Sir, I was working in NF Railway, Lumding Division, Assam. There i applied PRAN CARD for new pension scheme. After that i resigned railway job and got appointed in EPFO office in september 2008 but till today it is very regretted to say that i have not received my pran card except a deposit statement from CRA, NSDL through my previous employer where in my Pran No and Ppan no are seen.I have approached several time to my previous employer and nsdl office but no positive response have received. My present employer is pressuring hard on me to apply for new pran card or submit an earlier one but i do not have an option. Under this circumstances whether i can apply for new pran card or not since i have already allotted.
So you are requested to give a kind solution regarding this problem and help me out of this.

    My PRAN is[protected]

    My NPS account went freeze on not investing amount on time. I talked to customer care and they told me that my account is under Tier II and i need to fill UOS-S10A form along with INR 6,324 at my branch's PoP-SP where i opened the NPS account. I live in Delhi while account is in Head post office - Hardoi. Last month I visited with the form and amount customer care told.

    I spent 4-5 hours in the head post office where my account is registered but they could not solved my problem. The disgusting thing was that no-one even knows what is PoP-SP. They sent me one seat to other seat and other seat to another seat. Near 8-9 seats I visited that day and the atmosphere was exactly like Musaddi Laal's Office-Office. No-one, even postmaster of the head post office knew about PoP-SP and exact process o[censored]nfreezing the NPS account. They all were forcing me to come on Monday but I had train of the same night.

    I came back to Delhi and now i will visit on Diwali. Don't know my work will be done or not, so also suggest me how to withdraw the scheme. Customer care was telling that I have invested 19000 till now. So please guide me.

    Also I am posting my this horrible experience on some other websites, sothat people will research twice-thrice before opening NPS account.

    I understand that I am responsible for this but there must be some literate people in the office who must know the process. Besides me, my brother and few friend's accounts are also freeze at Hardoi head office and they all will be suffered like me.

    The account was automatically unfreezed for sometime in 2015 and I received an SMS regarding that. After that I kept it active till now.

    Hi, I too have similar issue, I opened the account online througj eNPS website. None of the banks listed as pop-sp has any idea about it.

    Why can't NPS send remainders as APP notification or email or THRO SMS so that we can lay on time.

    To be frank I am not aware that payment us due.

    Same story here too... account frozen though I had invested within 12 months. God knows what is happening.
    God save us from who ever is responsible for this.

    My PRAN has freeze even after submitted the application. The cause is given as "PAN Card Copy not provided". It is also indicating that "Scanned copy are accepted only in case of Cancelled Cheque and Pan Card". But where to upload the scan copy? Can anyone help me.
    Same situation about my PRAN which got froze - TIER 1. I'm depending on my salary and I won't get it. For the past 3 hours, I have been searching how to unfreeze. I logged in as said, but when I click on "click here" section for unfreezing, it's showing 'error'. I went to eNPS for online submission; don't know. It's all a mess. I couldn't even break my fast on time as it's the matter of salary. The treasury department is not showing my number on the ebill submission, being the DDO(Drawing and Disbursing Officer)too.     I also facing problem regarding nps. I joined sbi in 2012 and subcription of nps is compulsory. But due to some problem i left the job after one month and did not contribute after that. Now my account is frozen and i want to closed my account but the head office is in delhi and i am in Manipur. I search if i could close my nps account online. I lost my phone number which i had given during my subscription form and i dnt know login id also. Now i am joining state govt.job where nps is madatory.i dnt know what to do. Please tell me if its ok to open new nps account? what should i do.
    Same situation with me, the NPS account is frozen and i have visited 4 bank braches (SBI sector 1, SBI Sector 2 . Canara Bank Vasundhara enclave who are lsited as PoP) but not even manager know how to get the same unfreezed.
    Same problem... I called many times to customer care and they tell me different different option...Still not unfreeze. 1 year spent :(
    I am also a victim of nps accounts getting frozen. But i am little lucky that out of my 7 accounts which got frozen due to the mistake of my bank (pop), 6 got unfrozen but still one account is in frozen condition. Staff at my bank is giving full support but they also lack knowledge on procedures .
    I was lucky that i could log in my frozen account & sent one message to the grievance cell. I immediately got reply that hard copy of my account opening form has not reached the nps office, which is required to reach them in 90 days from online opening of account. I immediately got my account form downloaded from their site & filled the pending details in the form & sent it to my bank for further process and submission. About a week has passed since then but still the account is in frozen condition.

    The only complain i have is that they are not able to communicate proper procedure for solving the problem .
    I tooooooooooo facing same problem...is there chance to unfreeze the account in main branch... NSDL Mumbai?
    I joined sw railwy 2013 may 16 and I left that job in August 2014 ...and they removed me from service in Dec 2015.
    No contribution in NPS and I have ONLY PRAN number...now I'm working in State govt since 8 months . facing problem to get salary... help me any one please... what can do get soooooooooooon

    Given my savings bank as HDFC and after PRAN generated can't contribute money because my account got freeze due to my ekyc is pending at my bank.
    But when I called my bank, they are not aware of ekyc process which they supposed to do...
    What needs to be done...
    Don't give HDFC as your savings bank file filling eNPS

In this connection I sent a enrollment form duly filled to my lic office i.e., lic alathur, kerala. but till date the outstanding amount is not shown in my login id. therefore it is requested that all outstanding amounts including loan amount may please be shown in my id, so that i can pay all the outstanding amount immediately.

              packet was returned back from

              reached and delivered at DELISLE

                      I have submitted my documents & completed IPV with Religare securities for KYC on 28th May, 2013. But till date there is no updation of my KYC in NSDL. Religare representative says they submitted my documents to their HO and HO have submitted the documents to NSDL . It is now duty of NSDL to update the KYC status in the system.

                      Now I don't have clue how get my KYC registration completed through NSDL and whom to contact in NSDL.

                      Pls. help me to get done my KYC registration completed. My PAN : AHXPG2400L

                        Sir my name is Sudhir kumar kumura. But in my pran account my name is shown Sudhir kumura kumura. So sir how can i change kumura to kumar.

                        Now I changed my name as G NARENDER REDDY trough GOVT GAZETTE.

                          I have PAN card No. ABOPG8928N issued in 1995-96. I have found that whatever the address we write in IT return they despatch refund order to address recorded at the time of issue of PAN. I wished to get address changed. Charges for change in PAN data (including change of address) and issue of new PAN card are same. With the passage of time there is bound to be photo change. Therefore on line application is submitted for new PAN card. I got Ack No. [protected] and relevant papers sent to Income Tax PAN Services Unit of NSDL at Pune. They have acknowledged receipt.
                          1. For Photo Id I have submitted copy of Identity Card issued by my employer, State Bank of India, As also copy of Passport. as per drop down menu.
                          2. For residential address proof I have submitted copy of telephone bill as per drop down menu.
                          3. There is provision for 2nd address. I wished to get incorporated my 2nd address, office address. This is on the Identity card issued by them. There was no drop down menu for this.
                          Now they have mailed me that :
                          1. 2nd address is not as per list. If they don't accept 2nd address office address as is in Id issued by the. Let me know where is the list for 2nd address.
                          2. They say photograph is not proper (Photo folded/Photo with dark specs/ small sized photograph/ Photo stapled/ Faint Photo/ side faced photo).
                          They are not specific. How to solve the problem. Because none of the above things were with photo send by me.

                          They e mailed me but are not ready to take reply on e mail. It has only one way traffic. Why should I be burdened with expenses for new application, Fax new record of 2nd address or send by Speed post and all these.
                          Since they got my money and necessary papers, they should send new PAN card at my new address. If they find problem with 2nd address Id , it is not mandatory and they may disallow it.
                          They are not listening and not sending new PAN Card at new address.

                              Hellow Sir,
                              Myself Sagar Subhashrao Salunkhe is central government empoye and my PRAN no is[protected]. I send the request to CRA NSDL office for re-issue of I Pin, Change in Present Address and change in Nomine six month back. I received their mail that my request for regeneration of PRAN card/I-PIN/T-PIN has /have been accepted on 16/11/2012. Acknowledgement No.for that is [protected]. But till date I have not received any letter from their side for my new I pin. I also called on customer service number of CRA-NSDL ([protected])but did not got any positive reponse. They simply asked me to write mail to CRA-NSDL. I also written mail to them. Concerned authority, Please give attention to my grievance as my PRAN[protected] as soon as possible.

                                I am holding the NPS PRAN :[protected] and an employee of Dept of Space Govt of India.
                                After this March 2013 month contribution credit it was found that the total number o[censored]nits available in my portfolio of SBI,UTI &LIC are reduced significantly(i guess due to software error).In this regard I had written to CRA two times in this regard and not even obtained an acknowledgement of mail.

                                The details o[censored]nits as on 09.03.13 and as on 22.05.13 are produced here once gain,drawing ur attention.

                                        I had applied for new PANCARD dated on 6-Apr-2013 and my acknowledgment number is [protected] but after long time I have not received my PANCARD nor my pan is allotted ..
                                        Everytime when I check the status online the application shows this message "Your application is under process at NSDL - TIN Facilitation Center. Kindly call[protected]/4716302/4716303 for further processing of your application."
                                        NONE of the above numbers are reachable.
                                        I also sent e-mail to NSDL regarding the same dated on 25-Apr-2013 but still not received any reply,

                                        So my humble request to you kindly do the needful.
