Hello Team,

I applied for a new PAN card for my friend on the NSDL site:

1. Filled the form and gave the Aadhaar details and reached the payment gateway page.
2. Selected 'PayTM' and entered the OTP which I received on my phone and the amount was deducted from my account.

The online application for my pan linked with aadhar was applied on 12th dec. On checking its status on nsdl site it shows as -"income tax department (Itd) database shows that you may have been issued pan in your name. Itd yet to inform status of your application."... Its been 40 days now and status still remains same.
I am a housewife so never had pan card...

[protected] is my token no. The application failed due to system is unable to sign via e kyc, after the payment, they said the money refund shall take 7 days as an application failed, it's already 7 days but the money isn't yet refunded by nsdl. I have been trying to get a updated pan card (Updating the photo from aadhar card also as a proof)

On 6th of january i paid the fees but my application got rejected stating "your e-kyc /e-sign based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc /e-sign mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days."...

pan card form issue & refund

Tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process which is second option. From drop down i selected c-dac.
The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp multiple times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime'. It has been 7 days. I am not able to proceed further.
