Exception in generating esign user pdf inside esigncontroller for token no [protected]

I have made payment for pan card change and physical card request but the amount got deducted and this thing is showing up.
This thing is showing up even after authenticating aadhar twice.
Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

ekyc is not getting completed for pan card reissue

I have applied for on line correction in pan card application and had completed paying through upi. My pan application token no is [protected]

I have been trying to provide ekyc for my aadhaar card and also submitted otp twice times received for aadhar verification, but every time following message is displayed

pan card application "prefix m/s"

I have applied for online pan card for a partnership firm, I have filled all the details in the online application form and it has been accepted and I have posted the printed application along with payment detail, I have also sent the relative documents
I have received mail that my application contains a prefix before my name and I was asked to resubmit and post the application again quoting the same reference number.

refund of the amount paid for a new pan

While creating a new pan for my sister through nsdl website, i used e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I paid an amount of rs.116.20 using net banking. getting invalid pran number error on nps portal

I have been investing in NPS account for last 2 years bearing PRAN no.[protected].
However, recently, the https://www.cra-nsdl.com/CRA/LogonPwdSuccess.do website says that PRAN does not exist or PRAN number is invalid. Kindly resolve ASAP.
I have been receiving monthly statements from NSDL about performance where the PRAN is mentioned as above and i am able to unlock PDF document also with the same PRAN...

I use NSDL website to create a new pan card. I use e-sign option.
