[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — esign/ekyc mode pan application status shows no record found

Dear sir/madam,

I have applied for change of information in my existing pan card on 9th january 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I also got my acknowledgement number ([protected]).

After completion of the process i received following message -

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

But when i check my application status today using this acknowledgement number, it has been showing "sorry, no record found."

Can you please check my application status from your end & let me know if anything is missing or if any other action is pending to be performed from my side.

I applied for PAN card 02.01.2018 and payment of 115. 90/- Rs debited from my account. But when I show pan status on portal there show that no record found. So sir please resolve my problem and processed my pan card for dispatch. My token no. is [protected] and ack. No. is [protected] & mob. No. +91-[protected].
