I have started registration through ack no 11029129 and date 07/01/2020. I was unable to complete payment for initial contribution and have been getting the error 'registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime' for the past 1 day. Could you help to resolve this error?

    I have been trying to get a updated pan card (Updating the photo from aadhar card also as a proof)

    On 6th of january i paid the fees but my application got rejected stating "your e-kyc /e-sign based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc /e-sign mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days." but still no refund (Token : [protected])

    Even today i. E. On 16th jan i tried to get a reprinted pan card & for this i filled all the details correctly & paid the money as well from g-pay but on the website it's still asking for money payment (Token : [protected])

    Kindly help regarding this so that i could get refund on both the instances & kindly ensure that if money is debited the status should reflect on nsdl site

      Ir/madam,

      I have applied for new pan card on 15th jan 2020 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

      "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

      If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

      But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

        Tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process which is second option. From drop down i selected c-dac.
        The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp multiple times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime'. It has been 7 days. I am not able to proceed further.

            Its been more than 24 hours and i am still displayed with the following message:

            "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime."

            Can anyone help me complete my registration please, so that i can proceed with payments?

              How can there be no records?

                I open a APY account and money has been cut every month. I haven't received my PRN kit because of my change of address. So if I try to open the NPS app with PRAN number it will show as the ' PRAN number is not in data base', due to this I am unable to access my APY. Kindly help to resolve this problem as Soon as possible and provide my password if possible.

                        Dear sir,
                        I have applied for a new pan card in the name of shivam shah which dispatched our address in 2018. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

                            I opened an nps through bank of baroda, manjalpurbranch, vadodara, gujarat and contribute regularly. But i unable to track my contribution. While i trying to create ipin, system shows an error massage 'pran not found in database'.                                 I have applied for a new pan card on 30 December 2019. I received acknowledgement number [protected] after payment and e-sign.

                                I also received message like below.

                                "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                But when I tried to check my application status it shows no record found.

                                I also got allotted pan, but when checked in income tax website it shows no record found on that number.

                                Please help me.

                                      I did payment for my pancard. Money got deducted from my paytm wallet but when it redirected to nsdl page it says transactions failed and i will be refunded my money back but i didn't got my refund yet wallet transactions id [protected] please refund my money. I did payment on 29 dec as i did from my wallet so refunds are instant. I haven't got it yet.
