On 19/1/2014, I received a sms that the PRAN Card (PRAN No.[protected] has been dispatched on 14/1/2015 by overnight courier AWB [protected]. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t received my physical PRAN Card. On tracking the overnight courier website, it shows that the PRAN Card has been delivered but I have not received it. Repeated attempts to contact overnight courier via email and phone have gone unanswered. Important documents like the physical PRAN Card should not be sent through services that do not deliver. Request you to look into the matter and ensure that I receive the physical PRAN Card. Either the overnight courier has to track the courier and ensure that it has been delivered to me directly or the CRA has to resend the physical PRAN Card as it is a very important document. I have however received the T-PIN.

This site is www.npscra.nsdl.co.in. I can many try but I am failure..When I put user-id andI-Pin then display is shown is shown by me that invalid user-id and password and When I click forget password then dispaly is shown that your account is blocked. That's is why I want get password and I want renew I-pin and T-Pin and all statement will be send to my home very quickly.         1) I submit that, earlier i was applied PAN Card and issued PAN card number, but, i have not received the same. 2) Now, i was applied again to issue of PAN card. But, the status is showing that Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name.             Hi, I am Pallavi Patil. I have applied for new PAN and I did payment through NSDL service.First Time NSDL service said that Transaction No.:[protected] and there is no reply from server. So I repeat the step of new application and second time transaction no. [protected] is successfully completed. But I found that Payment is deducted twice from my account. I have made payment through Debit card of ICICI bank. I talked with Bank and they says that Payment is done to the NSDL. So please talk with them.Please look into this matter and arrange to refund wrong deducted amount. Thanks, Pallavi Patil

              sir, i am a central govt (Min Of Defence) employee and my PRAN Number is[protected] and my name is Rambir Agrawal, my contact no is [protected], e mail-rambir.[protected]@gmail.com earlier i have deposited Rupees 5000/ in my NPS A/C through axis bank cheque No 603745 dated08/02/2013 and the Bank has accepted, but now bank had returned my cheque saying that your A/C have frozen.when i asked to d-freez my A/C, then, thay said, your office will take action in this matter. please advise me the correct way to get solution. thanking you.

                      Hello Sir/Madam, I lost my pan card(PAN NO- AVQPT8046A) hence i applied for the duplicate one on 4th dec 2014 Acknowlegdment no- [protected]. Its been more than 22 days and I have not received my pan card yet.Everyday i am checking the status but all it is showing is its still under process at income tax office.I am worried why it is taking so long time.Please take this complaint as higher importance as i am an employee at IT company at bhopal(MP)and as an employee pan card is a must.                         Hi, My PAN application no is" [protected] " i have provided all documents which are required for the application but department is asking for ID proof of the officer who has attested annexure A and I have provided a document which is a certificate and issue by uttaranchal government with respect to that, " there is no specific identity proof /document is issue by UK government to doctor ", what was available I have shared same to NSDL through mail, When any government is not issuing any such ID proof then how could a customer produce that document to NSDL, Secondly if ID not issued then NSDL should take the available documents as final document.

                                      My Father is died, expired he does not have any identity proof apart from Deadth certificate which i already furnished. IF no father proof no PAN no where it is been mentioned in income tax. Please give the email id of Appealate level and contact no. If original Pan is issued with the same proof why can not the ameded proof be issued with same proof. My father name mentioned in original is same as compared to Amended.
