I had applied for pan card through online. I had received a message on 26th august 2019 on my mobile phone about my pan application status as under :

Your pan card has been dispatched on 27-aug-2019 by trackon couriers pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no.[protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 06-sep-2019.

Permanent account number (Pan) : fjxxxxxx9b
Pan card will be despatched only to the communication address provided in your pan application.

In this regard it is to inform that i have not received pan card till date. It is also to inform you that my communication address has not changed. Please look into the matter and take immediate action as i am facing so many problems in the absence of my pan card. Thanks.

    I have applied for new pan card on 30th september through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

    If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

    But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

      "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

        I have applied for a new pan card in the name of shivkumar paraste which dispatched our address in 14 june 2019 i couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home.             Hi.. I applied for pan card correction online.. The first time it came out with an error like "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days". My money got deducted. I saw many applicants facing the same issue when i searched about the issue online. So i applied online again producing a new token. The second time also it failed and displayed the same error message but money got deducted. I left and tried the same process after six hours. The same error message came but my money got deducted as like before. But after few hours i got three mails like "your aadhaar was successfully verified by nsdl". I really got shocked. I didn't get any acknowledgement number or updates about my pan card. I have attached all the proofs of my token number and transaction details in my mail and sent it to [protected]@nsdl.co.in. But there was a reply like mail box is full so try later. Kindly process my refund please. Will i get my pan card with corrections or should i apply by physical method? I'm in need of my refund and updated pan soon please. My amount got debited as"106.90 for first token, 106.90 for second token, 71.90". Kindly process my refund amount (₹285.70) please. If my process for pan correction is successful, please deduct ₹106.90 and process the remaining refund of ₹178.80. Please reply me what is the next step for my pan correction and please update me about my refund. Please process my refund.

Recently after generating cibil report, i came to know that same pan card is being issed to another person namely gurdip singh s/o shri basant singh from ludhiana and all his credit cards, loans are reflecting in my cibil report.

                Dear team,

                On 27/09/2019 i tried correcting my name in pan card through nsdl website so i created a request for the same (Token number - [protected]), after providing necessary details in the pan application form (Application type: form cr, category: p) for name correction i was directed to pay rs.106.90 as a processing fee. After making the payment through netbanking i was asked to provide my aadhaar card details to consider it as a proof of identity for name correction but when i provided my aadhaar card details and submitted the pan application form it was rejected stating that my name in the aadhaar card and the name i am trying to update in the pan card are not matching after which neither the amount that i paid as a processing fee was refunded nor i was given any option to make any corrections to my pan application form.
                Below listed are my concerns which are need to be addressed:
                1.in aadhaar card my last name contains only my 'initials' but in nsdl portal i was not allowed to enter only my 'initia'l in the 'last name' field, the system allows only when the full expansion of my 'initial' is entered in the 'last name' field so i was forced to give the expansion of my initial in the 'last name' field to proceed with application submission so that means obviously there will be a mismatch in the name that is present in my aadhaar card and the name that i give in the pan application form, which clearly means the fault is not at my end but because of the different set of rules that they follow in aadhaar system and nsdl system to capture the last name of an applicant. They should make the correction in their system to have a common rule for the 'last name' field both in aadhaar card and pan card, if not they should not reject the application form stating the mismatch in the last name.
                2. The above validations between aadhaar card and pan card should be taking place before the payment is made by the applicant, only if all the details are matching it should allow the applicant to proceed with payment.
                3. If they have received the payment without validating these details then they should not reject the application form because of the defective rules that they have in their systems.
                4. Also no other option is given to the applicant to edit the application form post rejection, which means public has to lose their money every time for the bug that nsdl and aadhaar have in their systems, applicant has to create a new request every time and make fresh payments as a processing fee for a service that he/she do not receive, this gives out a picture in common man's mind that it is more like a scam to loot public money.
                5. This bug in their system fails the primary purpose of bringing in e-governance. The primary objective of e-governance should be to ease all these process through logical validations and strong authentications but that is not happening here in this case, instead it creates more hardship and monitory loses to the applicant.
                6. If this bug is not corrected then many applicants wont be able to have their pan card and aadhaar card linked since there will be a mismatch in the names between the both.

                I request you to take this upto the relevant authorities and have these issues addressed. I want the money to be refunded since the fault was not mine. Also i want the relevant department to help me have my name changed in the pan card through online.

                  I have tried to open one nps account on 18-sep-2019 with tprn number tprn[protected] and account number[protected].
                  But after the successful registration system got logged out and get a message that the nps account opens successfully, please check online sbi after 30min for details.
                  But still date, there is no update in the system.
                  Required money got deducted from my account with ref/check no. Ihl2285877. Rs. 2, 260.00 has been deducted from my account.

                                I have applied for pan card using e sign but when i track the status of pan card it shows " no record found"

                                  Dear sir/ madam,
                                  Need tan on urgent basis for a transaction.
                                  Application vide acknowledgement number [protected] subashish nath.
                                  We have applied for tan on 28th of august thru nsdl website and sent the signed acknowledgement copy thru courier. We need for a property transaction as the nri seller is here in india. I have send couple of mails like more than 10 mails & more than 30 times i have called nsdl, every time i get proto type answers and no proper reply. I request you to get the tan on urgent basis.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    As a trustee i applied for pan card aayts3290g which we received but due to some error name mentioned correctly our charitable trust name is savechildfoundation charitable trust but on card it shows save child foundation so to correct it fill up
                                    Pan application - ack. No. N-[protected] dated : 06/09/2019 and also end physically trust deed and clarification letter but still after that the ask me send a clarification letter also which i also emailed to them which states that we have not make any change in name but still i dont know why it took so long please do need full.

                                      Sir/madam,

                                      I have applied for new pan card on 20th september 2019 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                                      "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                      If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                      But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                                      Please check my application

                                        I have apply for pan (token no [protected]) on 06 September 2019.But it was cancelled due mobile no registered in adhar.so it is promise to refund your money in seven working days.But they do not refund .
