Hi sir i vaishnavi, on 7th Feb i applied for new pan card online.i have online payment receipt also. I got acknowledgement number is [protected]. But when i checked status of my pan it is showing no record found.
Plz resolve my problem cause i want pan card very urgent.
I was applying for PAN card online, I made payment but it was failed and amount debited from my bank account I again made payment the same situation happened again. It has been a week I haven't received refund yet.

    I have applyed for a new pan cardin the name of ashish kumar das. Which dispateched our address in 2feb 2020. I could;nt receive the pan card as our home was closed. Whenthe local post man reached our home. Later after couple of days we cantact the post man regarding the post man he tald that he kept with him for five days and returned to the sender address,
    Therefor i requsting your resend my pan card to same address and i mentiond our detals below.

      Sir/madam,

      I have applied for new pan card on 6th november 2017 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

      "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

      If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

      But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

      I have tried applying pan care 4 times, first 2 time i paid 116 rupees aprox and next two times i paid 106.90 rupees my payment is successful from bank sire but it tells transaction failed with some error. Can i get my money back please?

        After registration on national pension system trust. Acknowledgment number received is: 11072375. Acknowledgment date 08/02/2020 by clicking completing pending registration it
        Shows "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway". I had tried many times but it remains same. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

          I have applied for pan on nsdl online pan govt. Services and my temporary token number is [protected]. I had made two transactions for making payment of pan application but none of them got successfully executed. Money got deducted from account two times but still no refund from nsdl server as refund. Kindly check this issue and help get my amount back soon.

                I created a pan card via nsdl website but after I've done the payment by my debit card a failed message shows up and asked me to retry.After two tries I lost 213 rupees and I want my refund.

                  Today i was applying for a firm pan and i made a payment of rs. 107 from paytm for it, but after the payment, i got a message "your previous payment has been failed. Your money will be refunded back. Kindly make another payment."
                  If this is the case, under what assurance should i make another payment?

                    Hello sir few days ago i was filling the pan application for my sister and all the things were good to happen untill i met to last criteria of payment and have done payment from paytm and it shows successful from paytm and money debited but error transaction shows at nsdl again done the same and error i have been debited two times 106.5×2 temporary token no [protected]. Sir i have not received any confirmation form your side that how much time it will take to refund back to original payment method. Hope you will give my refund as soon as possible

                            Sir/madam,

                            I have applied for new pan card on 01/02/2020 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                            "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                            If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                            But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                            Hi I have opened my Atal pension yojna account on May 23, 2016 but I am unable to login in the account to check the balances.

                            When I used to go to website and try to login it says PRAN is not found in the database.

                              Dear sir, for new pan card on old pan number i made an online application from debit card mode token no. [protected] date.13-jan-2020 name mahesh karia but transaction failed and i tried again but it failed again and amount got deducted 2 times from my sbi account please reverse my amount.

                              I also dropped e-mail but i got no response and when i called on number they are saying it is online so send e-mail but no one is responding on e-mail.

                              I made transaction on the 18th jan 2020 for pan card application with token number:[protected] and mail id: [protected]@gmail.com and applicant name: Gavara Lakshmi. I completed application with the different token but the amount is not refunded for this and

                                      I applied for pan card name correction. Token number [protected].

                                      The payment process was through internet banking. Money was deducted from my account and it asked me to wait for a minute to redirect back to pan card website. After redirecting to pan card website it showed error that
                                      "your previous payment request has been cancelled. Kindly make another fresh payment". I repeated and paid again and got the same error message again.

                                      I checked my bank website and it shows two successful payments done to "inb national securities depos nat_sec payments" for 106.90 each.

                                      How many times do i have to repeat this to get it working and when will i get a refund on the paid transactions?

                                        I had applied for new pan card in nsdl website on[protected] and i even received the pan number through e-mail on[protected] and the card within a week.
                                        In the e-mail it was said no need to submit physical documents as i had requested for the pan allotment using adhaar card.
                                        But whenever i try to enter the pan number for activation of mobile wallets/mutual funds app, it displays 'no record found in govt database'.
