Unable to receive otp for online pan card application

I applied for pan card through online but i am stuck on the last step where otp is asked. Even after repeated trials, i am unable to recieve otp.
I am facing great inconvenience because of that, since i need pan card number for my appliying to any job . There is no place to file a complaint regarding refund of payment on nsdl website.
I hope that my problem is resolved soon...

Payment done for PAN card application but failed processing and amount is not refunded

I used NSDL website to create a new pan card of my sister. Temporary Token is [protected]. I used e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.106.90 using my credit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 18/06/2021 but after payment the next window should an error showing a message "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. I have subscribed the APY through Indian Overseas Bank. I received the mail regrading its subscription on Dated 21.07.2015. Mentioned that is as below,

presently i am trying to take out statement of my APY contribution. it is showing "NO DATA Found"....

About PAN number not received

Two years ago I applied for PAN, the fee money got deducted but not receipt received. Now I am applying afresh, but it says my aadhaar number is already link to a PAN, I dont have PAN number or acknowledgement number.

I am actually trying to change my name in PAN card, all details have shared in website and tried complete e-kyc, but its failed.

I have submitted pan application for change the address but in father name i have mistakenly added surname in first name and middle name in first name.
Surname: Gupta (ok)
First Name: Shri Yogendra Nath Gupta (wrongly added Shri, .Nath and Gupta)
Middle name: blank

Also shri added in first name
There is no option to correct the details online, as per nsdl pan deptt they told me to reapply and again...

My PAN no is issued to other person

Hi I m staying at bangalore, I found that My PAN no is issued to other person having Same name, DOB but different father's name.
I came to know about this Discrepancy after seeing my CIBIL report as other person is defaulted in paying loan. So it is affecting my CIBIL score .After 6 months follow up with CIBIL, I came to know other person has same PAN no. I am filing ITR regularly last 10 years.

My CIBIL score is down...

PAN Card not received and tracking status is showing as "out for delivery" for days.

I have applied for PAN Card earlier this month. I've got confirmation message from NSDL stating that PAN Card has been allocated for me and it will be dispatched. Later I received a message that PAN card is sent by Trackon and got the Consignment number to check the status.

When I check the tracking status on trackon website it shows out for delivery on 25th May. I haven't received till now and no one is picking up the call....

Payment done but OTP verification failed for PAN Card

Hi,
I had made online payment of Rs. 106.90 via PayTM UPI and also have payment reciept of same, for change in PAN Card online with option E-KYC authentication through Aadhaar. The details were submitted successfully and the payment was also made through Bill Desk (Debit Card) on 29-May-2021. But after entering OTP page did not proceed and said unable to process due to error.

Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.br...
