It is so much difficult for the applicants when they can neither edit the application once made nor cancel the current application because of some omissions or mistakes accidently made. One has to go to the bank for cancelling the application and there is no part for applicants in this case. The portal should give applicants an option to cancel the application even though editing can't be done. This saves much time and effort for applicants.

NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Once the application is done through Vidya Lakshmi it goes to the bank for processing. Hence, it is not allowed to make any changes in the application once you apply for the scheme. Before applying of scheme system shows a preview of all the details filled by students before submission of the form.

    I applied for pan card through online but i am stuck on the last step where otp is asked. Even after repeated trials, i am unable to recieve otp.
    I am facing great inconvenience because of that, since i need pan card number for my appliying to any job . There is no place to file a complaint regarding refund of payment on nsdl website.
    I hope that my problem is resolved soon

      I used NSDL website to create a new pan card of my sister. Temporary Token is [protected]. I used e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.106.90 using my credit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 18/06/2021 but after payment the next window should an error showing a message "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode." I have got any refund.

        I have subscribed the APY through Indian Overseas Bank. I received the mail regrading its subscription on Dated 21.07.2015. Mentioned that is as below,

        "This is to inform you that your Atal Pension Yojana (APY) Account (PRAN[protected] has been activated on 21/07/2015. For further information."
        presently i am trying to take out statement of my APY contribution. it is showing "NO DATA Found".

          Two years ago I applied for PAN, the fee money got deducted but not receipt received. Now I am applying afresh, but it says my aadhaar number is already link to a PAN, I dont have PAN number or acknowledgement number.

            I am actually trying to change my name in PAN card, all details have shared in website and tried complete e-kyc, but its failed.

            Your e-KYC /e-Sign based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC /e-Sign mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.

              Please refer to re-tender published vide tender Id No 2021_ARMHA_614533_2, Name of work – Spl repair to PS OHT, few corrigendum and explanation are required in the tender documents as enumerated below:

              (1) The details under column A/U and Quantity are incorrect in the entire tender document in Schedule ‘A’. For eg in serial No 1.01 the details under A/U should be in Kg and similarly under qty should be 7152.00, like wise for all the serial no.

              (2) In serial No 1.02 of Schedule ‘A’ Part – I, (PS Over Head Tank), line 3, the spelling should be ‘members’ and not ‘memmbers’.

              (3) In serial No 2.02 of Schedule ‘A’ Part – II, (Foot path), the description of item mentions ‘consolidation with power roller’, which seems to be incorrect, as consolidation by power roller is only used in road work and never ever used in footpath, which is generally 1.20 m wide. Please reconcile. If power roller has ever been used in Assam Rifles work for consolidation work in footpath, the photograph of the same may please be provided.

              (4) In serial No 2.05 of Schedule ‘A’ Part – II, (Foot path), the description of item mentions ‘pigment to match the shade of tiles’, which seems to be incomplete, as the rates of pigment of Light shade pigment, Medium shade pigment, Dark shade pigment or ordinary cement without adding pigment are different. Please reconcile and confirm.

              (5) In serial No 3.15 of Schedule ‘A’ Part – III, (Repair/Maint of Pump house and UG Sump), the A/U should be ‘SqM’ and not ‘No’.

              (6) The description of works of serial No 3.24 of Schedule ‘A’ Part – III, (Repair/Maint of Pump house and UG Sump), is not correct/ incomplete. Please re-check.

              In view if the above, it is requested that necessary corrigendum be issued at the immediately and intimated by email, to avoid any delay. It is also intimated that 28 sector assam rifles have not responded to my email.

                  In these 2 applications all details correctly filled with attaches documents thru esign. But my question where is digital india, for this small mistake why same cannot be rectify online. Why again reapply and pay the fee of Rs 107.

                  Also Rs 107 included pan card physical copy then if in my first 2 applications rejected then why nsdl cannot repay the refund atleast 75%.

                  When some error in Passport application minor then they corrected at A & B section no need to pay fee again.

                  I m thinking those peoples applied thru some brokers how many suffers due to this minor errors. If attached documents verified and found corrected then why not changea done online.

                    I have submitted pan application for change the address but in father name i have mistakenly added surname in first name and middle name in first name.
                    Surname: Gupta (ok)
                    First Name: Shri Yogendra Nath Gupta (wrongly added Shri, .Nath and Gupta)
                    Middle name: blank

                    Also shri added in first name
                    There is no option to correct the details online, as per nsdl pan deptt they told me to reapply and again pay the fee of Rs 107.

                    Where is Digital India? Passport deptt also change the detail if some spellimh mistake they don't want again fee then why pan card team.

                    How many who file there application thru some brokers would be stuck in this game and lot of money recvd by pan card team due to this human error.

                      Dear Sir, I have applied for my PAN card re-issue and the same was dispatched from Mumbai on 01st June 2021 with Tracking Number:[protected]. I have been checking the courier (Trackon) website since then monitoring the progress for delivery. Bust surprised to see that it showing "Out for Delivery" since 6th June 2021 and today is 10th June 2021 but the courier is still not delivered. I tried calling the courier service many times with no success. Can you kindly check with the courier partner and ensure that the consignment is delivered for which I would be very thankful.

                        Hi I m staying at bangalore, I found that My PAN no is issued to other person having Same name, DOB but different father's name.
                        I came to know about this Discrepancy after seeing my CIBIL report as other person is defaulted in paying loan. So it is affecting my CIBIL score .After 6 months follow up with CIBIL, I came to know other person has same PAN no. I am filing ITR regularly last 10 years.

                        My CIBIL score is down and I lost the credibility, I m paying high ROI for my loans, due to other person with same PAN dues and defaults just because of IT/ NSDL irregularities.
                        Please help me and guide me on this ASAP.i It's urgent .my e mail ID

                        No reply for this complaint. I am just asking what is way to resolve it or whom to approach. If this kind of query is getting so long.( 38 days over) so there will be waste of time to use this website .. Utter waste.

                          I had applied for a PAN card 15-20 days ago with TRN No:[protected]
                          I had checked online the TRN, which states that my application had been rejected due to mismatch in any one field with the UIDAI database, and my application money will be refunded within 7 working days and haven't received any money. Please resolve this issue and initiate a refund. Thankyou!

                                Sir, my father serving in 36 Assam rifle was injured last year and there is an internal shoulder injury in his left soulder on June 2020
                                And he was not forward to the upper hospital for treatment he was just provided 10-15 days rest Everytime he use to ask for treatment
                                Everytime it was said that he cannot be send forward for treatment due to covid but other personal were sended

                                My father is going to hospital for 4-5 days when the pain started rising further but no action is taken for his treatment they are saying again 10-15 days rest but not providing any treatment

                                Sir, I request you to kindly pqy attention in this matter as no one is helping my father

                                    I have applied for PAN Card earlier this month. I've got confirmation message from NSDL stating that PAN Card has been allocated for me and it will be dispatched. Later I received a message that PAN card is sent by Trackon and got the Consignment number to check the status.

                                    When I check the tracking status on trackon website it shows out for delivery on 25th May. I haven't received till now and no one is picking up the call.

                                        Hi,
                                        I had made online payment of Rs. 106.90 via PayTM UPI and also have payment reciept of same, for change in PAN Card online with option E-KYC authentication through Aadhaar. The details were submitted successfully and the payment was also made through Bill Desk (Debit Card) on 29-May-2021. But after entering OTP page did not proceed and said unable to process due to error.

                                        Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
