With reference to the below email…..I want to know as when can I get my rest PF amount as I got only20 percent of amount from the actual fund which I’m supposed to receive. I left from my duties long back 2 years but I yet receive my PF fund, As PF is my own money which was deducted from my monthly salary, hence there should not be any such condition to withdraw the funds. Rather, the process should be, the option should be given to the Emp if he willing to buy any scheme.

I’ve great respect to the PFRDA guidelines but process brought to into the system is not in the Emp’s favor. Finally, I would want know from you if there is any other process with following which I can get my funds directly without taking it through annuity|

    Dear Sir
    I had applied a pan card on 19-Dec-2013 vide acknowledgment no-[protected] .which has been sent by NSDL by First Flight Courier on 30-Dec-2013.vide bill no-B991Q5347504.But the First Flight Courier neither deliver it by the address given nor it Phone to me by the given number-[protected].
    The First Flight Courier always doing monopoly. which is not excused.

    So I request you to be kindly don't dispatch the PAN cards to such a irresponsible Courier company.& sent my PAN card by the given address by post.

      I was employed with Employees State Insurance Corporation, Model Hospital, Ludhiana but later resigned. While in service, I had submitted application for Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN) and was allotted[protected] by Central Recordkeeping Agency, NSDL. I had got a few e-mail messages for intimation of credit at my mail id [protected]@yahoo.com but haven't received my PRAN Kit till date. I had sought information about my PRAN Kit from ESIC, Model Hospital, Ludhiana under RTI Act, 2005 but in their letter dated 25.11.2013, they have stated that my PRAN Kit is not available in their office. Kindly intervene so I receive my PRAN Kit.

          On the subject cited above amount has not been credit in my pran No. i have requested to my DDO but no action has been taken. I also wrote to My DTO officer, Jalandhar. BUt again no satisfied action has been taken. I am really confused what should i do now. Kindly solve this issue as early as possible. You are requested to credit this amount in my Pran No. I also forgot my password . Kindly reissue me new password.

              I forgot my I-PIN and typed it five times and it was blocked. I requested NSDL CRA for a new I-PIN. I got new I-PIN but it was not working. I tried to call them but they were not answering my calls. Please help me in resolving my problem.

                Dear Sir,

                This has reference to your trail mail for providing new password.

                We would like to inform you that if you have forgot the password (I-PIN), you can reset the same by using 'Forgot password' link. After clicking the 'Forgot password' link you need to answer the secret question which you had set at the time of first log-in. The system will prompt you to reset the password (I-PIN) by entering the new password and confirming the password by re-entering the same. However, if you are unable to change the password with this option you need to request for re-issue of password.

                To reissue the password (IPIN), you need to submit the Subscriber details Change Request Form (S2 Form) with written application to your respective PAO (Pay and Account Office) through DDO (Drawing and Disbursing Officer). PAO has to retain the change request form and shall not forward to CRA.

                You can download the ‘S2 Form’ (Subscriber Details Change request form) from our website www.npscra.nsdl.co.in.

                    Hello Team, I have applied for Duplicate Pan Card Request on online NSDL site through acknowledgement number [protected] this got rejected stating the reason(name discrepancy) the application Name should be as per ITD Database that is Pooja Ojha...Now that i submitted the application Name with Pooja Ojha with acknowledgement number [protected],they again rejected the application with the same reason Name Discrepancy,now they are saying according to ITD data base the application should be in name of Pooja Vinod Ojha.I don't know in what name should i submit the form.Now due to this am unable to get my salary account opened and am living without salary for more than 2 months.I dont understand how the Processing team works there .They are looking into which ITD database.If they want to take money and ready to pay money but i want my Pan card to be processed.Request you all to take necessary action against NSDL and assist me getting my application processed on urgent basis.

                    Hi everyone, I have the same problem as mentioned above. NSDL pan services they reject my application just because My name is Naveen Kumar N and they ask me what do you mean by N? i said this is my intial name anf they further question me why is my fathers name start from letter N ? This is absolutely crazy People! I hope they get burn in a hell for this nonsense plan of thiers only to suck the money they are sitting there.

                        My PRAN no. is[protected]. Earlier I was posted in C.Excise & S. Tax, Guwahati. I had been applied there through DDO, Guwahati for re-issuance of I-Pin but not in S2 format due to non awareness. Meanwhile I have been transferred to Central Excise, Ranchi. Again I have applied for some correction in my personal details and re-issuance of I-Pin through PAO, Central Excise & S. Tax, Ranchi in prescribed S2 format. I got a message from NSDL that my contact no. has changed and i am getting message of credit of NAV units for tier 1 against my PRAN no. Again I requested to the PAO, Ranchi for re-issuance of I-Pin, now they apprised me that my account shows pending in nsdl website and I have been directed to contact NSDL. Inspite of repeated request the grievances discussed above has not been redressed till date. under the circumstances i compelled to raise this issue before the consumer forum for redressal.

                          Not Received PRAN Card

                          Dear Sir, I had applied for PRAN [Permanent Retirement Account Number] under the government scheme of NPS. But I have not received PRAN Card.                           Sir, I was working in NF Railway, Lumding Division, Assam. There i applied PRAN CARD for new pension scheme. After that i resigned railway job and got appointed in EPFO office in september 2008 but till today it is very regretted to say that i have not received my pran card except a deposit statement from CRA, NSDL through my previous employer where in my Pran No and Ppan no are seen.I have approached several time to my previous employer and nsdl office but no positive response have received. My present employer is pressuring hard on me to apply for new pran card or submit an earlier one but i do not have an option. Under this circumstances whether i can apply for new pran card or not since i have already allotted.
                          So you are requested to give a kind solution regarding this problem and help me out of this.

                            My PRAN is[protected]

                            My NPS account went freeze on not investing amount on time. I talked to customer care and they told me that my account is under Tier II and i need to fill UOS-S10A form along with INR 6,324 at my branch's PoP-SP where i opened the NPS account. I live in Delhi while account is in Head post office - Hardoi. Last month I visited with the form and amount customer care told.

                            I spent 4-5 hours in the head post office where my account is registered but they could not solved my problem. The disgusting thing was that no-one even knows what is PoP-SP. They sent me one seat to other seat and other seat to another seat. Near 8-9 seats I visited that day and the atmosphere was exactly like Musaddi Laal's Office-Office. No-one, even postmaster of the head post office knew about PoP-SP and exact process o[censored]nfreezing the NPS account. They all were forcing me to come on Monday but I had train of the same night.

                            I came back to Delhi and now i will visit on Diwali. Don't know my work will be done or not, so also suggest me how to withdraw the scheme. Customer care was telling that I have invested 19000 till now. So please guide me.

                            Also I am posting my this horrible experience on some other websites, sothat people will research twice-thrice before opening NPS account.

                            I understand that I am responsible for this but there must be some literate people in the office who must know the process. Besides me, my brother and few friend's accounts are also freeze at Hardoi head office and they all will be suffered like me.

                            same thing is happening with me. I have sent the form by post at the pop HQ address because all these popsp have no idea although their names are mentioned in the cra website.
                            Hi, I too have similar issue, I opened the account online througj eNPS website. None of the banks listed as pop-sp has any idea about it.

                            Why can't NPS send remainders as APP notification or email or THRO SMS so that we can lay on time.

                            To be frank I am not aware that payment us due.

                            My PRAN has freeze even after submitted the application. The cause is given as "PAN Card Copy not provided". It is also indicating that "Scanned copy are accepted only in case of Cancelled Cheque and Pan Card". But where to upload the scan copy? Can anyone help me.

I logged in as said, but when I click on "click here" section for unfreezing, it's showing 'error'. I went to eNPS for online submission; don't know. It's all a mess. I couldn't even break my fast on time as it's the matter of salary. The treasury department is not showing my number on the ebill submission, being the DDO(Drawing and Disbursing Officer)too.                             I also facing problem regarding nps. I joined sbi in 2012 and subcription of nps is compulsory. But due to some problem i left the job after one month and did not contribute after that. Now my account is frozen and i want to closed my account but the head office is in delhi and i am in Manipur. I search if i could close my nps account online. I lost my phone number which i had given during my subscription form and i dnt know login id also. Now i am joining state govt.job where nps is madatory.i dnt know what to do. Please tell me if its ok to open new nps account? what should i do.
                            Same situation with me, the NPS account is frozen and i have visited 4 bank braches (SBI sector 1, SBI Sector 2 . Canara Bank Vasundhara enclave who are lsited as PoP) but not even manager know how to get the same unfreezed.
                            Same problem... I called many times to customer care and they tell me different different option...Still not unfreeze. 1 year spent :(
                            I am also a victim of nps accounts getting frozen. But i am little lucky that out of my 7 accounts which got frozen due to the mistake of my bank (pop), 6 got unfrozen but still one account is in frozen condition. Staff at my bank is giving full support but they also lack knowledge on procedures .
                            I was lucky that i could log in my frozen account & sent one message to the grievance cell. I immediately got reply that hard copy of my account opening form has not reached the nps office, which is required to reach them in 90 days from online opening of account. I immediately got my account form downloaded from their site & filled the pending details in the form & sent it to my bank for further process and submission. About a week has passed since then but still the account is in frozen condition.

                            The only complain i have is that they are not able to communicate proper procedure for solving the problem .
                            I tooooooooooo facing same problem...is there chance to unfreeze the account in main branch... NSDL Mumbai?
                            I joined sw railwy 2013 may 16 and I left that job in August 2014 ...and they removed me from service in Dec 2015.
                            No contribution in NPS and I have ONLY PRAN number...now I'm working in State govt since 8 months . facing problem to get salary... help me any one please... what can do get soooooooooooon

                            seems lots of complaints, but no resolution at all..
                            i also have same issue..
                            Opened NPS through enps website.
                            Given my savings bank as HDFC and after PRAN generated can't contribute money because my account got freeze due to my ekyc is pending at my bank.
                            But when I called my bank, they are not aware of ekyc process which they supposed to do...
                            What needs to be done...
                            Don't give HDFC as your savings bank file filling eNPS

                              sir, i have enrolled my policy[protected]for paying the premium amount through online. In this connection I sent a enrollment form duly filled to my lic office i.e., lic alathur, kerala. but till date the outstanding amount is not shown in my login id. therefore it is requested that all outstanding amounts including loan amount may please be shown in my id, so that i can pay all the outstanding amount immediately.

                                  I am retired from my office on Date 31.04.2012. But yet not payment my diduction amount by NSDL Mumbai. I was applied application for geting my diduction amount on dated 31.05.2013 by countersigned by my office head DDO and district tresery officer 'Barh Patna' my PRAN NO. Is[protected]. My total service period is only sixteen month only, so i want one time payment of my total diduction amount. Plese help me Honerable officer,s and clearks NSDL office.

                                    no.RM[protected]IN, it was found that
                                    packet was returned back from
                                    Rajouri HO on[protected] and
                                    ultimately
                                    reached and delivered at DELISLE
                                    ROAD.

                                    on our behalf as soon as possible.we
                                    also requested u to informed us
