My PRAN no. is[protected]. Am doing monthly contribution of INR 1000 through mobile NPS application. But today when i tried to i was not able to do it. Please solve the issue on priority and till date am not able to login into NPS as it is showing error 'PRAN not found in database'. And am receiving the mails also from NPS after making monthly contribution on below mail ID.

    I'm trying to log in to CRA to generate a password and to update my mobile number, with my PRAN number. But it says PRAN is not found in the database.

      Hi.
      I am facing the same issue.Please let me know what to do.

      I have created the nps account of tier - 1 type. And pran is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as pran not found in database.

      Could you please help me with this. As i'm not able to access, or even check the contribution made for this pran.

                I appllied for a online correction pan card on May month 2021 vide application No:[protected][protected] and and when i checked the status of pancard on computer after 15 days my name on computer displayed as was change shaina shaikh was correct but not despatched on till date, process the application i have all document sent to [protected]@nsdl.co.in

                  Dear Sirs
                  I am Mohamed Mahin from tamilnadu
                  I have made educational loan application through NSDL
                  Vidyalakshmi portal
                  My application ID: 1066663
                  I have applied to two banks
                  one is SBI
                  They rejected my application form because they
                  said this bank for SME so we don't give educational loan
                  2nd one is canara bank
                  they said they give yearly 22 thousands only but i need yearly 100000
                  so I made a request letter to Canara bank on 05th AUG 2021 to cancel my application.
                  after that the branch manager said we cancelled your loan application .
                  regional bank staffs also said your application is cancelled try with some other bank.
                  but the problem is NSDL port shows the status of my application is still
                  in SUBMITTED
                  LAST THREE MONTHS I Suffered from both these banks
                  today the branch manager of Canara bank said we will explain your situation to NSDL Come after a week

                  so kindly update my status as cancelled/rejected
                  because than only I move to another bank for
                  my dream education. please

                        My acknowledgement no is 11678889. After filling all the mandatory fields when I am going pay 500 my session got time out. And from then it is showing that the response from payment gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement no is awaited. We request you to wait for the retry of payment process for registration in nps. Please solve me the issue. Its an emergency.

                          I applied for PAN card and after completing the application process and paying the required amount today i.e., 25.08.2021, it is showing "your e-KYC/e-sign based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC/e-sign mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days". Why did it failed? I have applied using Aadhar and all the details were same. Can I apply freshly through this platform?

                            I applied for the pan card and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :

                                I have been trying to apply for the Instant E-PAN using adhaar based esign generation. However after i made the payment successfully, the esign generation fail is occurring repeatedly even if i give proper OTP i get on the Adhaar linked mobile number. Kindly let me know how can this be resolved. Do i need to reapply through other website? Will my amount be refund?

                                  Didn't receive any refund after my e pan card application failed, it's been almost 2 month since my application failed but refund hasn't been made . Please refund my money back as soon as possible. Spent almost 600 rs trying to make e pan card but failed everytime.

                                    I have applied for new pan card on 21th August 2021 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                                    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                    If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                    But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                                        Hi,

                                        We are a Partnership Firm and I applied for PAN through the DSC mode today (18 Aug 21) using Form 49A online.

                                        We further applied for TAN after finishing the PAN application and digitally signing it. The website automatically redirected us from PAN application to TAN application after the digital signatures.

                                        When we checked online for the status, for PAN it shows that the records are not found. However, for TAN it shows the application is being processed.

                                        Payment for both have been made and acknowledgement received.

                                        The acknowledgement number for PAN is N-[protected] while for TAN is [protected].

                                        Kindly help know what is wrong.
