This has reference to the query/complaint raised by you. You are requested to email your query/complaint to the dedicated CRA email ID info.[protected]@nsdl.co.in, mentioning your Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN). Alternatively, you can also register a query/complaint with the following options- a. Logging on the website www.cra-nsdl.com with the user ID (PRAN) and Internet Personal Identification Number (IPIN) allotted to you. b. Calling CRA’s helpline number (Toll-free[protected] and authenticating yourself with the Telequery Personal Identification Number (T-PIN) allotted to you. c. Writing to CRA in prescribed format (Form G1-which is available on our website-www.npscra.nsdl.co.in under the menu ‘Subscriber Corner’). If Form G1 cannot be downloaded by the subscribers, they can simply write a letter to CRA and send it to the following address: NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Ltd. 1st Floor, Times Tower, Kamala Mills Compound, Lower Parel, Mumbai – 400013 We thank you for being our valuable subscriber and giving us an opportunity to serve you better.

    My Acknowledgement Number is 11016546 and the Acknowledgement Date is 17/02/2016. When I try to Complete Pending Registration, I get the message "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime." I am getting this message for the last 2-3 days.

              I was applying Address change for PAN CARD online thru tin-nsdl.com
              After submitting the application online, it did debited fees from my account & before i get the acknowledgement no., it had given me error.The amout has already been deducted from my account & after submitting application online, we have to submit the proofs with acknowledgement to their pune office.

              I am now loosing days also, but still no much help.

                              I made the payment online application for pan but at the time of generation of acknowledgement my computer was off due to not having invertor now i recieve that payment is succeeded but i am not getting the acknowledgement it shows pos 22453746 and e-governance infrastmumbai in txn#[protected]. i dont know acknowledgement no. and transaction no. and i have not recieved e mail but payment is made

                                I have applied for reprinting of pan card application no for the same is: [protected].
                                On the date of 19/11/2015 i have received an e mail update that my document verification is done and application data for pan aoapt6556n will be compared with income tax department's database . And pending at income tax department.

                                I had made no. Of calls to nsdl they said it is pending at itd and we cannot do any thing.
                                After that i call the income tax department they updated that all the verification is done from there side and application is pending an nsdl. They even registered a complain against nsdl. Complain no for the same is: 5926188 dated 19 jan-2016.
                                But till now there is no update and my pan card is not dispatched.

                                  I have applied for new PAN card on[protected]. My acknowledgement number is [protected]. I have enclosed the required documents and did a registered post. As of the postal India website my documents have been delivered to NSDL by[protected].

                                  Still my pan status is "Documents have not been received yet". It's too early to complain but I don't want to be too late too.

                                      Respected sir or Madam,

                                      I am employee of J&K Bank Ghaziabad Branch.I had applied for PRAN [Permanent Retirement Account Number] under the government scheme of NPS.. But I have not received PRAN Card and also any pin. I had informed Nodal Office, Chennai and sent mail Customer Care and Raise the Grievence on NSDL web site. They replied me with the speed post No. EM[protected]IN. When I checked this number in online tracking system, it is shwoing undelivered to Delises office (Mumbai). Again I was informed it is undelivered and after two monts shows no content found post office says we return it But they said again we are not received yet. I said you can check on this number in online tracking system.

                                      Since last 5 months i am following up with CRA-NSDL and there is no proper response. Staff at CRA is not taking calls most of the times and if in case they take the calls they are not giving the proper feedback and information on my query. Nobody taking care my complaint. They dont care of the Customer. I am following Customer Care, Grievence, and mail also. Now I'am mentally haresh this is serious issue please necessary action also send it to my office adress
