Getting stuck at NPS payment with error : "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation"

Hi team,

I was about to complete the NPS registration process but got some error at the payment screen. Now, when I am trying to complete my registration process, I am getting the below error:

"Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway. Please try again after some time."

E NPS registration pending after amount debited.

I was in the process of registering for nps account. I updated my details and uploaded the required documents.

Then i tried to make payment and the amount was debited from my account.

Then an error page was shown and the process got stuck at payment gateway. Now i am trying to login using my acknowledgement id and date, but i am getting following error from last 2 days.

I PIN - - Unauthorized User.

I have newly registered with e-NPS and allotted with PRAN. I have also completed my first subscription and completed e-sign verification with AADHAR. But when I try to login to the website with PRAN to set my I-pin for the first time I am getting the error - Unauthorized User.

Could you please check and fix the I-pin issue so that I can log in to my account and do my subsequent contributions?...

I registered in the NPS account and got the PRAN no[protected] using SBI internet banking, but I am not able to login to set my IPIN and to contribute towards my investment. Please help.

I am getting the error "PRAN not found in Database" always.

I completed the registration with all the details but at the time of payment, it didn't get completed and lead to failure. Due to this, i am not able to complete registration for NPS.

Even when I try to use complete pending registration, still not able to do it. Please help me to unblock my registration so that I can complete the payment...

Need my pan card as soon as possible

I have applied for new pan card on 12th november 2021 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message, If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents.".Please help check my application. I need my pan card as soon as possible.

PAN invalid

I received my pan card a few months ago... I recently tried to use it to make a demat account. But whenever i use it, it says invalid. The egovernence website shows that my pan is active and matches the database. My pan is also successfully linked with my adhar card. But everywhere else it shows invalid....
