company says it was advance brokerage cannot give rs 75000 against 100000/ paid.pls help.

        Dear Sir, I had made so many complaints to share broker as well as NSDL but so far of no use. I had sent a complaint to [protected]@cdslindia.com and received a complaint number C0007369. Pls advise me where I need to take up the matter to get a quick action from the Share Broker M/s Geojit PNB Paribas. Let me give a brief description of my problem. I am a NRI working in the middle east for the last 18 yrs. Before becoming NRI I had a resident trading and depository account with Geojith with client ID ref[protected]. When I became NRI, I wanted to open NRE depository account, as suggested by Geojit, they had inactivated my depository account keeping my shares in the same account. Now many years passed, I am realizing that my shares are blocked with Geojit and I am being charged towards AMC for this account a lot of penalities. I had put up a request to transfer all these shares to my mothers account. It is almost 6 months passed Geojit is just prolonging the issue by giving various reasons. They are not informing or sending me the documents required to be submitted.The are insisting for a Delivery Instruction Slip to do this process and I don't have this. They are not taking any action also in this regard. I ahve requested them to process whatever documents required through thier Barjeel Geojit Office located in ABu Dhabi. They have not taken any action, instead just prolonging the issue for a long time. I would like to get the guidance of an agency that can solve my problem. Sonu who is the dealing staff at that time They told me that u submit Rs.500/- to us. Next day we sent your receipt on your email id. Some problem has been occured in my pran card- 1- My father name NIRAHU RAM but print on card NIHAHU RAM so please alter the detail card for correct father name. 2- My mobile no is not updated in my account. You are requested to email your query/complaint to the dedicated CRA email ID info.[protected]@nsdl.co.in, mentioning your Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN). Alternatively, you can also register a query/complaint with the following options-
                                  a. Logging on the website www.cra-nsdl.com with the user ID (PRAN) and Internet Personal Identification Number (IPIN) allotted to you.
                                  b. Calling CRA’s helpline number (Toll-free[protected] and authenticating yourself with the Telequery Personal Identification Number (T-PIN) allotted to you.
                                  c. Writing to CRA in prescribed format (Form G1-which is available on our website-www.npscra.nsdl.co.in under the menu ‘Subscriber Corner’). If Form G1 cannot be downloaded by the subscribers, they can simply write a letter to CRA and send it to the following address:

                                    I applied for my pancard on 8th august, but still now I haven't even got my pan number. My 2 months salary is on hold. On tracking the pan card, its showing that "its under process at income tax department" from last week. Previous to that it was showing that "its under process".
