I have applied for new pan on 02.05.2017 but till date pan was not allotted to me. The status is showing in nsdl website as "income tax department (Itd) database shows that you may have been issued pan in your name. Itd yet to inform status of your application."
I need the pan urgently. Kindly resolve the same.

      I have paid online paid online rs 112.75+5=117.75 vide transection no isbi[protected] dated 29.05.2017 and bank ref no igabiqelb5. But no information is received from nsdl. Due to problem in nsdl website. It work upto the time of payment on line and thereafter it disappear and ihad been able to note any other informaion and after waiting of 12 days i am writing this,

        Hello sir,

        I have a serious issue regarding money being deducted from my bank account.

        I was applying for pan correction for 2 different pan cards from https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html, going through the procedure i opted for kyc mode and did my payments but as my aadhaar is authenticated its showing that the request cannot be completed and "money has been deducted from my bank a/c"

        So please tell me when will it be refunded and it happened the same for 2 of my applications done.

        My complaint has not been resolved till now.. Rather i have tried out every number on the NSDL website, not 1 connects.. Trying the numbers from last 3 days.. Complaint on Twitter..
        Mailed them did every possible things, but no one is answering

        Please please let me know what to do to get my money back..

        From morning 9am to evening 6pm no one picks up the call, after 6pm someone picks up the call and says "OFFICE BAND HO GYA HAIN.. KAL SAWARE CALL KIJIYE"
        This is the replies we get.. And how can the portal of E-Governance help up..
        Called the Efilling department.. they told we cannot help call the NSDL.. even after telling them that no one is picking calls on any number.. they give the same replies..

        Tell me how will we help ourselves now.. If no one is there to answer..
        Its pathetic condition of the government departments that people suffer..

            I applied for the pan card correction today and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed and it displayed the following message :
            Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.
            Please let me know the reason why it failed.

            If i cannot make corrections via online, please refund my money and tell me the way i can make the corrections.

              This is to inform you while i made an attempt to file an application for correction of name on my wife's pan card via nsdl website. I chose he option of netbanking in order to pay the required charges i. E. Rs 117.35, however the transaction didnt carry out successfully and i got a popup message that if the amount is charged, it wud be reversed back.
              Unfortunately i have been charged with that amount and i expect nsdl to refund that money back to my kotak bank account [protected]

                I had applied for pan card correction on may 11.
                Acknowledge no [protected].
                It is showing status as your application is under process. Earlier it was showing "your details doesn't match with the income tax data base and a letter dating may 24 is dispatched to your communication address."
                Please tell me what to do.
                As government has specified that pan will be invalid on july 1 if it is not linked with adhhar.
                Should i go for change in adhaar.

                                  I applied for pan card through nsdl services on 6/6/2017 i finished the online process of filling the necessary details in the online form and even i paid rs.112.75 through internet banking services from sbi. After payment has done
                                  I got message immediately like my transaction was cancelled or rejected and my amount would return immediately it happen twice but they have not return the amount of rs.225 to my account until now. I sent them e-mail referring about this but not got any reply what should i have to do to get back my amount. This is totally not correct they have not enrolled by application by they have deducted amount from my account what should i have to do to get back my amount. Pls help me (They alloted a token no and they send me a e-mail about the details of them in case if it was useful for further steps)

                                  I have received my amount back which was deducted from my online account at time of registration. I received it after 10 days from the day i have submitted my complaint.Thanks for returning the amount and please help the people who wants to register through your services with out any problems as per as possible.Because my application has not registered yet so help as with this issue, the problem arise at the time of payment or issuing of PAN card.Any how thanks a lot once again

                                      Blue dart express — pan card not delivered but returned to nsdl rtos


                                      Dear sir,

                                      I have applied for pan card online. When i checked status, it shows

                                      "
                                      Your pan card has been dispatched on 16-may-2017 by blue dart express ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 26-may-2017."

                                      Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at buledart website to track out my status, but they have returned to nsdl rtos already on 30 may 2017. There was no call from blue dart express till date.

                                      I sent a mail to concerned department ([protected]@nsdl.co.in,) by requesting them to resend my pan card to my given address (But no response from them too till date.

                                      Thus sir, i kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest.
