still my pan status is "Documents have not been received yet". It's too early to complain but I don't want to be too late too....
