I am an 80 year old senior citizen. I had applied for name correction online with payment. I have received a new pan card without any name correction. My coupon no was u-g02932936. Multiple e mails to pan india pointing out their mistake has not yielded any result. They have provided me with a contact no.[protected] which i have been trying to connect for a week without success. A simple spelling correction in the name has not been done. How negligent these ooficials are in their duty. I shall seek your help to do the needful. Hopefully i will not be disappointed.

Hi, My PAN application is successful and the status shows PAN card has sent by Trackon Courier and it will deliver by 19 Jan 202.
But until now haven't received yet.
Can you please check, why I did not received?

    I have applied for a new pan card in the name of vandana bharati which dispatched our address in december. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

    I tried to update my fathers pan card but it was failed two times in the last step after the payment.as per nsdl rules amount will be deposited in 7 days but my application failed on 4th and also 6th of january but still amount is not credited back.i tried many ways to get back amount .please resolve my issue as soon as possible

        Hello Team,

        I applied for a new PAN card for my friend on the NSDL site:
        https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html

        1. Filled the form and gave the Aadhaar details and reached the payment gateway page.
        2. Selected 'PayTM' and entered the OTP which I received on my phone and the amount was deducted from my account.
        3. Page was automatically refreshed after few seconds and landed me back on the payment gateway page requesting to pay again.
        4. I again selected the PayTM option and received OTP and entered it.
        5. The payment was successful and landed me on the Aadhaar acknowledgement page.

        Everything went fine and the application process was successful until I checked my PayTM account where I was charged twice 106.90 with a 2 mins gap. NSDL charged me a total of 213.80 for one PAN card application.

        I tried reaching PayTM and they said the payment cannot be reversed as it was already charged by NSDL and requested to contact NSDL only.

        Therefore, I request you to refund my amount 106.90 back to my PayTM account.

          Re; new pan application acknowledgement no. [protected]

          The online application for my pan linked with aadhar was applied on 12th dec. On checking its status on nsdl site it shows as -"income tax department (Itd) database shows that you may have been issued pan in your name. Itd yet to inform status of your application."... Its been 40 days now and status still remains same.
          I am a housewife so never had pan card neither applied for it earlier. This is the first time i have applied for the pan on 12th dec'19, and on tracking and finding such status i placed a call to tin call centre on 16th dec'2019 where been told my complaint has been escalated further to pan deptt to help resolve. Again same communication and response rcvd on 20 jan'20.
          Its been 45 days now and the pan status remains as is, with no clue when i will get my pan card.

                  [protected] is my token no. The application failed due to system is unable to sign via e kyc, after the payment, they said the money refund shall take 7 days as an application failed, it's already 7 days but the money isn't yet refunded by nsdl. It had happened while filling correction in pan card form. Please resolve it as soon as possible because i cannot money and time.

                            I have started registration through ack no 11029129 and date 07/01/2020. I was unable to complete payment for initial contribution and have been getting the error 'registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway.                               I have been trying to get a updated pan card (Updating the photo from aadhar card also as a proof)

                              On 6th of january i paid the fees but my application got rejected stating "your e-kyc /e-sign based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc /e-sign mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days." but still no refund (Token : [protected])

                              Even today i. E. On 16th jan i tried to get a reprinted pan card & for this i filled all the details correctly & paid the money as well from g-pay but on the website it's still asking for money payment (Token : [protected])

                              Kindly help regarding this so that i could get refund on both the instances & kindly ensure that if money is debited the status should reflect on nsdl site

                                Ir/madam,

                                I have applied for new pan card on 15th jan 2020 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                                "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                                  Tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process which is second option. From drop down i selected c-dac.
                                  The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp multiple times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime'. It has been 7 days. I am not able to proceed further.
