KYC registration not done by NSDL

I have submitted my documents & completed IPV with Religare securities for KYC on 28th May, 2013. But till date there is no updation of my KYC in NSDL. Religare representative says they submitted my documents to their HO and HO have submitted the documents to NSDL . It is now duty of NSDL to update the KYC status in the system.

Now I don't have clue how get my KYC registration completed through NSDL and whom to contact...

Hello All,

PAN application got rejected because the documents are not valid. The reason here is, attached documents don't contain expanded surname as like mentioned in application form. I don't have proof which contains expanded surname and have proof only name with initial of surname.
