    SIR/ Madam, With due respect I would to draw your kind attention to the matter that I SMT ARPITA BHOWMICK DUTTA, had applied for PRAN through Treasury office, Tinsukia (Assam) and accordingly my 16 digits PPAN is allotted to is.[protected]. The said PPAN application had applied by me necessary forwarded from Block Elementary Education Kakopathar, Dist- Tinsukia (Assam) and my CPF is being deducted from my regular Salary bill against PPAN No. . [protected] . W.e.f JULY/2013 to till October / 2013. After that, from the month of November/2013, I have been drawing my salary at TINSUKIA BENGALI GIRL’S School, Dist- Tinsukia (Assam) as being appointed the said school as graduate teacher and accordingly my CPF is getting deducted against the same PPAN to till date. On enquiry at Treasury office, Tinsukia for my PRAN Kit, I have come to know that my PRAN[protected] is generated against my PPAN . [protected]. But, Sir I am surprised when I enquired at CRA through your Toll Free No, reason for delay of dispatch my NPS kit, at that time I got information that my NPS Kit had already dispatch[protected] through OVERNIGHT Courier and delivered the said kit at District Treasury office Tinsukia and CRA has also informed me that the PRAN[protected] is generated against PPAN . [protected] in the name of INDIRA BORAH instead of my name “ARPITA BHOWMICK DUTTA’. On enquiry at Treasury office, Tinsukia (Assam), I also come to know that the actual PPAN OF SMT INDIRA BORA IS [protected] I have not physically received the said NPS (PRAN) KIT due to the error of my name. Therefore, May I request to you to look into the matter and arrange for necessary rectification of my NPS Kit and re-issue of PRAN CARD along with new I-PIN and T-PIN against my name and also adjusted and credited my recovered amount into my NPS account which was recovered against my above mentioned PPAN & PRAN No .     On enquiry at Treasury office, Tinsukia (Assam), I also come to know that the actual PPAN OF SMT INDIRA BORA IS [protected]

    I have not physically received the said NPS (PRAN) KIT due to the error of my name.

    Therefore, May I request to you to look into the matter and arrange for necessary rectification of my NPS Kit and re-issue of PRAN CARD along with new I-PIN and T-PIN against my name and also adjusted and credited my recovered amount into my NPS account which was recovered against my above mentioned PPAN & PRAN No .

I have received my pran card no.[protected], in that my surname is VAISHNAY and my nominee name is MEENA VAISHNAV but according my service record my correct surname is VAISHNAV and my nominee name is BEENA VAISHNAV.           This is jai prakash serving in crpf.As i applied for pran in 2011 but till date i didn't recieved pran kit from yr office. My pran no. Is[protected] and ppan is [protected]. When i checked online status of pran card it shows that my pran card has been delivered to the address below-

                I ARATI DAS request to inform you that I could not get my pan card
                from NSDL when i have visited the website
                of NSDL .I have been inform there that they have send it through FIRST FLIGHT
                courier dated 13th January 2014. My acknowledgment no: [protected] and PAN CARD NO - BXRPD7959N

                But i could not get any evidence from
                FIRST FLIGHT website. so i request u (NSDL) to take nessasary action and
                I get it as earliest as possible.

                  Dear Sir, I have a demat account which no. is 1134200 & DP ID is IN300118 at Alankit Assignments LTD ( ALL)Raigarh (C.G.). I have no Online facility for trading. There is 500 nos. of JSPL share has been debited from my account to another account no.[protected] on dated 02/12/2011 without my knowledge by Ex.branch manager of Alankit assingments LTD Raigarh. Then 400 nos. of same share has been credited in my account on dated 05.12.2011. So total 100 nos. of JSPL share theft from my account. When I ask about it to ALL Raigarh branch manager then he reply me to contact to ALL H.O. Delhi. I have so many times ask to ALL Delhi H.O. by e-mail & phone to apply for statement of my trading and demat account. They were send me statement sheet of demate account on dated 05.08.2014. I was shocked to know that the account no.[protected] is of Mr.Puranmal Agrawal, who is the father of Mr. Lokesh Agrawal . And Mr. Lokesh Agrawal is The EX. branch manager of ALL at Raigarh. I have attached statement file with this complaint. So please, now help me to get back my share.

                        I am working as a Judicial Officer in the State of the Punjab. I was posted as Civil Judge(Junior Division) at Dhuri District Sangrur Punjab in the Year 2008 when i joined the CPF Scheme. I was allotted PPAN No.[protected] and PRAN NO.[protected]. As per the IRA tracking system of Central record agency-NSDL. my PRAN KIT was dispatched to office of District Treasury Officer, Sangrur Punjab on 31/05/12. At that time i was posted as in district Bathinda Punjab. I never received the PRAN KIt which has apparently been lost in transit. I urgently require the same.                                   sir, i have to say i opened my PRAN NO[protected] . Somehow nominee name was miss-pelt in master data, i reported to POP-SP but they, after passing one and half year they are not able to even register my complain.they are saying we don't know how to lodge this, for this they required user id and password but they don't have this .i complained lots but every time they said it will be done. But still they did not do his.now i am afraid about my contribution in PRAN.

                                  i know that this was not up loaded by pop-sp madhubani. but this is the problem that they are not doing this i wrote them many times but problem is as usual. So please do the needful action and talk to Madhubani head post office that why not they are doing this.

                                        Hi, I am Dhara Vyas. I have applied for PAN detail changes application and I did payment through NSDL service. First Time NSDL service said that Transaction is incomplete repeat with same Transaction No.:[protected]. So I repeat the step of payment with same Transaction No and second time transaction is successfully completed. But I found that Payment is deducted twice from my account. I have made payment through NetBanking service of SBI bank. I talked with Bank and they says that Payment is done to the NSDL. So please talk with them. I have attached 2 Photo as proof of transaction. Please do the needful. Thanks, Dhara Vyas
