I applied for my pan correction through nsdl website using ekyc on 24 October 2019. To do payment I opted for paytm payment mode, the transaction of Rs. 106.90 was failed and displayed that my money will be refunded back. Again (second time) I tried after 5 mins using the paytm payment mode, again there was failure in payment and my 106.90 rs balance deducted. The third time I tried using my debit card and again the transaction of 106.90 rs failed. The total amount of money deducted was
Rs. 320.70 and I have not yet received my refund back. Kindly find my transaction number from the photo attached below and refund my amount as soon as possible.

I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

      I applied my pancard through kyc and i paid the fee but it got cancelled because of aadhaar verification.It got cancelled twice but i didnt get refund for the two transactions.i got a notification that it would be refunded in 7 days bt i didnt get refund till now.it has been already more than 10 days.

            I applied for pan card through e-kyc/e-sign in system which did not require any necessity to send physical document.
            After applying for pan card through this system i received the acknowledgement number on my email but after some days when i was checking my pan card status online it showed 'no record found' and it continued to showing this.
            What should i do.

              Myself bimal kumar pandey i have applied online pancard correction detail but it's too long my pancard couldn't received so i confirm it by nsdl but they were saying u have to go nearest itr department so i go there but they were saying from myside there is no citizenship update take place so once again i m confirm from nsdl customer services but they were always saying that ur citizenship update take place from nearest itr department.                   We are unable to proceed with your online pan application due to following reason: mismatch in any one or more of the following fields as per pan application with the details available in uidai database. Name/ gender/ date of birth/ name as per aadhaar. Kindly visit designated tin-fc /pan centre and submit your pan application using biometric (Fingerprint) facility. Your online pan application fee will be refunded within seven working days. The list of designated tin-fc /pan centre is available at url https://www.tin-nsdl.com/tin-pan-center.html

                        I have applied for new pan card on 25 october 2019 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number [protected]. On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                        "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                        If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                        But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                          Application no :-[protected] i had opted for online pan application after uploading all documents it has taken to payments page i had chooses upi option payment has been made successfully twice but site has not redirected to payments page after payment now what should i do whom should i contact i had paid 106.70+106.70 twice even application is pending if i paid again same thing happens??? I have attached 2 screen shots which i have received after two payments

                          Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name. ITD yet to inform status of your application.

                            I have applied for a new pan card in the name of vikas s/o ram khelawan which dispatched our address in february 2017. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

                            Therefore, i requesting your resend my pan card to same address and i mentioned our details below.

                              I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my uncle. Temporary token is [protected]. I used e-sigm option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.106.90 twice using my paytm wallet. My balance was deducted twice from the e-wallet on 23/10/2019 but aadhar verification was not completed as the application was not processed further and it was requesting payment again. Now it shows me a message when i am checking to make the payment to procees my application. I need all my money or create a new pan card. They have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of digital india. Do something for a change

                                Respected sir/madam,

                                I had submitted an online application for the correction in pan card of my name, father's name and my address on 17th october 2019 however it has been 7 days and the status of the request still shows under progress. I would like to request to expedite this application so that i can move on to the process of withdrawal of my provident fund money which is impossible to be done currently because of the different name on pan card and in epfo records. I need to withdraw the provident fund because i have been jobless for 7.5 months and i have to pay the emi of my personal loan asap which is already pending for 2 months equalling to approximate ₹1, 00, 000. I am attaching the screenshot of the the request number submitted with nsdl for the correction of my name father's name and address.

                                  When i was trying to complete my ekyc i got logged out as 2 much time time taken then i enter the otp but the site message on screen tha use new token and said refund will come bt my pancard application was not completed please see my problem and concern with other upper authority and refund my money please

                                      I have applied for epan card on 21st oct 2019 to add my last name in my previous card as the last name is mentioned in my all document and i already submitted it successfully also aadhar verification was successful.
                                      And today on 22nd oct 2019 i have received an sms on my mobile that
                                      “letter sent for discrepancy found in pan application acknowledgment no. [protected]."

                                      Could you please help me to get my epan asap? I really need it.

                                        How is this possible?
