Now i was waiting for my refund about a month but i still didn't get back my refund of pan card... I want to know how much more time nsdl take for pan card refund? Whenever i try to login to see my pran detail a message display 'pran not found in database' it is been 12 months i am unable to see my submitted money in nps account. Please help me to login as perhaps my pran is not updated online i am providing my detail below.

I applied for name correction today 31/7/2019 at https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html and when i submitted the application it said
"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

but when I enter my 15 digit acknowledgment...

The application was submitted on 28th july, 2019. On completion of the process i have received confirmation message
However, when i am checking the status it says "sorry, no record found".

pran number is showing invalid on e salary

Sir my pran number is[protected] is showing invalid in esalary account please resolved it as i am getting problems in getting my salary.
But when i login through pran & password they show status as active.

changes in pan card application status

I have applied for changes/corrections in pan card thru e-sign/e-kyc mode on nsdl website on 28th july 2019 and received an acknowledgement number along with the e-signed acknowledgement in the mail which says no physical documents are required to be submitted.

But when i try to track the status of the application, it says "sorry, no records found".

two pan card with same information except the user photo

e-kyc failed refund needed

I have filed application for pan but due to failed e-kyc i want refund and i didn't get any acknowledgement no. I want to apply for refund for my payment. But online refund application form is not taking my transaction reference no. And not been able to get refund. Pls help and resolve the matter. I have attached the receipt. My pan no. Is bhgpk6588k same pan no. Has other person with same name, father name, dob in dehli. He is a vendor in arabtec india ltd. From last year my tds is showing extra income in form 26as.
What should i do i m paying income tax from last five years.
I call in that company then they told me the matter and gave his vendor mobile no. I call that person he send me his pan card. I was shocked to see the same pan card no....

Pan correction request date : 26/07/2019

I submitted online application for name correction in pan card through e-sign option. I got confirmation mail and acknowledgement number.

On 27th july when i check the status it shows "no record found"

Kindly let me know if the pan details correction application request is accepted or do i need to do anything to get it done....

acknowledgement receipt for tan application not generated

I have applied for tan on nsdl website, but after the payment, the acknowledgement receipt was not generated, acknowledgement no. Is - [protected], name - ghewar chand borana, the pdf which was downloaded was of 0 kb and was not openable, on sending emails several times, no resolution was provided, the customer care no. Provided on there website is also not getting connected, it is switched off from past 15 days, kindly look into and help...

refund related issue

I have applied for pan on the date 17/07/2019 with temporary token no. [protected]
But after fee deduction my final submission does not processed due to otp related issue, and i was informed that my pan application fee will refund within 7 days but it doesn't processed till today.
