Sir/madam,

I have applied for new pan card on 4th august 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

    I have newly registered with e-nps and allotted with pran '[protected]'. When i am trying try to login to website with pran to set my i-pin for the first time i am getting the error - 'unauthorized user'.
    Note: i have already e-verified my application using aadhar.

    Could you please check and fix the i-pin issue so that i can login to my account and do my subsequent contributions.
    NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have applied for the new pan card and I have completed all the process and payment but I have not received any otp to complete the process.So I kindly request you to do the refund process as soon as possible..

    My dad registered in the NPS account and got the PRAN number, but not able to login to set IPIN and to contribute towards investment. Please help.

        I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary token is [protected] i use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.116.20 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 25/07/2019 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days." i have got a rs.5.75 refund message from my bank on 25/07/2019. Where is the remaining amount of my pan application? This problem arises due to their otp verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card. They have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of digital india. Do something for a change.

            Amount debited from my account but still it is showing payment failed and you will get your refund

            I did 3 transaction of ₹ 106.90 for three time but still it is showing payment failed but it got deducted from my account three time

                        I applied for name correction today 31/7/2019 at https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html and when i submitted the application it said
                        "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                        but when I enter my 15 digit acknowledgment number on https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/tan2/servlet/PanStatusTrack, it says record not found.

                        I've already sent an email with the number. But right now i received an email with E-PAN Card, it shows my corrected name, but on https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/tan2/servlet/PanStatusTrack it is still showing as

                        "Your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data' is under process at Income Tax Department"

                        Also when i try to verify my PAN on UAN portal, it says PAN details dont match with Aadhar and UAN, but i already changed it hence the email today.

                        KIndly advise.

                              As per your telephonic discussion with our representative, We hope your concern is resolved now, but if it is still persist, then kindly write us at [protected]@nsdl.co.in
                              I applied for the pan card twice for which rupees 106.9 was deducted on 17/07/2019.
                              It was due to otp generation problem.

                              Till now I didn't receive any amount.

                              Why to run a website when u can't resolve the issues?

                              I want my money back to be refunded.

                                I have a nps swavalambhan account through my lic agency. However, i am not able to login to my account nor i am getting my statement, which used to come earlier. When i tried to open throuh the pran by saying forgot password, its saying ivalid pran. Every month my contribution is going to my swavalambhan account[protected]. Tried to login to it many a times. Is it because its through my company that i am not able to login? I have all rights to get it to my mail or mobile. If it is not resolved i will have to file a case in consumer court.

                                      Sir/madam,

                                      I have applied for changes/corrections in pan card thru e-sign/e-kyc mode on nsdl website on 28th july 2019 and received an acknowledgement number along with the e-signed acknowledgement in the mail which says no physical documents are required to be submitted.

                                      But when i try to track the status of the application, it says "sorry, no records found".

                                      Please let me know if anything further needs to be done.

                                      I got this message while authenticate my PAN through Aadhar.
                                      Give me possible solution for this.

                                        I am writing this complaint regarding duplicate pan card.

                                        I find someone using the same pan card which i have. Name, pan card number, father name, date of birth and signature are exactly the same as i have on my pan card but the only photo is different.

                                        I am attaching the photograph of both pan cards, original and duplicate. Kindly find the attachment.

                                        Kindly take prompt action to avoid some serious fraud.

                                        Today (26/07/2019) i applied for pan card through nsdl after an hour of completing e-kyc i got my pan no. Which is bucpv2558k . But when i tried to verify my pan status it show no record found. Please help me sir.
