I have applied for pan on the date 17/07/2019 with temporary token no. [protected]
But after fee deduction my final submission does not processed due to otp related issue, and i was informed that my pan application fee will refund within 7 days but it doesn't processed till today.

    Respected sir/madam,

    I had applied for correction of pan card, ack no. N-[protected] and the same was processed and sent through professional courier on 21-jul-2019. The pan card had reached bangalore arekere professional courier office on 23-jul-2019 but they never delivered it. When i contacted the courier office they informed me to come to their office and collect it personally and the reason they gave me was that they never deliver pan cards. Is this true? Earlier pan cards were always delivered to the address registered in your database, but have you stopped it now? Also i asked them why they did not call me to inform that i have to come and collect the pan card for which they did not have any reply. They said this is the process they follow. Can you please check this issue?

      I, Kishor Kumar Jha, want to inform you that, I applied for my new Pan Card. My acknowledge number is N-[protected] and my PAN is BYSPJ6839D. I wish to made my Pan Card with one guardian only (Mother's Name only). Unfortunately, I made a mistake in the place of Mother's name. I got the Pan Card in which the spelling my mother's name is incorrect. After that, I want to apply for the correction of my Pan Card. I went to ALANKIT LIMITED, KOLKATA (BRANCH ID- 01335) with needful documents. But, I am informed that, I cannot correct my Mother's name. They told me that, they cannot put my correct Mother's name in the online form. I already submitted the needful documents. I also called to the NSDL helpline and talked with the customer care representative (Complain No.[protected]. How should I correct my mother's name in my PAN card? My correct PAN card is urgently required.

        I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.
        The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp three times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

          I have submitted a application form on nsdl website on 3july2019 for requesting a new pan card as i have to open bank acc. As i have crossed 18 years . Bank refernce no. Is 790519 and token no is [protected] as it has crossed more than 20 days. They said that your money will be returned in 7 working days but they didont . The failure is due to some mismatch in aadhar e-sign.

          I request to plz refund my payment as soon as possible

              Ihave applied for on line correction in pan card application and had completed paying through online. My pan application token no is [protected].

              I have been trying to provide ekyc for my aadhaar card and also submitted otp two times received for aadhar verification, but every time following message is coming

              Exception in generating esign user pdf inside esigncontroller for token no. [protected]

              Please help to resolve this issue immediately. As i have already made the payment to nsdl.

                I had applied with nsdl online for a change in my pan details. My pan no is bsbpr8406h. The acknowledgement no for my online application is [protected]. My application was rejected stating that the proofs submitted did not contain last name in expanded form as mentioned in the application.

                      Your PAN card has been dispatched on 24-Jul-2019 by Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no.[protected], at the address for communication indicated by you in the application.
                      [protected] ack number by mistake father name change in pan application form but no change in father name.

                          I am an ideas speed e user, a client member
                          With dp id in302437 and client id 20129110. My password earlier did not contain capital alphabet and special character. The new requirement is that they should contain them. But the system is not allowing me to change the password and throws some wrong message or other.
                          I could not use the forgot password also as it directs me to take the paperwork to my dp which is far away from my home and as i am a senior citizen, it is difficult for me to travel to my dp for every reset of password.
                          Please help me to reset password through email.
                          Also please explain the new password requirements exactly, by an example, as i am at a loss to understand what is expected.

                          And when my otp came I entered into the form the session was timed out. Will get my money back.

After that i am unable to login again and the site is showing the registration against this acknowledgement no is pending for confirmation from payment gateway.                                         But i cannot find any status of pan application using acknowledgement number provided it's always giving "sorry no record found" message.
