      We have started dispatching/delivering the physical copy of PAN. However there will be delay in dispatching/delivering of PAN card due the current situation. We request you to use the e-PAN provided. The same is valid and acceptable. We thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
      Its showing no record found when i checked in NSDL website... acknowledgement number is [protected]... I request NSDL to look into it resolve it real soon as i uave to open my bank account urgently.

            I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.106.90 using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 28/07/2021 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to Mismatch of information entried in PAN application form with UIDAI dabase . Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "
            We are unable to proceed with your online PAN application due to following reason: Mismatch in any one or more of the following fields as per PAN application with the details available in UIDAI database. Name/ Gender/ Date of Birth/ Name as per Aadhaar. Kindly visit designated TIN-FC /PAN Centre and submit your PAN application using Biometric (fingerprint) facility. Your Online PAN application fee will be refunded within seven working days. The List of designated TIN-FC /PAN Centre is available at url https://www.tin-nsdl.com/tin-pan-center.html."
            till then 16days over I still not received my application fees.
            I want immidately refund of my application fees.

                This pan card seva application which opens from web http://pancardseva.org is a complete fraudster. it charges rs 499 for pan card and it never does it work for it claims for. it asks for online filling of form as well as hard copy of it. please arrest these culprits as early as possible.

                i have mistakenly clicked this website as it was the first option in google search for pan card apply and filled the form for changes required in my pan card and also paid rs 499 via upi and then it asked for hard documents to send which alerted me as i knew that in online form filling no hard copy is required and charge is also 107 only, after which i came to know that it was fraud website. kindly take the necessary action against them.

                        I have made an application for PAN on 06th August 2021 bearing token number :- [protected], I have made the payment of Rs.106.9 as well whose reference number is attached herewith, My Aadhar authentication for e-signing did not complete as I have not received any OTP, I have uploaded my photo, signature, Identity proof, Address proof, date of birth proof in pan application bt just e-signature remaining due to not receiving OTP, So I request you to kindly consider my PAN application as such because even after trying many times I have not received OTP, i[censored] cannot consider my application then kindly refund the amount.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I had requested for my PAN Card to be reissued to get my address corrected. I submitted the form on NSDL and also paid for physical card to be issued. On July 6, I received confirmation for PAN card issue and it has been despatched. It has been one month and I have not received my PAN card. I called up NSDL customer care and they gave me the Tracking number[protected] of Trackon courier serivce. (www.trackon.in). I called them up multiple times from 3rd August onward and they said they'll deliver it. Today on Aug 6th they started saying they've delivered my PAN. Whereas it has not been delivered. I warned them that I'll do a police complaint for withholding my PAN card as they don't have any proof of delivery also. They told I can do whatever I want. I am already frustrated calling them so many time and also called NSDL but they're not helping and asking to contact courier company. Please look into this matter.

                          Also, NSDL has to own the responsibly of choosing the right courier partner (like Speedpost or indian post), not these private companies. NSDL must be penalised for harassing the tax payers and any misuse of PAN Card. NSDL Complaint Numbers: 35525146, 35478646

                            My PAN is CLLPS3535C and It has been showing incomplete KYC for investment of Mutual Funds for a while. So for the same, the undersigned via FISDOM Fund APP (Partner City Union Bank) submitted for KYC Update via Digilocker in CVL KRA (all relevant documents are provided). When I subsequently checked online for status, the same is being indicated as KYC present in NDML KRA. However, no person / office in NDML has been available to update the same. I have given up trying to get the same updated via NDML KRA. Kindly do the needful for either updating the KRA with all details provided else allow CVL KRA to complete the KYC

                                I applied for the CORRECTION IN pan card and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displayed the following message :
                                Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days. Now its been over a month but neither the refund has come nor e-kyc has completed.

                                Please refund my money.Details are given below:

                                  I would like to cancel the application made for PAN Card and request a refund of the payment of Rs. 107. The payment was made from the SBI A/C on 29 Jul 2021, 01:22 PM. The bank account is in my name Nived Nandakumar Raja. I have attached the screenshot of the Application Status. Please look into it and cancel the application and kindly make the refund.

                                        Hi...
                                        I have applied for changing my address & surname after my marriage on 17th July. I have submitted my Aadhar Card copy downloaded from website (after changing my surname & address after my marriage) and old PAN card copy. I received a mail on 18th July that "Proof for change in name of applicant required.
                                        Submit proof of name change of the applicant."
                                        I mail them same copy of aadhar card & PAN card again on 22nd July, they reject it again and inform me via mail on 24th July.
                                        On 27th July I submit my aadhar card, marriage reg. certificate & my husband's passport copy.
                                        I received mail on 28th Jule that "we would like to inform you that the documents received on July 27, 2021, are found to be in order during preliminary verification."
                                        I didn't received any further mail from them but when I am checking PAN status via website it is showing that " we have received the documents with reference to your PAN application. However, the documents are not valid."
                                        Can understand what is the problem and which documents is required for this changes.
