Please note that I had applied for the updation in my PAN Card No. AKBPK0582A, PAN Card was sent by NSDL through Speed Post, which was returned by Postal department, as I was not present at my residence and that too within a day only, card reached at delivering Post Office at 12/03/2021 and was returned by them on 13/03/2021.
On having the discussion with NSDL helpline, I came to know as they had sent the same through Speed Post, they can not send the same again, I will have to pay the fee of Rs. 107/- again and apply once more. If they would have sent through courier, they can sent the same again without asking me, by as it was sent through Speed Post, they can not.
I told them that I had not asked you to send my PAN Card through post or neither I was asked by NSDL too, then why have you sent through Speed Post.
Now, if I will pay the fee again & apply, then again they will send my PAN Card through Speed Post without asking me and again it will be returned by India Post, again they will ask me to pay the fee Rs. 107/-. it is going to be an infinite process.
How many times, I will have to pay the fee for the same PAN Card.
I had entered by office address also, while applying for modified PAN Card. I request NDSL again to send me my PAN Card on my office address in such a way that it will not reach on Saturday (my weekly off) without asking me to pay the fee again.
Their helpline executives are ridiculously playing the same record again and again, please pay the fee again and apply once more.
I humbly request NSDL team to help me out in this situation.
