I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.
The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered the correct otp several times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after some time.'

    I have applied for on line correction in pan card application and had completed paying through online. My pan application token no is [protected]

    I have been trying to provide ekyc for my aadhaar card and also submitted otp two times received for aadhar verification, but every time following message is coming

    Exception in generating esign user pdf inside esigncontroller for token no.

    Please help to resolve this issue immediately. As i have already made the payment to nsdl.

      My self gurjeet singh having two trading account in karvay stock broker in jalandhar branch. Account no is 1972853 and 1972544 in the name of jasbir kaur w/o gurjeet singh and gurjeet singh s/o harnam singh respectively.
      Our demate account no is in[protected] and in[protected] of nsdl account linked with karvay stock broker.
      Many time i was send email to karvay but karvay not reply for my compalint. Kindly transfer our share as soon as possible.

        pran kit not received yet

        On 26 feb i have got a msg that your pran kit was dispatched to your communication address and now its been 10 months almost i have not received my pran kit... I have mailed abt this to my department bt not got satisfied rply... Now i track my consignment nb it was dispatched to other pin and to other state... The same consignment nb alloted to other or my pran kit was dispatched to other state after 10 mnths... Help me abt this plzzz???...

        I applied for the pan card approx one month before and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
        Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.
        Now its been over a month but neither the refund has come nor e-kyc has completed.
        Please refund my money. Details are given below:

I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post.                       "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                      If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                      But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                        Sir mene pan card generate kiya [protected] ye token no. H but ye time out aa gya page aur fees abhi tk refund nhi hui 20 days ho gye aur pan service me to likha ha 7 days me refund ho jayega but nhi hua. Pan card online bana rhe the aur ekyc option me 3 baar otp sent kiya to nhi aaya otp aur so vapas se token generate bola to 2 times fees cut krwai tb bhi same issue

                            I have been trying to open a new demat account in zerodha. I completed all the steps, including the e signature. After that it redirected me to the nsdl website where i was asked to enter the aadhar number. After entering it, it said an otp would be sent to my email and mobile, but nothing came even after making a lot of attempts at different times.
                            Please look into at on urgent basis.

                              I have applied for new pan card for my brother on 27th november 2019 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i received message like below.

                              Extremely happy with the support. Though I would like the Tech team to address the 'Sorry, no records found' issue. I suggest the message be replaced with more comprehensive one like 'Please wait for 1 or 2 days for our database to update the correct status' or anything more understandable. But the support was right up to the task. Very happy. Thanks!

                                Sir/madam,

                                I have applied for new pan card on 25th november 2019 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                                "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                                  I applied for pan card through e-kyc method and have done the requested payment of 106.9 rs which has been deducted from my account. However it showed that the session expired and now i have to refill all the details and redo the payment as your site does not save the draft even after clicking on the save icon.

                                    I haven't received the PRAN kit till date despite the CRA website claiming that the same has been dispatched on dt 16.07.2019 . I haven't received any response to my mail yet.

                                      I purchased 4 non convertiable debentures from varius companies in august/sept/oct 2019.
                                      Even after writing and calling nsdl numbers there is no reply since 15 days
                                      There is toll free number of nsdl but they are giving big bhashan, insted of resolving my problems. Sometimes nobody picks the phone,
                                      Even after writing 3 letters in 15 days there is no reply.
                                      Today one person called me and asking for rupees 70 to lodge a complaint.
                                      I am asking for quarterly printed statements which is free.
