      I have completed my praan generation process but mistakenly i have entered wrong email id in nps form... Also while setting ipin for first time on nsdl it's showing unauthorized user n couldn't get the otp on sms... please resolve this issue so that i can login with my new ipin n can reset the correct email id as well

        I filled the form for pan card application through e-sign and also made the payment but during e-sign authentication did not receive OTP on the registered mobile number.

            I have applied for pan card online with option e-kyc authentication through aadhaar. The details were submitted successfully and the payment was also made through net-banking on 10.11.2018. But i haven't received the otp at last verification step.
            Please suggest what should i do as payment already deducted to my account.

                          Hi,

                          I tried applying for reprint of pan card through nsdl website. The payment was deducted from my account. However, after typing in the otp and submitting, I get this error message: "Your Request cannot be Processed.Please try after some time". I've tried multiple times but I always get the same error message. Also attaching a screenshot of the error page for your reference.

                          I need a solution for this ASAP. Either a refund or help with processing my application.

                              I applied for reprinting/rectification in my Father's PAN card using NSDL e services.

                              I updated all the details and made the payment using PAYTM UPI on 16-Oct-2021 at 22:01 UPI ref:[protected], once payment was debited from my account, I got the error that I need to try again.

                              After trying again the request was successfully accepted but payment was deducted again from my account on 16-Oct-2021 at 22:12 UPI ref ID:[protected].

                              Need to claim the chargeback against the amount deducted twice for same service.

                                Myself is Sanjeev Kumar having savings A/c in SBI branch. It is surprised to know that My PAN number is also the PAN number of other person with the same name, same father's name and same date of birth who is also having A/c in SBI in branch other than mine. This conflicting PAN number is causing problem as other person"s account has become linked to my CIF. Please let me know how this problem can be resolved at earliest.
