Last month on 28th in your website i change my pan card name correction by online and paid by my via net bank but i can receive a msg from your its can't do by our side you can visit to the concern office for it they told, within 7 working days you will receive your payment they told but still now i can't get my payment please do the needful to me.(this is my reference no.[protected]

    Exception in generating esign user pdf inside esigncontroller for token no [protected]

    I have made payment for pan card change and physical card request but the amount got deducted and this thing is showing up.
    This thing is showing up even after authenticating aadhar twice.
    Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

          "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

          If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

          But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

          I was facing the same problem on the day i had tried to apply for update but when i tried again next morning exception was not there my suggestion is try again.

              I have applied for on line correction in pan card application and had completed paying through upi. My pan application token no is [protected]

              I have been trying to provide ekyc for my aadhaar card and also submitted otp twice times received for aadhar verification, but every time following message is displayed

              Please help to resolve this issue immediately as i have already made the payment to nsdl.

                I have applied for online pan card for a partnership firm, I have filled all the details in the online application form and it has been accepted and I have posted the printed application along with payment detail, I have also sent the relative documents
                I have received mail that my application contains a prefix before my name and I was asked to resubmit and post the application again quoting the same reference number.
                but the question is who makes that Prefix ..? That is prefix from your Site "Mr, Ms, Miss, and M/S" then why you are asking us to remove ..?
                so I request you to remove that prefix from your sites to avoid those issue

                    While creating a new pan for my sister through nsdl website, i used e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I paid an amount of rs.116.20 using net banking. My balance was deducted from the bank on 11/07/2019 and token [protected] was generated, but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. This problem arises due to their otp verification failure. I need all my money back as i had to repay for the generation of new token.
                    Please fix the bug so that the paid amount is refunded once the authentication is failed. Otherwise why should one use this website if one has to pay multiple times for the same purpose? Please do something immediately.

                        I tried to apply for pan card for my wife 2 times. First time due otp issue, the application failed to submitted, but the money is deducted. Till now not received the refund.                         2nd time i have applied for the pan card. Otp verification was succesful, but again failed due mismatch of error "e-sign received from uidai doesn't belong to the pan applicant." refund is not yet received. For reference the acknowledgement number is: [protected]

                            getting invalid pran number error on nps portal

                            I have been investing in NPS account for last 2 years bearing PRAN no.[protected].
                            However, recently, the https://www.cra-nsdl.com/CRA/LogonPwdSuccess.do website says that PRAN does not exist or PRAN number is invalid. Kindly resolve ASAP.
                            I have been receiving monthly statements from NSDL about performance where the PRAN is mentioned as above and i am able to unlock PDF document also with the same PRAN...

My balance was deducted from the bank on 27/06/2019 but pan card application processing failed due to my name in application is sync with aadhar. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days. Till i didnt get my refund amount.

                                    After that I did the whole process again but again the same message appeared and the amount deducted again.
                                    So the amount deducted two times for two token number but both the transaction failed. I have not received any refund yet.

As per belom I have paid an amount through Rupay debit card and amount was deducted from my account on 12/03/2021 & 13/03/2021 but it show me the screen which wants to authenticate my aadhar card by sending an otp on my number which i didn't get it because my aadhar is not linked to my number. So the transaction failed Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-sign/e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-sign/e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days."
                                    After that I did the whole process again but again the same message appeared and the amount deducted again.

                                    I use NSDL website to create a new pan card. I use e-sign option. I have paid an amount of Rs.106.90 from paytm and amount was deducted from my account on 30/31.05.2021 but it show me the screen which wants to authenticate my aadhar card by sending an otp on my number which i didn't get it because my aadhar is not linked to my number. So the transaction failed Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-sign/e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-sign/e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days."
                                    After that I did the whole process again but again the same message appeared and the amount deducted again.
                                    So the amount deducted two times for two token number but both the transaction failed. I have not received any refund yet.
                                    So please check my Payment history in NSDL website and refund my pan application fees for the transaction.

                                      Sir, i have used NSDL website to create a new pan card Temporary Token is [protected] & [protected]. I use e-kyc option for Aadhar verification. I MY balance was deducted from the bank but Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days." This problem arises due to their OTP verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card. they have to close their website if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change.
