Dear Sir,
I have applied for a new PAN Card in the name of Sunny kumar which dispatched our address in january 5. I couldn’t receive the PAN Card as our home was closed when the local Post Man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the Post Man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

I created NPS account recently and registration was complete and PRAN number is also allocated to me.

PRAN :[protected]

But I am unable to reset password in order to login to my NPS account.

I am getting below error while trying to reset password :-

Online pan card application failure

I tried to apply PANCARD individual online and all the payment done after that the site shows that I can't E-KYC/e-verify the details through online. and I need to apply physically. the message is "Your e-KYC /e-Sign based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC /e-Sign mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working...

Error in E KYC verification

Since more than 1.5 months i am trying to update my wife Name in Pancard . I have completed all the process as asked including payment . But in last step at the time of E KYC verification it is showing error "error while getting ekyc details, please try again ok". I tried multiple times but every time there is same error. Kindly try to help me fix the issue. so that we can update name accordingly....

Your request cannot be processed. please try after some time using returning user option in login page

I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process. after filling in all the required details it took me to the payment page and I have made my payment using Paytm.
The payment got deducted and it took me to 'your request cannot be processed, please try after some time. I am not able to proceed further.

Pan card fee has been not refunded

I applied for a Pan card on 17th January 2022 and because of some wrong details, the process was terminated but the money was deducted and it was said that the money will be refunded within 7 days but it has been over 10 days but the refund has not been refunded. Same pan card issue for two people

My name is Anil kumar. I am from Himachal pradesh. My pan number is DGKPK4392A. I fill my income tax on 2019. late on in found my address is wrong then i found same pan card issue to other person. Getting an Error PRAN not found in database. Need to set IPIN ASAP!! PLEASE HELP

Server failed and Payment deducted, not able to proceed further

After filling out the form The payment got deducted and the below error was displayed:

PAN card not received even after 21 days of being dispatched

My PAN was dispatched by NSDL on December 28 2021 by Trackon Couriers, courier vide airway bill no.[protected]. PAN cards are received with 7 days of being dispatched, but I have not gotten it even on the 19th day ie. January 16, 2022. I urgently need the physical PAN card.
