Dear sir,
Myself bimal kumar pandey i have applied online pancard correction detail but it's too long my pancard couldn't received so i confirm it by nsdl but they were saying u have to go nearest itr department so i go there but they were saying from myside there is no citizenship update take place so once again i m confirm from nsdl customer services but they were always saying that ur citizenship update take place from nearest itr department. So it's too long approx 6 month uptill now i couldn't get my pancard so kindly help me sir from coming out from this. My pancard acknowledgement no.[protected].

Name/ gender/ date of birth/ name as per aadhaar. Kindly visit designated tin-fc /pan centre and submit your pan application using biometric (Fingerprint) facility.         I applied for the pan card approx one month before and paid the fees through my credit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
        Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.
        Now its been over a month but neither the refund has come nor e-kyc has completed.
        Please refund my money. Details are given below:

            "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

            If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

            But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

              Application no :-[protected] i had opted for online pan application after uploading all documents it has taken to payments page i had chooses upi option payment has been made successfully twice but site has not redirected to payments page after payment now what should i do whom should i contact i had paid 106.70+106.70 twice even application is pending if i paid again same thing happens??? I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

                  I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my uncle. Temporary token is [protected]. I used e-sigm option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.106.90 twice using my paytm wallet. My balance was deducted twice from the e-wallet on 23/10/2019 but aadhar verification was not completed as the application was not processed further and it was requesting payment again. Now it shows me a message when i am checking to make the payment to procees my application. I need all my money or create a new pan card. They have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of digital india. Do something for a change

                    I had submitted an online application for the correction in pan card of my name, father's name and my address on 17th october 2019 however it has been 7 days and the status of the request still shows under progress. I would like to request to expedite this application so that i can move on to the process of withdrawal of my provident fund money which is impossible to be done currently because of the different name on pan card and in epfo records. I need to withdraw the provident fund because i have been jobless for 7.5 months and i have to pay the emi of my personal loan asap which is already pending for 2 months equalling to approximate ₹1, 00, 000. I am attaching the screenshot of the the request number submitted with nsdl for the correction of my name father's name and address.

                      When i was trying to complete my ekyc i got logged out as 2 much time time taken then i enter the otp but the site message on screen tha use new token and said refund will come bt my pancard application was not completed please see my problem and concern with other upper authority and refund my money please

                          I have applied for epan card on 21st oct 2019 to add my last name in my previous card as the last name is mentioned in my all document and i already submitted it successfully also aadhar verification was successful.
                          And today on 22nd oct 2019 i have received an sms on my mobile that
                          “letter sent for discrepancy found in pan application acknowledgment no. [protected]."

                          Could you please help me to get my epan asap? I really need it.

                                    My name is himanshu. My pan card no. Is as per allotted bdnph1180h. I have applied for pan card at 19 sept 2019. And i have checked the status of my pan card on a given link it shows that pan had to be delivered 11 oct but not delivered yet and i have also check my near post office but they do not get any parcel of my name. I humbley request to you please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                      I have applied for new pan card on 18th october 2019 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number.
                                      On completion of the process i've received message which says-

                                      If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                      But when i checked my application status today, it was shown"sorry, no record found."

                                      Please check my application.
