HCL Technologies — i didn't receive pan card

Dear sir,

i have applied pancard in last month, still i didnt receive pancard, my application no is[protected], and i would like to know my pan card processing status.

I posted all the documents to Mumbai. i issued cheque(axis bank) for Rs 67( sixty seven rupees only) and dropped it in HDFC.Eventhough it got cleared i didn't received my PAN card. please do the needful.

I am Pinaki Goswami working at Directorate of Census Operation West bengal under Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt of India. I have been issued with a PRAN No vide [protected] while joing at Directorate of Census Operation Assam on 08.06.2009. But till today neither I have received my PRAN Card nor my Pin number. In this regard, we wish to inform you that the PRAN card along with I-PIN/T-PIN (PRAN Kit) was dispatched to the PAO (Pay and Accounts Office). Your PRAN kit was delivered to your PAO on the 19th August 2009, via AWB [protected] you may contact your PAO in this regard.

Further, we would like to inform you that the subscriber has an option to reissue the PRAN card and I-PIN/T-PIN. To reissue the PRAN card and I-PIN/T-PIN, you need to submit the Subscriber details Change Request Form (S2 Form) to your respective PAO (Pay and Account Office) through DDO (Drawing and Disbursing Officer). Please mention your active Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN) in the form which is your user ID.

After receiving your S2 form, PAO will capture & authorize the request for re-issue of PRAN card and I-PIN/T-PIN in CRA system by logging into NPSCAN website (www.npscan-cra.com) using the I-PIN provided by CRA to PAO at the time of registration, CRA will send the PRAN card and I-PIN/T-PIN to your PAO.

This has reference to your query raised, we would like to inform you that the Subscribers who have joined government service prior to March 2009 and covered under NPS are registered with CRA and PRAN No have been allotted on the basis of soft copy data (legacy data) including PPAN provided by DTO. PRAN allotted to you on the basis of PPAN is “[protected]”. However, CRA shall update the complete details of the Subscriber (Personal, Nomination and Employment) and dispatch PRAN kit containing PRAN card, subscriber master details and I-PIN (for accessing CRA website) only after receipt of physical PRAN applications (S1 Form) duly filled by the Subscriber and authorized by DDO & DTO.
Hence, you will be required to fill the application for allotment of PRAN providing your PPAN correctly and submit the same to the DDO. The DDO will forward the same to DTO who will forward it to CRA. In such case, on the basis of PPAN provided in the application, your details will be updated in the CRA system.
In case, if you have already submitted the application, you are requested to confirm with your concerned nodal office whether they have forwarded the same to CRA.

It appears that you are entering the incorrect I-PIN while logging into the CRA website, hence you are receiving the message “Invalid Password”. In case you have forgotten your I-PIN you can reset the same by using the 'Forgot password' link. After clicking the 'Forgot password' link you need to answer the secret question which you had set at the time of first log-in. The system will prompt you to reset the password (I-PIN) by entering the new password and confirming the password by re-entering the same. However, if you are unable to change the password with this option you need to request for re-issue of password.
To reissue the password (IPIN), you need to submit the Subscriber details Change Request Form (S2 Form) to your respective PAO (Pay and Account Office) through DDO (Drawing and Disbursing Officer). You need to fill up ‘Section C’ of S2 form for reissue of IPIN and TPIN. Please mention your active Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN) in the form which is your user ID.
After receiving your S2 form, PAO will capture and Authorize the request for re-issue of IPIN in CRA system by logging into NPSCAN website (www.npscan-cra.com) using the I-Pin provided by CRA to PAO at the time of registration. After receiving online request, CRA will reissue the password and your IPIN envelope will be sent to your communication address mentioned in PRAN application form by you at the time of registration for NPS. PAO has to retain the change request forms and shall not forward the forms to CRA. You can down load the ‘S2 Form’ (Subscriber Details Change request form) from our website www.npscra.nsdl.co.in.
