Address: 122 G block, Near Thareja Hospital, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, 335001

I used nsdl website to create a new pan card. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for my aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.106.90 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 25/06/2019 (Successful transaction) but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate a new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get a refund of the pan application in next seven working days." i haven't got the refund within one week. This problem arises due to their otp verification failure. When i will be getting my refund back?

    Dear sir,
    I am gournitai singh 23 ar 2300617, retired at[protected], at present my pension is rs 14317, and till date iam only received rs 20000 on the name of arer, where as other pension person received much higher (Ie 150000 to 2k)
    Please do the need full, i think some thing wrong on my pension account.

      I have applied for on line correction in pan card application and had completed paying through online. My pan application token no is [protected]

      I have been trying to provide ekyc for my aadhaar card and also submitted otp two times received for aadhar verification, but every time following message is coming

      Exception in generating esign user pdf inside esigncontroller for token no. [protected]

      Please help to resolve this issue immediately. As i have already made the payment to nsdl.

        I didn't get refund of my pan application fee after one month of fail application.

        I make pan application on 25/05/2019 but it not processed as mismatch of name/gender/dob with aadhaar.

        Temporaary token no. Of application is [protected].

        Transaction of application is made with paytm and wallat txn id: [protected] amount is rs.106.90.

        So please resolved this and make refund of my application fee.

              I applied for pan card in august 2018. But it is returned undelivered. Kindly re-dispatch it. It has been so many months now. The status shows it was dispatched on 26th august 2018. But i never got it.
              Nobody picks up the call and mails have not been reverted to. My pan card acknowledgement no is : n - [protected]. Kindly resend it as soon as possible. It is urgent for me now as i have to open a bank account which is highly needed.

              Hoping to see some positive action.

                I use "nsdl" website to create a new pan card... I use e-kyc option for adhar verification... I have paid an amount of rs106.90 using my bhim upi... The application process is failed but i didn't get any refund amount... I have applied two times but i will be failed.. I have lose my money two times i. E rs106.90+rs106.90=rs212.180

                      I have applied for pan card online token no.[protected] the amount has been deducted two times.
                      First time i have paid through net banking and they have not shared receipt and the page has has again gone to payment page and second time i have made payment through bhim upi after payment the work has also not done.
                      Now i am trying to contact them but i am unable to reach them.

                            pan card not received after applying via esign/ekyc mode

                            I had applied online via ekyc/esign mode for a pan card on 16.05.2019. I had received the 15 digit acknowledgement number for the same on my email. I have not received my pan till now i. E 27.09.2019. When i check the status of my application, it says
                            "we have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your pan application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to nsdl to enable us to process your pan application at...

                            "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                            If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                            But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                                I have applied for the pan card through e-kyc with token [protected]
                                and paid Rs.106 but the process did not get completed.
                                I have paid through Debit card on[protected].
                                The money got deducted from the bank account but after that it asked for aadhar authentication where the process got stopped returned to home page saying that your application process is failed.
                                Photo is attached for the clear information about transaction id and payment.
                                Please refund my money for applying new pancard.

                                  "Thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                    I had applied with NSDL online for a change in my PAN details. My PAN no is BHOPP5742E. The acknowledgement no for my online application is [protected]. My application was rejected stating that the proofs submitted did not contain last name in expanded form as mentioned in the application.It is been 25 days and I have not received any refund. Kindly refund my PAN processing fee.

                                      I have applied for a pan card in the name of ajay shete which dispatched our address in jan 2019. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for 4 days and returned to the sender address.

                                      Therefore, i requesting your resend my pan card to same address and i mentioned our details below.
