    I gajanan pratap patil working as technical assistant at national institute of virology, pune gkp unit since feb 2012 . I have applied for the national pension scheme (Nps) and filled the application at least three times but till date i haven’t got my pran kit. Although the amount is being deducted regularly from my salary i don’t know what is actual status of the money being deducted. Kindly update me with the status of money being deducted for nps and its interest, if any.

      After clicking submitting and making payment, rs. 107/- plus applicable bank charges was deducted from my account but no acknowledgement number or transaction number was shown.

        3. Change of address.
        Above two point no. 1 & 2 correction till not done.
        You are requested to provide proper pan card and also up dated my pan data in national income tax site.

          I have applied for name change in Pan card. Applied date 16/12/2015. Since there were discrepancies in it, I resubmitted the documents. Later when spoke to customer care they said all documents submitted were correct. From then it's under process with IT department. No progress has been made, my entire business got held up.
          PAN -AAJFJ6091M. Please do the needful.

              Till today I have not received any communique from NSDL, nor they contacted on phone. Still in It records my daughter name shows wrong.
              I asked the opinion also if I have to go for applying name change then please pass the message so i can apply, but submitted documents are right.

                      Dear Sir/ Madam
                      I have applied the online eNPS on 30th march 2016 and fill the form with all formalities. the following steps have been done:
                      The registration No. 11060208 dated 30th March 2016.
                      I have also paid Rs. 50, 000/- through net banking Yes Bank.
                      The payment receipts has generated.
                      In the receipts Transaction status shows as failure and Transaction status description shows as success. Snap short is attached for your reference.
                      What is meaning of this
                      No PRAN is generated and online form is also shows as uncompleted.
                      The amount of Rs. 50, 000/- is also debited in my bank account
                      Pl let me know the status of my transaction about NPS.
                      I am very much worried about the money.

                          The application was made on 18 th February 2016.
                          PAN No is AACCS6725R.
                          Applicant Name is Singal Automotive Private Limited

                          As per NSDL the application has been forarded to the income Tax on 17th march 2016.
                          As per income tax it is with NSDL for verification.

                          We fail to understand the delay caused in issuing the new PAN card.
                          Due to non issue of PAN Card we are unable to get our VAT/CST & Service Tax registration.
                          We had been allotted dealership of 2 Wheeler Company but they have refused to open our account in absence of PAN Card.

                            Hello,
                            I completed my NPS registration and received PRAN kit. This was reasonably smooth although there were a few bumps along the way and I had to reenter information.
                            Now I want to invest 50K into my Tier 1 account for tax benefit before March 31. Unfortunately, the only options are 'Voluntary' and 'Tier II'. I don't know what these options are.
                            Now here is where the problem begins:
                            1) Toll free number [protected] is useless without an "id" which I don't have. The PRAN number doesn't work, and if you don't have "id" it disconnects. There is no option to speak with a human.
                            2) Mumbai number[protected] is picked up either by security guards or keeps ringing.
                            3) No response from info.cra @ nsdl.co.in
                            4) Email server bounce back for enps @ nsdl.co.in. Mailbox full! Seems like the mailbox is overloaded with complaints!

                            How do you contact these guys?? If I cannot transfer 50K by March 31, it is was pointless to open the account.

                            On the other hand, I'm thinking whether I should really go for this scheme now, if it is so hard to reach them to put you money in, it must be harder to get money out and that too at age 60!!

                                Non Processing of PAN Application - ack. No. N-[protected] dated : 01/02/2016

                                Please process my pan card application as DOB given to you exactly matches with my previous pan card DOB.

                                Earlier also Pan card was processed based on my DOB as stated in voting card. I dont have Birth Certificate since born in 1958 there was no compulsion for Birth certificate.

                                I just require duplicate pan card, application for duplicate pan card was not getting uploaded with out clicking change for DOB. So i have just click on change DOB even though there was no change in DOB as told by your TIN NSDL Customer Care.

                                Please provide me the Duplicate pan card. Please consider the details provided to you as final for DOB and i cannot provide you any more details other than copy of earlier Pan card, voting card, Aadhar Card, which is already provided to you and it is not possible for me to provide any other details as born in 1958.

                                Please consider this plea as honest request and process my pan card application.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have tried several time last week to open NPS account using eNPS facility. However due to various site related issues could not complete the formality.
                                    Today (18.03.2016) I could complete the form and reach upto Payment Gateway stage however Payment could not be processed due to various reasons ( site issue, internet issue, etc..). However now I am trying to enter registration process to complete the payment and registration but NSDL site is continuously giving following error message and not allowing to enter & complete the registration process.

                                    "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime."

                                    I tried to call on NSDL customer care no but there was no response. I even sent a complaint e mail to [protected]@nsdl.co.in e mail but I got failure notice saying "[protected]@nsdl.co.in
                                    The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending this message later, or contact the recipient directly.The following organization rejected your message: SMARTEXMB2.nsdl.co.in."

                                    I will have to complete the registration and payment on & before 11:00AM on 21.03.2016 hence help on priority.
