    I applied for the CORRECTION IN pan card and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displayed the following message :
    Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days. Now its been over a month but neither the refund has come nor e-kyc has completed.

    Please refund my money.Details are given below:

      I would like to cancel the application made for PAN Card and request a refund of the payment of Rs. 107. The payment was made from the SBI A/C on 29 Jul 2021, 01:22 PM. The bank account is in my name Nived Nandakumar Raja. I have attached the screenshot of the Application Status. Please look into it and cancel the application and kindly make the refund.

      1.The payment of Rs.107 was made to A/C Nsdl Egovernance Infrastructure Ltd. (Paytm UPI ID: Paytm[protected]@paytm) from Paytm A/C of Nived N Raja(myself)

        I filled the request form for making changes to my PAN card and made a payment of 106.90 as fees. However, the verification failed and the request was canceled and I haven't yet received my refund for the same.

          I applied for name change on 27 July 2021 it was not proceed

          We are unable to proceed with your online PAN application due to following reason: Mismatch in any one or more of the following fields as per PAN application with the details available in UIDAI database. Name/ Gender/ Date of Birth/ Name as per Aadhaar. Kindly visit designated TIN-FC /PAN Centre and submit your PAN application using Biometric (fingerprint) facility. Your Online PAN application fee will be refunded within seven working days

            Hi...
            I have applied for changing my address & surname after my marriage on 17th July. I have submitted my Aadhar Card copy downloaded from website (after changing my surname & address after my marriage) and old PAN card copy. I received a mail on 18th July that "Proof for change in name of applicant required.
            Submit proof of name change of the applicant."
            I mail them same copy of aadhar card & PAN card again on 22nd July, they reject it again and inform me via mail on 24th July.
            On 27th July I submit my aadhar card, marriage reg. certificate & my husband's passport copy.
            I received mail on 28th Jule that "we would like to inform you that the documents received on July 27, 2021, are found to be in order during preliminary verification."
            I didn't received any further mail from them but when I am checking PAN status via website it is showing that " we have received the documents with reference to your PAN application. However, the documents are not valid."
            Can understand what is the problem and which documents is required for this changes.

              I applied for e-kyc the the fee has not been refunded it says "You cannot proceed with KYC request. Kindly generate new Token and proceed with physical" please look into and refund the amount

                Hi,

                I have newly registered with e-nps and allotted with pran[[protected]]. I have also completed by first subscription and completed e-sign verification with aadhar. But when I try to login to website with pran to set my i-pin or password for the first time I am getting the error - unauthorized user.

                Could you elapse check and fix the i-pin issue so that i can login to my account and do my subsequent contributions.

                      My name is Jadhav Roshan Rajendra. I had applied for pan card 1 month ago . I got my acknoledgement number and receipt of successful application. But yet i can't able to track my pan card status and also i didn't received my pan card. I checked several times on NSDL website but it shows not found in database or application is in under process. I am very confused about this situation please help i'm student and i need pan card urgent for my education so please help...Thank you

                          I had applied for PAN using online facility on 24/07/2021, Acknowledgment Number ([protected]) and I have digitally signed my application using e Sign, I have uploaded my Aadhaar document as proof..

                          On completion I received this message,

                          "Thank you for using online facility for PAN application.

                          If you have digitally signed your application using eSign/eKYC then there is no need to forward physical documents. "

                          But now when i check my PAN Application Status it shows

                          "We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your PAN application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to NSDL to enable us to process your PAN application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact TIN Call Center at

                            I applied for the pan card on 11-july-2021 for two times and paid the fees through UPI but the e-kyc failed due to which the following message displayed:

                                  I had done upi payment for pan card on 5/06/21 and 6/06/21 both times payment got failed but deducted from the balance (106.90, 106.90 /-) respectively
                                  I consulted the respective bank about the issue, they said that there is no fault with them and said to consult pan service for the refund since there is problem with NSDL-Pan service

                                    I am selecting Assam rifles.
                                    My 1st reporting centre sukhhovi no.3 trg BN Nagaland.
                                    April 1st reporting in sukhhovi and April 2nd transfer to diphu No1 training centre Assam.
                                    I am not happy here and my mind not supported to training in diphu trg centre. So April 25th report to here. My coy chaanglang. 4 plaatoon. I daily report in morning and evening rolecall. I am waiting from zero week to present 12th week but no use and no response. So my mind thoda upset and trying to suicide attempt.
                                    Please help me.
