I have filed application for pan but due to failed e-kyc i want refund and i didn't get any acknowledgement no. I want to apply for refund for my payment. But online refund application form is not taking my transaction reference no. And not been able to get refund. Pls help and resolve the matter. I have attached the receipt. Pan application is filed in the name of bhagirathi devi and dob is 21/07/1973

    My pan no. Is bhgpk6588k same pan no. Has other person with same name, father name, dob in dehli. He is a vendor in arabtec india ltd. From last year my tds is showing extra income in form 26as.
    What should i do i m paying income tax from last five years.
    I call in that company then they told me the matter and gave his vendor mobile no. I call that person he send me his pan card. I was shocked to see the same pan card no.

      Pan correction request date : 26/07/2019

      I submitted online application for name correction in pan card through e-sign option. I got confirmation mail and acknowledgement number.

      On 27th july when i check the status it shows "no record found"

      Kindly let me know if the pan details correction application request is accepted or do i need to do anything to get it done.

          Can you tell me how i update my mobile number in my pran account.. yesterday I went to bank to update my mobile number.. but their my mobile number already shown in PRAN account detail.. but it is not working in APY & NPS apps .. My mobile number is [protected]

            I have applied for tan on nsdl website, but after the payment, the acknowledgement receipt was not generated, acknowledgement no. Is - [protected], name - ghewar chand borana, the pdf which was downloaded was of 0 kb and was not openable, on sending emails several times, no resolution was provided, the customer care no. Provided on there website is also not getting connected, it is switched off from past 15 days, kindly look into and help us getting our tan acknowledgement receipt so that we can sent that duly signed copy to nsdl to get our tan

                Respected sir/madam,

                I had applied for correction of pan card, ack no. N-[protected] and the same was processed and sent through professional courier on 21-jul-2019. The pan card had reached bangalore arekere professional courier office on 23-jul-2019 but they never delivered it. When i contacted the courier office they informed me to come to their office and collect it personally and the reason they gave me was that they never deliver pan cards. Is this true? Earlier pan cards were always delivered to the address registered in your database, but have you stopped it now? Also i asked them why they did not call me to inform that i have to come and collect the pan card for which they did not have any reply. They said this is the process they follow. Can you please check this issue?

                  I, Kishor Kumar Jha, want to inform you that, I applied for my new Pan Card. My acknowledge number is N-[protected] and my PAN is BYSPJ6839D. I wish to made my Pan Card with one guardian only (Mother's Name only). Unfortunately, I made a mistake in the place of Mother's name. I got the Pan Card in which the spelling my mother's name is incorrect. After that, I want to apply for the correction of my Pan Card. I went to ALANKIT LIMITED, KOLKATA (BRANCH ID- 01335) with needful documents. But, I am informed that, I cannot correct my Mother's name. They told me that, they cannot put my correct Mother's name in the online form. I already submitted the needful documents. I also called to the NSDL helpline and talked with the customer care representative (Complain No.[protected]. How should I correct my mother's name in my PAN card? My correct PAN card is urgently required.

                    I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.
                    The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp three times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

                                      I am an ideas speed e user, a client member
                                      With dp id in302437 and client id 20129110. My password earlier did not contain capital alphabet and special character. The new requirement is that they should contain them. But the system is not allowing me to change the password and throws some wrong message or other.
                                      I could not use the forgot password also as it directs me to take the paperwork to my dp which is far away from my home and as i am a senior citizen, it is difficult for me to travel to my dp for every reset of password.
                                      Please help me to reset password through email.
                                      Also please explain the new password requirements exactly, by an example, as i am at a loss to understand what is expected.
