I applied for the corrected pan card and paid the fees through my credit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displayed the following message :

You cannot proceed with KYC request. Kindly generate new Token and proceed with physical

    I filled pan update application. Whenever I made payment, it got debited but shows error: "Your Previous payment request has been cancelled.Your Money will be refunded back. Kindly make another fresh payment"

        For my relative, I have filled PAN Application Form through online and did payment 4 times for token numbers [protected], [protected] & [protected] but every time I got a message like Payment got failed and transaction timedout.

        For 4 times, my money got debited from my account. Could you please check and refund my amount at earliest.

            Hi,

            My name is Ashish Kumar Singh, and I have been issued a PAN Card ( EAMPS4175L )
            Also the same PAN card number is issued to another person name Ashish Singh located someplace in Dhanbad.
            So it has started creating issues in my EPF, ITR filings, CIBIL reports, Mutual Funds KYC etc.
            Could you please investigate this matter and let me know in case you need more information?

              I received a sms through my mobile -[protected] on date:04.09.2021, nsdl team replied "Your PAN card has been dispatched on by Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no.[protected], at the address for communication*indicated by you in the application.

              The PAN card will be delivered in due time. As per the status shown in the site .

              when i checked shipment status AWB Number[protected] on website:
              https://trackon.in/Tracking/t1/SingleTracking

              its Error! Request Failed due to reason, Not a Trackon AWB No / Invalid Reference No/. Old Shipment. (Screen shot attached).

              plz resolved this issue quick as possible thank you very much.

                  This is to inform that I Resident of Delhi have Pan card Number BXIPK4346R since 2011 and today I have received call from unknown person from Rajasthan who has same Pan number. His Name, Father name and Date of Birth are same as mine. He is filling ITR since but I am not. I have visited one of your office and they suggested me to go IT OFFICE but did not guide what should I do?
                  It is my humble request to provide complete process details or resolve my concern as soon as possible. I am continuously facing problem while operating my bank account.

                    I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my sister. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.106.90 using my Net Banking. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 30/08/2021 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to aadhar card data mismatch. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days." I have not got any refund. where is the amount of my Pan Application? . I need all my money to create a new pan card. they have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change.

                      I fill New Pan application form on NSDL Pan website. I got token number [protected]. I paid fees of 107 Rs and its status is success.
                      My Aadhar is linked with mobile number. Then When I click on Aadhar authentication tab, it is failed many times due to some reason. And i didn't understand what's problem.
                      But my payment is deducted from bank account and this application can not be completed till authentication process is complete.
                      So, my question is that how to get refund in my original account in earlier.

                              I applied for the pan card today and paid the fees through net banking but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
                              Your e-KYC /e-Sign based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC /e-Sign mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.
                              This is the 2nd time this has happened to me the last time also I didn't get a refund

                                I have tried contacting all the numbers given on website and even written mail to the email id mentioned on website but no revert anf all the mobile numbers are switched off.

                                  I had applied online via ekyc/esign mode for a pan card on 25 Nov 2020. I had received the 15 digit acknowledgement number for the same on my email. I have not received my pan till now 9 Sep 2021. When i check the status of my application, it says

                                  "We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your PAN application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to NSDL to enable us to process your PAN application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact TIN Call Center at[protected]

                                  Note:- Kindly ignore the above application status message if PAN application is made online using e-KYC, e-Sign or DSC based facility.

                                  What should I do now? Please help
