I've applied online for fresh pan card application, My 1st transaction failed due to Aadhar card authentication failed. I tried the 2nd transaction again failed for the same reason. On 3rd transaction I got success.
For each transaction, from my account deducted Rs.106.90.
For the same next day, I received a refund for the 1st transaction.
after a two week, I received my PAN Card. but still, the 2nd transaction needs to refund.
I mailed to ([protected]@nsdl.co.in, [protected]@nsdl.co.in) regarding these issues, till the day I didn't receive any updates.
