Dear sir/madam, i have applied for pan card and its reach to my nearest post office also i got a dispatch update from an online inquiry after a few days again i checked the delivery status in online it was showing your pan card not delivered and it returned and now i tried to take e download then i found my telephone number is updated wrongly on my profile kindly note my following pan number with mobile no correct the same and dispatch asap it's my amble request.

        I have applied for pan card changes for name and dob change and its been more than 45 days now that my application is showing under process i have submitted all the documents and every time i call the customer care they reply me back please wait for 3-4 days your application is under process at income tax department. I need my pan card urgently and i am out of options.

          Hi,

          I had applied for a reissue of pan card with corrections on 19/09/2019. As i had got a mail saying the acknowledgement. I had done ekyc/e-sign but am unable to track my acknowledgement. May i know how many days it takes to update and when can i get my new card. I had received the password protected document also. As i had needed is there any chance that i can download a e-pan. How many days it takes to do corrections for the e-kyc/e-sign done application.

            I have applied for new pan card on 18th september 2019 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

            "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

            If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

            But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

            Thanks for the help. within a day my problem got solved and the status has been updated I received a mail from stating that your complaint has been registered and will be notified to NSDL and You should receive a reply from the company representatives within several days.

              I'm premkumar,
              I while incidentally checking for my cibil score found out that it is low as 671, then on further look up at cibil report i found out that a loan has been issued against my pan card without my notice and the faulty repayment by the fraudster was the reason for the lower cibil score, i have never taken any loans nor used any credit cards till dat. How do i end this problem and improve my cibil score and safeguard me from future scams, pls help me, thank in advance

                  Hi team,

                  I had filled an e application for the reprint of my pan card. It was done through nsdl. But when i try to track the status, it gives me an error - 'record not found'. It is a little time sensitive for me. It has been a while since i submitted my application and nothing is happening in that regard.

                  Please help me in this regard as it is very important for me to get the pan card before 4th oct

First i payed on a payment link of nsdlzcpaytm that got failed then i payed again and payment got successfull.. Hence my application was processed but i was charged twice for a single application please refund my failed amount of rs 106.9 to my payment source..                       As per the portal instruction i have done everything.
                      Payment done towards service 499/ Rs.
                      Send the physical application along with proofs to the portal provide address.

                                    When i am checking on nsdlsite to see the transaction, it is throwing error: "pran not found in database".
