Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure First Time Password Creation - unauthorized user

I have newly registered with e-nps and allotted with pran. I have also completed by first subscription and completed e-sign verification with aadhar. But when i try to login to website with pran to set my i-pin for the first time i am getting the error - unauthorized user....

Refund of an unsuccessful payment.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I was applying for a PAN Card on 24/06/2021 and when the payment portal prompted I paid the fees of 106.90 Rupees and it showed "Unsuccessful payment attempt if the balance was deducted from your account it will be refunded do a fresh payment" so seeing this I tried once more and it failed again both of the times balance from my account was deducted so I request you to please help me my assuring within how may days...

OTP not received for eSign

I have applied for pan card online with option e-kyc authentication through aadhaar. The details were submitted successfully and the payment was also made through credit card on 26/06/2021 09:03:44. But i haven't received the otp at last verification step.
Please suggest what should i do as payment already deducted to my account.

Refund on Pancard application failure

I have applied online pancard on 10/06/2021..due tehnical issues I didn't get any otp on aadhar authentication ..later it showed you cannot proceed your application you will get refund in 6-7 days ..but till todays its already 17 days completeled I didn't get refund amount to me...

No refund for pan card

I use NSDL website to apply for a new pan card. The temporary token is [protected]. I use the e-KYC option for Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.106.90 using my debit card and Paytm 3 times. That is a total of 320.7rs. My balance was deducted from the bank but it showed failed each time and said it will be refunded. This was on 24th June 2021. I have not received any refund till now. I am also confused if I make the payment...

Pan application status and signature not found

I've submitted my pan application using esign service. But my application form pdf has no signature in it. Also, when i track my pan application, it says record not found....

Regarding payment not refunded from the nsdl

As i have been applied for pancard of my mother several days ago .But due to invalid number attached with adhar card, i am unable to receive the correct opt . So my mothers pancard is not made and my payment is deduced from my account .As it has been more than seven days but my payment is not refunded . so please try to fix this as soon as possible ....

I applied for PAN card and within the process, it took longer time than usual so I have to do it again; however, the amount was deducted at initial of Rs. 106.90 which was told to be refunded within 5-6 days. 5days has been passed and so, I want to know the status of my refund....

Pan Card Application Error - Refund Related

Use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my Brother.Temporary Token is[protected] & [protected] use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Each Token Rs.106.90 & Total Paid Rs.213.80 using my Paytm App. My balance was deducted from the bank on 18/06/2021 but Details was Mismatch & Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message...

Pan application money deducted my e-kyc failed

I applied for new pan card on 22 june 2021through e-kyc basis. But after filling the form and make payment of Rs 106.90. My e-kyc failed due to some technical issue. After that it was showing that my money will be refunded within 7 days. When i will get my money back ....

I have applied for changes in my pan card through online process and got an acknowledgement number [[protected]] On completion of the process I have received message like below.

"Thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using eSIGN/eKYC then there is no need to forward physical documents."

Refund is not credited.

Your e-KYC /e-Sign based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC /e-Sign mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.

it's been more than enough time but still they are not bothered to refund my money....

Every time I am trying to login for payment it is showing me this error message "The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited"

Transaction got failed

My mother pan card lost So I order reprint of pancard through NSDL Portal. When I reached at payment interface I do payment but it got failed. Money deducted from bank account and transaction got failed. My 50rs deducted.
And In the screenshot it is showing that cancelled by user but it got failed automatically....
