inspite of your letter no 101040/10ar/pgc-2019/663 dated 11 feb 2019
chief manager s.B.I .Centralized pension processing centre, chandni chowk delhi has not revised family pension even after attaining the age of 80 years and above as per para 4.5 of govt of india pension rule

sir, my i request your - self to kindly intervine in the long pending matter so that my enhansed famly penson & arrear is released at the earlest to meet my oldage basic needs, as i am solely dependent on family pension only.

I hope you better understand my position .

    On NSDL website for PAN CARD correction, I have applied online on 13-June-2019 through eKYC and e-sign process by providing my Aadhaar card number. I have made a payment of Rs. 107 through Credit Card for the Physical PAN CARD.

    My Application number is [protected].

    However, on tracking the Application status, it shows " NO RECORD FOUND".

    Please explain why the status shows NO RECORD FOUND when all details have been provided and payment made.

    when shall I obtain the corrected PAN CARD?

    I was apply for Pan card on 13 april 2019
    But my application from was failed and payment deducted 147 rupees, but didn't get refund till today. So i want to refund my payment.

      I have applied for a new PAN Card in the name of REETA DEVI which dispatched our address in 07 AUG 2017. I couldn’t receive the PAN Card as our home was closed when the local Post Man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the Post Man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

        Respected Sir/madam,

        I have applied for updating pan card on 12th june 2019 through e-sign mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

        "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

        If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

        But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

          I have used NSDL website to create a new pan card of my Sister.I used e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.106.20 using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 11/06/2019 but there was a mismatch between Aadhar details and details furnished for PAN application. It showed me a message stating that there was a mismatch between Aadhar and PAN details and hence you cannot proceed the application, Amount would be refunded within 7 working days. Once again I have applied on next day i.e. 12/06/2019 by paying 106.20. Whether my previous payment is refundable?

            The PAN correction applied for online on 26 May 2019 and the application is still showing as under process. Considering that the document was submitted online and the e-verification for the same is already done with Aadhaar. The time period seems to be awfully long to correct the details of the PAN card. The Acknowledgment number of the same is N-[protected] . Please help resolve the same.

                I have applied online address correction for my PAN and I do the payment successfully.
                Post payment after entering the aadhar OTP it shows " Session expired".
                Request you to do the needful and correct my name in PAN.

                    During the submission of PAN card correction application rupees 106.90/- has been debited from my State Bank of India account with reference no[protected]INB Payments- QSBI[protected]GAGFJLCJ5.

                    Also the generated application token no. was [protected] dated 26/06/2019.

                    Its already more than 10 days are over, therefor I request you to refund the amount for the same.

                      I have applied pan name correction through onlineservice - NSDL Online. Token Ref No. [protected] on 03-Apr-2019. Almost everything done quickly, finally i had re-directed to fees window to complete the application. Then, i used HDFC net banking and amount also paid. Almost more than two months over, still it is not refunded. Same i wrote mail to [protected]@nsdl.co.in Request ID :##517501## on 4-June-2019. How ever there is no response.
                      Kindly, escalate the issue to concern department resolve my refund issue.

                        I use NSDL website to create a correction in pan card of my friend. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.106.90 using my paytm account. MY balance was deducted from the paytm wallet on 07/06/2018 but money got deducted and the website showd transaction error. Then again i have paid using my netbanking for the same. But the problem that i have paid two times for the same application. This problem arises due to the site problem. I need all my
                        of 1 transaction money. they have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change.

I couldn’t receive the PAN Card as our home was closed when the local Post Man reached our home. Later, we contacted the Post Man regarding the same.                             I applied for pan card online on 29/05/2019 and it got rejected due to mistake in some fields. I made a payment of Rs106.90 using my debit card which was to be refunded in 7 working days as promised by you. But I did not receive my refund amount even after completion of 7 working days. Kindly look into this problem and make sure that I get my refund back.

                                  I tried to apply for the pan card through nsdl website. After doing all the filling and paying the fee of 106.9 it shows the token has failed try generating a new token. Then i tried again and paid again 106. 9 the same thing happened to me. I still not recived any messages or refund from this site. The thing is this shows failure of such sites. If you cant run sites please close down such sites

                                    I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my sister. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. My balance was deducted from the bank on 24/05/2019 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days. Please refund the amount as much as possible. Kindly do the concern.

                                    Currently the status for pan card showing as rejected due to Father name mismatch between application and IT data.
                                    But I verfiied the name and it shows exactly the same name.

                                      I have applied for pan card online with option e-kyc authentication through aadhaar. The details were submitted successfully and the payment was also made through debit card. But i haven't received the otp at last verification step. It shows your esign/e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with esign/e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days. So please refund the money as per concern. Token no:[protected]
