I applied for the pan card through nsdl e-governance on 18/07/2019 and i have also uploaded my aadhar card.

I also received acknowledgement number[[protected]].

But when i checked my pan card application status it shows that no record is found.

Please kindly resolve my issue.

    As you sent the details of pan card and details of courier service and expected delivery was on 11th of july in jaunpur but till 17 i didn't recieve any pan cars and even instead of delivering they hold the courier at it's varanasi centre from 9th july i complained two times but they didn't do anything and at last i have to go to varanasi at trackon centre and then they give it.
    This was not with me like with same problem around 5 to 8 people were there. For nsdl pan's courier.
    Because of this my some bank's work is delayed.
    I request you to take some action regarding trackon courier.

        I have applied for pan card with the name mohammed iqbal which dispatched at our residence address on july 1st 2019. Unfortunately we could not recieved the post as we were out of station. Later, i approached the local post man and he informed me that he has returned the pancard to sender address..

            I have applied for new pan card on 17th july 2019 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number. On completion of the process, i received following message :

            "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

            If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

            But now when i am trying to track my pan card status, it is showing "sorry, no record found."

            Kindly rectify the error

              I have been applying for pan card using nsdl online servuce through ekyc and esign. After all the information input and completing the payment, i authenticated my ekyc and entered the otp however the esign is not working.
              The error "exception in generating esign user pdf inside esigncontroller for token no 00425*"

              The aadhaar authentication happens post making the payment. I have done this 3 times today, twice using chrome — which threw the error message and once using mobile browser.

              I am not sure which attempt has been successful as i dont see any confirmation mail or status of my application.

              Tried so many times as i am in need o[censored]pdated pan asap. Please look into this at the earliest as i dont want to lose so much money and that too in vain!!!

              Notified but no updates from them yet!! Third time i made payment and also got acknowledgment but there is no record in their DB for my Acknowledgment number!!! I need my money back or at least application processed ASAP

                  Your e-kyc /e-sign based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc /e-sign mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.

                  I got this message when i applied for pan through e kyc base, but i didn't get money return. What should i do now.

                        Filed a date of incorporation change in pan on 22nd july. Been 25days today still we are being told that our issue will take another 7-8 days without any proper reason. Our pan was generated on 13th april but we have not recieved any copy of the same till date. After a lot of trying we were forced to apply for a change request. Waiting since then been more than 3 months since i am waiting for a pan card.

                        The call center is reluctant to resolve the issue and rudely putting me ti hold for 20 25 minutes. No date or tentavie date is being informed to me in this regard. After every time the timeline keeps on increasing by 7-8 days.

                          I tried to correct my name in pan card and did the payment of 75 rupees. I also entered the aadhar details and i am getting the following error

                          "exception in generating esign user pdf inside esigncontroller for token no [protected]"

                          Please help me resolve this issue. This message was generated after entering the aadhar number and otp

                          I need to do this to link my pan details to uan account. The initials have been expanded in the pan card which is not the case in all my other documents

                                Hi team,

                                I was applying for pan card using e-kyc and after authenticating via otp started getting an exception which stopping the further flow to complete my application. Below is the exception occurred which includes my token number as well.

                                Otp was authenticated properly but couldn't proceed further.

                                Please look into this as i have already made my payment and require pan as early as possible.

                                  I have registered for PAN card using e-sign in and KYC option on 15th July, 2019.
                                  I have received the acknowledgement number [protected].
                                  And a message saying "Thank you for using online facility for pan application.
                                  If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                  However on entering this number to check the application status, the message is showing "No record found".

                                  Please address this issue at the earliest.

                                      Sir/Madam,
                                      I am writing on behalf of my LLP company. I have applied new PAN for my company on 15th of June.
                                      On 18th June i received discrepancy email that application can not be processed due to non submission of Aadhaar card and the scanned photos are not clear. Since this is for our company we do not have Aadhaar card. so we uploaded our company registration certificate again.
                                      On 25th June i received discrepancy email that the PDF file is corrupted. Again we uploaded the same document.
                                      After that the status shows

                                      "Your application is under process at NSDL - TIN Facilitation Center. You may contact TIN FC[protected] where the application was submitted by you"

                                      I have been trying to contact this customer care number but no one is picking up the call. And, I have also emailed them regarding this where i could not find any reply.

                                      It is been a month since i uploaded the document . Please do further necessary action to get my new PAN. All my company works are backlogging due to this issue.
