My account is blocked for no reason

My account is blocked before 10 days by saying that account is blocked for internal investigation and they told me to wait for 7 days but after following all their procedure. after 15 days account is still debit freezed. Unable to track status of my duplicate PAN card

I had applied for a reprint of PAN card few days back by making online payment. I received 15 digit acknowledgement number by email along with tax invoice receipt.
Yesterday I got this sms from NSDL :

When I entered the 15 digit acknowledgement number in nsdl website...

Pan card correction as I signed by gazetted officer

As i applied for the correction of my name and daate of birth in pancard on the basis of adhaar card but as i checked online application it shows discrepancy found in pan card as i send the documents by singed on form by a gajeted officer and still the application is not proceeded please update as soon as posssible...

So I tried making a pan card from my Aadhaar details and successfully made one and proceeded to payment after payment there was otp authentication and I'm not able to receive the otp even after waiting for more than 10 minutes!

PAN card not received - Trackon Courier not making delivery

I'd applied for a duplicate copy of my PAN card and it has been shipped. The courier services (trackon courier) have the PAN card since 19th April but they have made no attempt to deliver the package. I have been calling the local and national numbers of the courier company but there is no response.

They won't even allow me to register a complaint on the website. I needed the PAN card urgently and with no option to contact...

I have applied for pan card and paid some money but due to some technical error my application got rejected and it shows your refund will be processed. But after many days i call them on their costumer care no. And they said they have sent money but till now i didnt receive it and every time i call them they gave me utr no. PRAN card and Kit not received yet

I've registered for an NPS account on 27th March. Status of New Registered PRAN card shows "PRAN card is dispatched to Subscriber" but I haven't received my card and any update till today. And I'm not able to track the courier with provided "Airway Bill Number" because the courier name is mentioned as "Professional". That doesn't identify the courier service provider. PAN reprint status shows no record found

I had submitted a request for PAN card reprint and had paid the fees.
I also received the acknowledgment that the request has been submitted and will be processed.

But now when I try to check the status of PAN reprint status, I get "Sorry, No record found".

I applied for a duplicate pan card because the earlier one got damaged. I did the ekyc and made the required payment. After doing all the mentioned steps i got an acknowledgement number to get the status, but when i check the status it shows no record found.
