      Good day,

      This is anish anand.

      I have nps account which was opened in 2012.
      Pran :[protected]
      Email: [protected]@gmail.com

      The website is showing "pran not found in data base".

      Please take some action. I have tried to call the nsdl many times but no one is willing to pick up the phone and solve the matter.

      I have to make the payments else the account will be frozen and i have to again pay extra.

      I hope someone will be willing to work and solve the matter.

        Sir i applied for pan card online and after filling all the required fields and paying money rs 116.2 my application was cancelled because my mobile number is not registered with aadhar. It shows error like "submit the documents physically" and when i tried to go back my session get expired and i cant even able to save my acknowledgment number but i have transaction number.

            I have applied for a new pan card in the name of ram milan which dispatched our address in may 2017. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

                Your PAN card was returned undelivered to NSDL. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is 'Consignee was not available'. The same has been re-dispatched by Registered/Speed Post on 10-Jun-2017
                My Oran no is[protected] and I want to add my pH no [protected]
                PAN service is very bad they don"t have re-dispatch option online.
                NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure website is always UNDER MAINTENANCE.
                Customer Care Service No.+[protected] line is mostly busy.
                [protected]@nsdl.co.in / [protected]@nsdl.co.in this mail id is just for show piece i[censored] email them no one replies...
                they are just harassing the people and fooling them So that they Catch by Some agents...
                If someone goes up to their office they don"t have representative to assist the Pan card holder this thing is managed by security person sitting outside their office...Nor they give pan card inhand after showing original docs..

                    Application for reprint of pan card or change or correction in pan data can also be submitted through tin-fc or pan centres or online nsdl e-governance.

                    I have applied pan online change correction and pan change application dated :[protected]. I have paid money rs 107 online and money has deducted from my axisbank account s but i didn't get my acknowledgement.
                    I have also sent my physical application duly signed attaching self attested various documents aadhar, pan card copy, voterid etc.

                    I am not able to login in your website, always shows error eventhough correct data are inputed.
                    The helpline phone always shows busy.

                                  Nsdl pan card fee online payment failed but not refunded

                                  I used NSDL website for a new PAN card on 30th May 2017 online on NDSL website.

                                  I got the temporary token number - [protected], and then filled all fields and at the final page went to pay the fee by online payment through Bill Desk and internet banking.

                                  After making the required payment, the amount got deducted from my bank account but when redirecting back to NSDL web site, got the below error message:

                                  I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of mine. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for my aadhar verification. I have paid an amount 2 times of rs.116.20 using my debit card and second time with jio money. My balance was deducted 116.20+116.20 from the bank and jio money both on 01/06/2017 but payment was not completed due to any reason somehow i don't know. Now it shows me a message when payment failed "your payment has failed. You got your refund. Please make a fresh payment and try again" i haven't got any refund. Where is the amount of my pan application? This problem arises due to their payment failure. I need all my money to create a new pan card. They have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. Is this the true digital india. Do something for a change.

                                  Jio money wallet balance refunded but balance of 2nd failed transaction from same token no. Same time from induslnd bank not refunded yet..

                                  I made my bank payment through debit card of indusInd bank which is not refunded yet..
                                  I have applied for PAN change request on 18.02.2017 but I could not take the print out of the acknowledgement receipt. My acknowledgement no. is [protected]. Can you send the acknowledgement receipt to my email id [protected]@gmail.com

                                      Dear authority, i had apply for pan card correction on dated 02/06/2017. I applied through e-kyc and made payment of 116.20 twice. Both time amount deducted from bank account through debit card i authencated my e-kyc. It failes both the time saying your previous payment request has been cancelled. Your money will be refunded back. Please refund my money.
