I am unable unable to complete my registration for eNPS system due to payment issue. I tried to pay online but my transaction got failed. I am unable to complete the payment process again for NPS account creation. i am getting the message "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime."

I tried to call the customer care but nobody is responding.

I am trying to contribute for NPS for the last one week. I am already registered with eNPS and I got the acknowledgement No. 11022819. But I am unable to make initial contribution. Payment gate way is not allowing. The below mentioned message is coming whenever I try. Kindly look into it and solve my problem.

I am trying to online register for NPS. My Acknowledgement No 11023365 dt 27/02/2016.

I have completed the process but due to OTP problem the payment can not be made.

Now the following error is being shown continuously :-

"Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime."

I have tried the phone nos [protected] and [protected] but nobody care to attend the phone.

You are requested to initialize my application so I can make fresh application.

You are requested to email your query/complaint to the dedicated CRA email ID info.[protected]@nsdl.co.in, mentioning your Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN). Alternatively, you can also register a query/complaint with the following options- a. Logging on the website www.cra-nsdl.com with the user ID (PRAN) and Internet Personal Identification Number (IPIN) allotted to you. b. Calling CRA’s helpline number (Toll-free[protected] and authenticating yourself with the Telequery Personal Identification Number (T-PIN) allotted to you. c. Writing to CRA in prescribed format (Form G1-which is available on our website-www.npscra.nsdl.co.in under the menu ‘Subscriber Corner’). When I try to Complete Pending Registration, I get the message "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime." I was applying Address change for PAN CARD online thru tin-nsdl.com
After submitting the application online, it did debited fees from my account & before i get the acknowledgement no., it had given me error.The amout has already been deducted from my account & after submitting application online, we have to submit the proofs with acknowledgement to their pune office.

I am now loosing days also, but still no much help.
