With reference to above subject, i have submitted my daughter proof in the name shrishti dwivedi, but in the pancard no.Clkpd5959c data her name shown as shrishti susheel kummar dwivedi(Id submitted with the application)
Kindly do the need full.
Further you are requested to send the pan card through national courier speed post as my village is out of delivery area of pvt. Couriers.

Complaint marked as Resolved As per my my daughter application and concerned documents are on name SHRISHTI DWIVEDI and while up dating and issuing time of PAN Card No.CLKPD5959C her name was updated as DWIVEDI SUSHEEL KUMAR SHRISHTI
Please confirm it I should go for correction of name formalities or it will be updated by your end by yourself, as her name is SHRISHTI DWIVEDI
NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by susheel1960 Neither any one contacted on phone or I have received any mail from their end, nor they updated and issued her the proper pan card.

Updated by susheel1960 Till today I have not received any communique from NSDL, nor they contacted on phone. Still in It records my daughter name shows wrong.
I asked the opinion also if I have to go for applying name change then please pass the message so i can apply, but submitted documents are right.
