Dear sir/madam,
I have been alotted the PAN number: FMWPR1962P but i have not received my physical pan card yet. while checking the PAN application status it displays that my PAN card has been dispatched on 30-Oct-2021 by Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd vide airway bill number: {protected} and it will be delivered in due time, but more than 20 days above now, till my pan card has not been delivered.
NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I applied for E-PAN and Physical pan card on[protected] and income tax department allotted me pan number on same date and received my epan on same day. But didn't received it yet and It was to be delivered by Trackon Couriers and AWB is not trackable.
    Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

            Hi,

            Acknowledgment Number: [protected]

            I have not received PAN card hard copy yet. According to NSDL website, it was dispatched on 22 Oct 2021. When I checked the tracking link on Trackon Couriers website, it first showed me that the consignment had reached the nearest hub, and it was stuck on that status for over a week. A few days later, the tracking link suddenly showed "RTO Due to Address Not Found", but I didn't even receive any call or contact from the courier service at all. I have received multiple government documents on this address before, so it was surprising to me when this happened.

            Reaching out to Trackon customer support was difficult as their helpline is not well maintained. When I finally managed to connect with them, they filed a complaint and told me to wait but, in the end, it didn't resolve my problem at all.

            Please help me and let me know when I will receive the PAN card.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have applied for the surname correction in the PAN vide reference number N-[protected], even after one month I have not received the same, I have replied for their queries with all supporting documents but saying this not acceptable. They asking for the marriage certificate or gazette notification, when I have not changed my name why should I do so. I have asked to change my surname - from Sebastian (spouse) to Kurian (father's name) because all my documents like School, College, Diploma, passport everything with Sheeba Kurian, I got changed my aadhaar from Sheeba Sebastian to Sheeba Kurian. I have not divorced so can't give the separation certificate or any other order.

                      அய்யா வணக்கம், நான் திருநெல்வேலியில் பெருமாள்புரம் பகுதியில் ஓச்சங்குளம் 4வது தாமஸ் தெருவில் வசித்து வருகிறேன், எனக்கு 3 மகள்கள், மூவரையும் திருமணம் செய்து கொடுத்தாகிவிட்டது, இதில் மூத்த மகள் தென்காசி மாவட்டம் செங்கோட்டையிலும், இரண்டாம் மகள் பெருமால்புரத்திலும், மூன்றாவது மகள் குலவணிகர் குளத்திலும் திருமணம் செய்து கொடுத்தேன், இதில் மூத்த மகள் 2015 ஆம் ஆண்டு திருமணம் செய்து கொடுதேன், அந்த சமயத்தில் தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர் தாலிக்கு தங்கம், மற்றும் மகப்பேறு நிதியுதவி திட்டத்தை அறிவித்திருந்தார்கள், அதில் திருமண உதவி தொகைக்கு விண்ணபித்து அதில் முலு பயன் பெற்றேன் . ஆனால் டாக்டர் முத்துலக்ஷ்மி மகப்பேறு திட்டத்தில் பதிவு செய்து ரூபாய் 2000 மட்டும் உதவி தொகையாகப் பெற்றேன். அப்போது பெருமாள்புரம் ஆரம்ப சூகாதார நிலையத்தில் பொறுப்பு செவிலியராக இருந்தவர் திருமதி செல்லமாள் (UHN - Urban Health Nurse) அவர்கள், பின் இரண்டாவது மகளின் முதல் குழந்தைக்கு மகப்பேறு திட்டத்தில் பதிவு செய்யும் பொழுது அரசாங்கத்தால் வழங்க கூடிய RCH, PICME எண்கள் பதிவு செய்யவே இல்லை . ஆனால் 50 நாட்களுக்கு முன்னரே பதிவு செய்வதற்கு தேவயான மணமகன், மணமகள் ஆதார் எண்கள் மற்றும் மணமகளின் வங்கி கணக்கு எண்கள் பெருமாள்புரம் ஆரம்ப சூகாதார பொறுப்பு செவிலியரான செல்லாமலிடம் வழங்கி விட்டோம் . அவர்கள் 7 மாதங்கள் வரை மருத்துவ ஆலோசனைகள் மட்டும் வளங்கிவிட்டு RCH, PICME எண்கள் கூட பதியவில்லை, ஆனால் எங்களின் ஆண்டு வருமானமும் 72000 கில் தான் உள்ளது, மற்றும் நாங்கள் தனியார் மருத்துவமனையிலும் மகளுக்கு சிகிச்சை பெறவில்லை . நாங்கள் ஏன் எங்களுக்கு டாக்டர் முத்துலக்ஷ்மி மகப்பேறு திட்டத்தில் பதிவு செய்து தரவில்லை என்ன கேட்டதற்கு ஏக வசனத்தில் பேசி ( நாங்கள் எங்கள் இஷ்டத்திற்கு தான் பதிவு செய்வோம் என ஆணவமாக கூறினார்கள். ஆனால் என்னுடைய 3 மகள்களும் பட்டப் படிப்பு படித்தவர்கள், அவர்கள் பேசிய வசனங்கள் மிகவும் மன வேதனை அடைய செய்தது, அந்த சமயத்தில் SHN ( Sector Health Nurse ) இடமும் கேட்டோம் அவர்கள் உங்கள் பகுதிக்கு பொறுப்பான செவிலியரிடம் கேளுங்கள் என்று அலட்சியமாக சொல்லி விட்டார், ஆனால் காலம் 8 மாதம் சென்றதால் எங்களால் எந்த மேல் முறையிடும் செய்ய முடியவில்லை, இதில் மகப்பேறு திட்டதின் மூலம் கிடைக்கும் எந்த ஒரு பயன்படும் என் 2 வது மகளுக்கு கிடைக்க வில்லை. இப்போது மூன்றாவது மகளுக்கு 70 தினம் ஆக போகிறது, சரியாக 60 ஆம் நாள் பொறுப்பு செவிலியரான செல்லாமலிடம் தேவயான அனைத்து ஆவணங்களும் கொடுத்து விட்டோம் அவர்கள் இது வரை எந்த ஒரு பதிவும் பதிய வில்லை. இப்போது கேட்டதற்கும் ஆணவமாக பேசிவிட்டு ஏக வசனத்தில் திட்டுகிறார் . இதில் UHN க்கு பொறுப்பு செவிலியரான SHN சாந்தி இடமும் முறை இட்டோம் . அவர்களும் எந்த ஒரு பதிலும் அளிக்காமல் சென்று விட்டார்கள் . ஆனால் இதே பெருமாள்புரம் ஆரம்ப சூகாதார நிலையத்திற்கு பொறுப்பான மேலப்பாளைய மக்களுக்கு உண்டான செவிலியர் அவர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் RCH, PICME எண்கள் முறையான நேரத்தில் பதிவு செய்து பின் டாக்டர் முத்துலக்ஷ்மி மகப்பேறு திட்டத்தில் பதிவு செய்து மாத மாதம் அவர்களுக்கு சேர வேண்டிய உதவித் தொகை பெற வழி வகை செய்து கொடுக்கின்றனர் . இங்கு முறையற்று செயல்படும் பெருமாள்புரம் பொறுப்பு செவிலியர் செல்லமாள் மற்றும் பொறுப்பு அதிகாரி சாந்தி அவர்களை முறையாக விசாரிக்கும்மாறு தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன். பெருமாள்புரம் பகுதியில் அனைத்து கர்ப்பிணி பெண்களுக்கும் அனைத்து சிகிச்சை களும் முறையாக கிடைக்க உதவி செய்யுமாறு கேட்டுக்குக்கொள்கிறேன். இதிலும் காலம் கடந்தால் எந்த ஒரு பயனும் கிடைக்காமல் செல்லும், மற்றும் வறுமை கோட்டுக்கு கீல் இருக்கும் எனக்கு உதவி செய்திடுமாறு தாழ்மையோடு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன் .

                                      My pan card was sent by nsdl a week ago on trackon from November 2nd it's showing out for delivery but it's not been delivered yet. Please take the action immediately.

                                        I applied for PAN today 2nd Nov 2021 and i got my acknowledge number...But if I'm tracking my pan...There is no record found showing... Please help me and dispatch my PAN soon
