Sir,
I have applied for PAN card update on 16-Feb-2022. I have paid for physical PAN copy and the physical card is dispatched by NSDL through their courier partner Velex. It is not delivered yet to me until 18-Mar-2022. Velex courier has not even attempted to deliver the PAN card and simply have updated the status as Delivered. Please look into the matter and make sure the PAN card is delivered to me.

Velex courier behaviour is not professional and not worthy to be associated with Govt organization. Please partner with a courier company that is more committed to their business. A document like PAN card can easily be misused if your courier partner is lethargic.

This is the status from Velex courier tracking. Notice how they manipulate the data. The status time is not in order.

I got the PAN card.
The Velex delivery agent was having bunch of PAN cards for past few months in his shop. He is not willing to deliver since he is not paid for couple of months. Someone from nearby city courier office called me and gave the address of delivery agent. I collected my PAN card from his shop that is 5 kms away.
Marking it as resolved.

    My pan card number is OWZPS3582J, it was dispatched on 03/12/2021 as shown on nsdl website with consignment number RT[protected]IN and Application Coupon number is u-G[protected] . Today the date is 18/03/2022 but i have still not received the pan card. Nsdl being government agency should not give careless service like this who are not delivering important documents to customer, I visited post office many times but they say that they haven't had received any consignment for me, I tried contacting customer services but they just delay everything by just saying that I will get a call back from higher team in 2 3 days.
    Please look into this matter as pan card is urgently required for banking services.

      Application status is showing "We have not yet received the supporting documents" even if I have submitted online.

      Sir,

      I had applied for PAN using online facility on 06/03/2022, Acknowledgment Number : N-[protected] and I have digitally signed my application using e Sign, I have uploaded my Aadhaar document as proof..

      On completion I received this message,

      "Thank you for using online facility for PAN application.

      It has been more than 10 days and it is still showing 'Your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data' is under process at Income Tax Department'.

        My pan card dispatched on 22/02/2022 as shown on nsdl website with ack no [protected] by trackon courier with awb no[protected] . Today the date is 15/03/2022 but i have still not received the pan card. Nsdl being government agency should not choose courier service like these who are not delivering important documents to customer and later try to misuse them.
        Please look into this matter as pan card is required for banking services.

          I used the NSDL to apply for PAN card. The whole process went right but at the payment gateway I selected online payment through UPI. QR code appeared which I scanned through the paytm and completed the payment. The payment was successful and amount got deducted from my account but the process did not proceed further. It asked me to login again with token no. But when I'm doing it, it is again asking for the payment to complete. I want my amount to be refunded as soon as possible.

              I was in the process of registering for an NPS account. I updated my details and uploaded the required documents. Then I tried to make a payment but got stuck at the payment gateway. Now I am trying to log in using my acknowledgment id and date, but I am getting the following error:

              "The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #"

                I was trying to apply for a pan card at NSDL website but it failed because mobile number was linked with Aadhar and my ₹106.90 got deducted. My reference number is [protected].
                They are illegally collecting this money with no prior information given at starting as what are the requirements for applying for PAN Card.

                          Sir i applied for pan card on tin nsdl site my token id is [protected]. ₹ 106.90 deducted from my account and now its saying that u don't have any registered email id in aadhar. I think i have to visit a aadhar correction center for changes in aadhar and its too far from my home. And it will take time too. So kindly give me my refund back. Its my humble request to you.                                 Your PAN application has been rejected by the Income Tax Department, as another PAN application is already pending with them. In this regard, you may contact the concerned officer of Regional Computer Centre of the Income Tax Department to clear your previous application.

                                      I've received PRAN Card with allotted PRAN number mentioned on it via email from NPS but I can't generate I-PIN/T-PIN or even raise grievance via their online grievance website as on entering PRAN number their system says - PRAN not found in database or Invalid PRAN.

                                      Please help
