Sir/madam,
I had applied for pan reprint with token number:[protected] on 08.06.2017.
I had successfully made the paymant of rs 116.20 online through my debit card, but even though the money was deducted from the bank a/c but my payment was shown as cancelled on your portal.
Please do the needful to refund my money asap.

NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. For every unsuccessful transaction, the PAN fees which is debited from your account, will be revered/credited within 7 working days.

It has been more than 7 days since your reply and more than 14 days since I have paid the PAN fee.
I have not received any refund yet.
