My name is Gaurav Kumar Choudhary. I am an undergrad student and an adult. As an adult I decided to apply for the pan card on 10FEB which is one of the essential documents for each citizen. So, yesterday after I applied and filled in all my credentials. After that I paid the asked amount and it was all successful. But when I tried to authenticate my AADHAR I didn't receive any OTP on my registered mobile number of AADHAR. I tried several times and continued the process but I failed to receive any OTP on my number. After that I closed the website with a view that I would be able to do it some time later. But next time when I filled the required credentials to Login into the REGISTERED USER section I wasn't able to LOGIN properly and received a message saying-"Please Enter the Valid Details."

I had filled all my details correctly but didn't receive any mail on my EMAIL ID. Nor did I receive any verification code on my mobile phone number which I gave to get it registered for PAN. Please look into this matter as this is very essential aprt of my life.

    Hi.
    I have created the nps account of tier - 1 type. And pran is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as pran not found in database.

    Could you please help me with this. As i'm not able to access, or even check the contribution made for this pran.

        Online PAN : OTP message not received

        I have applied for PAN for modification online via https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html website.

        I have successfully uploaded all documents and also done the payment and Aadhaar seeding validation.

        After that, it took me to OTP authentication screen and here I'm unable to receive OTP to my registered mobile number. I have verified my Aadhaar login and both my mobile number and...

          I was trying to change my name through nsdl portal online

          After making the payment I got this error:-

          Your Previous payment request has been Failed. Your Money will be refunded back. Kindly make another fresh payment

          I tried 3 times each time the money got deducted which was 106.9 rupees per transaction and I got the above error each time

                  After successfully procured the PRAN no. under acknowledgement number 11953023 dt. 09/02/2022, i fail to set the new password, showing " PRAN not found in Database ". Please resolve the dispute.

                    I have applied for new pan today online through e sign e kyc and i got the aknowledgement protected slip but not received any confirmation from nsdl neither on mail nor on mobile no. And pan card status is showing no record found.

                          I applied for PAN card on https://www.pan.utiitsl.com/PAN_ONLINE/CSFPANApp. Transaction is successfully completed and money 106.90 deducted from my account. After the transaction it shows a message "your digital pan application is rejected as uid demographic authentication is not exact match. Please apply through physical submission mode".

                          My amount is still not refunded. How to get the Amount.

                            I registered for NPS on 6th feb, 2022 through enps website. I had successfully registered and received my PRAN through email but I did not receive any email for generating my account password.

                            Please help me with this issue as I'm not able to login to my account.

                            I have received password generation mail today and was able to create my password. Upon signing in, I tried checking my transaction statement but it doesnot show the initial contribution that I made on 6th feb, 2022, for Rs. 2000 while registering for PRAN

                                  Sir I have applied for my PAN card on 29 Dec 2021 and it's show that my PAN card has been delivered to my address via kerry Indev Express but it's not received my me and anyone else...
                                  Actually it's to be delivered on saharanpur address and i have attached the attachment just see the city where they delivered it it's written as MRT and I have called the delivered person he said I don't know any thing and he behave very rudely with me...
                                  What's the behaviour is this it's a matter of someone important document PAN card...
                                  If this happen to us how we would trust any online deliverey person...

                                    I applied for pan for my wife however application not process no specific reason was there but NSDL. they just mentioned cannot process.
