I have applied for new pan card on 6th november 2017 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

acknowledgement slip did not generate after e-kyc

I have applied for a pan card. I have made the payment also and done the e-kyc too.
But acknowledgement slip did not generate after the e sign process.
It showed me the physical form.
When i did the process of e sign/ e-kyc by entering right otp than why it is happening.
This is very urgent.

Kindly resolve this matter.

pran not found in database-apy

Hi,

I am investing in Atal Pension Yojana (APY) since 2015 and have a PRAN no. but I am getting error (PRAN not found in Database) when trying to login to NSDL website using my PRAN number.
I tried to check the accumulated amount and found this issue. I am not sure if the investment amount is going in proper account or it is fake.
Can you please help me with this and let me know how to resolve this issue?br...

I am complaining about payment

pran not found and mobile number not registered

I open an atal pension yojana (Apy) and contribute regularly. But i unable to track my contribution. So, while i trying to create ipin, system shows an error massage 'pran not found in database' please help me out as soon as possible and also login to apy mobile aap is shows mobile number not registered and i have given the mobile number and i am married but it show unmarried you can find the attached document which shows all the details...

This is with reference with pan application - token. No. [protected] dated :[protected]:22:55.532. My-kyc/e-sign based request has failed and it has been 15 days (Since 20/9/19) after the pan card amount, 106 rs. Was paid via paytm, but the amount hasnt been refunded yet.

I kindly request for the issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

money not refunded for transaction which failed on 22/09/2019

I was applying for some changes in pan card for my cousin. My temporary token no. Was [protected]. I paid an amount of 106.90 twice on 22/09/2019. Once through my hdfc net banking, then through paytm. Both transactions failed & following msg was displayed on the payment page. "your previous transaction has been cancelled. Your money will be refunded back. Kindly make another payment". The money (106.90) which i paid through hdfc net banking...

esign is not working

I paid using upi id and it did work but i am unable complete my e sign. I dont want any refund but i just want to complete my e sign and get updated my pan details please someone help me.
I just want to complete my updation it got deducted around 107 rs. If any how am able to complete this means suggest a solution for this.

Received acknowledgement number ([n-[protected]]) on my registered email address.

And mail clearly stating that as i havr submitted through ekyc no need to submit the physical documents.

refund not processed and acknowledgement number also not provided

Hi.. I applied for pan card correction online.. The first time it came out with an error like "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days". My money got deducted. I saw many applicants facing the same issue when i searched about the issue online....

Am gurdeep singh s/o shri bhagwant singh having pan : ageps6145e. Recently after generating cibil report, i came to know that same pan card is being issed to another person namely gurdip singh s/o shri basant singh from ludhiana and all his credit cards, loans are reflecting in my cibil report.
Kindly sort out this matter.
