I had applied for pan reprint with token number:[protected] on 08.06.2017.

I had successfully made the paymant of rs 116.20 online through my debit card, but even though the money was deducted from the bank a/c but my payment was shown as cancelled on your portal.

Please do the needful to refund my money asap.

    मेने 07/06/2017 को NSDL की ओनलाइन सेवा के मध्यम से आवेदन किया था, परन्तू वह किनही कारणों से पेमेन्ट ओप्सन मे OTP डालने के बाद फेल हो गया, परन्तु मेरे अकाउंट से पैसा निकल चुका था, मेने 3 बार try किया परन्तु तीनों बार यही हुआ जिसकी डिटेल्स मे नीचे दे रहा हूँ, Process फेल्ड होने के बाद पेमेन्ट7 दिन मे रिफन्ड होने का मेसेज Screen पर दिखाई दिया ।
    अतः मेरा निवेदन है कि मेरा पेमेन्ट जल्द लौटाने की कृपा करे ।

      It has been done before 20 days back.
      But i have not received about status

        I had applied with nsdl online for a change in my pan details on[protected]. My pan no is agkpd4605n. Token number for my application is [protected]. The message appeared that your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.
        But till now no payment has been received in my account

          My pan application# n-[protected] submitted in mar 2017, still not issues pan card. I need this pan card to submit to my bank to get my atm card, and i'm unable use my bank account now.

          My adhaar submitted was not accepted and i provide passport copy and voter id card. And got email my documents are in order.

          But in website it still shows my documents are not valid. And when i call customer care they say it is under process for past 2 weeks.

          Im very unhappy with service i got from nsdl, pls help me to get the card delivered asap.

                Hi,

                I have applied for change in pan card data online for the pan babpr9486d through temp token number [protected] and made the payment once through sbi net banking and again using credit card.

                Amount debited in both the transactions but the update failed and got a message saying money will be refunded back to the account.

                It has been more than a week but i haven't got the payment

                Please look into this.

                    Respected sir/madam,

                    I had submitted the pan application for my mom in jan 2017, acknowledge number n-[protected].

                    I was asked to submit additional documents and i did it already, but still the status is "we have received the documents with reference to your pan application. Your application is under process with nsdl". I see this status for several months.

                    Pan card is being asked for in all banks now.
                    Something needs to be done on this aspect. Nsdl processing is extremely slow, each small update takes not less than a month.

                    Phones are not reachable, even if they answer the call they give the same status as mentioned above. Nobody responds to the mails, i don't understand the purpose of having a mail id and giving it to public.

                    Not sure if this compliant is going to help.
                    Hope a better process comes in place.

                                  Pancard with aadhar card linking error. Aadhar card is match but pan card request is not active. My pan number is bnnpk3730l please solve this my problem. My pancard and aadhar card both are same name. I am goverment servant and my office order urjantly pan card link to aadhar. Because linking error. Please sir solve my complaint urgently... Thanks.

                                        Ihad applied pan card to14/02/2017acknowledgementno:[protected]. Still now i don't received pan card. When i check the status in website it is showing "your application is under process at tin facilitation center. Kindly call[protected] for further processing of your application.". I do not submit my pancard no at my bank, my account has stoped because i did not submit my k. Y. C. So plese help me.
