Dear Team,
I was applying for pancard application . i choose E-kyc option. Unfortunately my moible number is not added and i could not proceed with this Application with E-kyc Option. However i already paid online fees for this. Payment information

    I have applied for Father's name change in my Wife's PAN card using nsdl website and the status of the PAN card has not been updated for more than 15 days

Further, applicants are requested to note that on account of the COVID-19 outbreak and Govt. advisories issued in this context, there will be delays in processing.     We have started dispatching/delivering the physical copy of PAN. However there will be delay in dispatching/delivering of PAN card due the current situation. We request you to use the e-PAN provided. The same is valid and acceptable. We thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

        I have applied for pan card and paid some money but due to some technical error my application got rejected and it shows your refund will be processed. But after many days i call them on their costumer care no. And they said they have sent money but till now i didnt receive it and every time i call them they gave me utr no. But my money haven't processed.

          PRAN card and Kit not received yet

          Hi,

          I've registered for an NPS account on 27th March. Status of New Registered PRAN card shows "PRAN card is dispatched to Subscriber" but I haven't received my card and any update till today. And I'm not able to track the courier with provided "Airway Bill Number" because the courier name is mentioned as "Professional". That doesn't identify the courier service provider. Please help me to receive my PRAN card and kit.br...

          I had submitted a request for PAN card reprint and had paid the fees.
          I also received the acknowledgment that the request has been submitted and will be processed.

          But now when I try to check the status of PAN reprint status, I get "Sorry, No record found".

          Below is the details of the mail that I received:
          We refer to your request for Reprint of PAN Card for PAN ATXXXXXX4F submitted to NSDL e-Gov vide Acknowledgement Number [protected] on[protected]:41:22.664 .In this regard, please find enclosed the TAX invoice cum acknowledgement receipt for the request submitted by you.

            I applied for a duplicate pan card because the earlier one got damaged. I did the ekyc and made the required payment. After doing all the mentioned steps i got an acknowledgement number to get the status, but when i check the status it shows no record found.

                I have registered for NPS and I have PRAN[protected]. But when I try to set/reset IPIN, I am getting error - "PRAN not found in database". Also, I did not receive any email to set IPIN for my NPS account.

                Please help immediately.

                    I've applied for the changes in the PAN CARD through online 08/03/2021 and new card dispatched on 19th March 2021 from NSDL through TRACK ON COURIER SERVICE but even after 25 days I've not received the card yet inspite of contacting the customer service many times and they promised to deliver within two days but so far I've not received and now while checking the status I've found that it has been sent back to Mumbai office stating address not found, moreover this courier service hasn't contacted me not even a single time, hence kindly sent my PAN card through some reputed courier service and I will pay the courier charges on delivery.

                      Delivery of PAN card to wrong address

                      PAN card was dispatched on 05-Mar-2021 by Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd vide airway bill no.[protected]. However, I haven't received any delivery/notification of the delivery. When I checked through the trackon portal, using the bill number provided, it came into notice that the card has been delivered and signed to an address, to an unknown person, whose phone number does not work.                               I email trackon, complained on trackon website but no answer by trackon
                              On 6 april i call 3 branches of trackon in ahmedabad i talked with sameer
                              He told that he will send my pan card in 2days
                              And today is 9 april still pan card not delivered
