[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Refund of money

Sir/madam,

I had applied for pan reprint with token number:[protected] on 08.06.2017.

I had successfully made the paymant of rs 116.20 online through my debit card, but even though the money was deducted from the bank a/c but my payment was shown as cancelled on your portal.

Please do the needful to refund my money asap.

Details of payment:
1. Token number=[protected]
2. Name of applicant=rahul goswami
3. Father's name=ratan lal goswami
4. Dob of applicant=25.05.1989
5. Address=75 ap devi road, mb hata lane, titagarh, kolkata-700119

Sir/madam i have attached the bank statement screenshot and the nsdl payment decline confirmation page screenshot details with this mail.

Please refund the money as soon as possible.

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. For every unsuccessful transaction, the PAN fees which is debited from your account, will be revered/credited within 7 working days.

It has been more than 7 days since your reply and more than 14 days since I have paid the PAN fee.

I have not received any refund yet.
