Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — refund for pan application

I applied for a new pan through NSDL and got through almost all steps. I paid the fee using my debit card and money was debited from my account. But then my application was rejected due to a mismatch in demographic data. I have not received the refund yet. The application was made on 07/06/2019 and the transaction occured the same day. Please help me get the refund.

I esigned the application for pan name change . But when I tracked the status it saws no records found.

Nodal officer SR DPO DRM OFFICE NEW DELHI did wrong feeding of my email id and mobile no. in my NPS account and I have not gotten PRAN KIT NPS yet 2 years later. My phone [protected] Emil [protected]@gmail.com
