I applied for my pan correction through nsdl website using ekyc on 09 jan 2022. To do payment I opted for paytm payment mode, the transaction of Rs. 106.90 was failed and displayed that my money will be refunded back. Again (second time) I tried after 5 mins using the paytm payment mode, again...

I HAVE RECENTLY OPENED A PRAN ACCOUNT AND VIDE TRANSACTION RECIPT NO. WHD[protected] AND NOW THE ISSUED permanent retirement account no. is not valid as per website when I tried to Authenticate it through NPS Login website. please help.

I have subscribed to nps scheme. I have a valid pran card as well and my monthly contribution is getting deducted. I get notification on my email id and sms, but whenever i try to login to nps website, it says invalid pran. I am unable to view statement or reset password. I am not able to log a grievance as well since that also says that pran is not valid.

I have a complaint regarding payment For "Change in details of PAN Card". I paid ₹106.90/- and the transaction was successful but still nothing happened and an error occurred that request could not be processed.

I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process. and after filling all the required details it taken me to payment page and i have made my payment using paytm.
The payment got deducted and it took me to 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime'. I am not able to proceed further.

I have created the nps account of tier - 1 type. And pran is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as pran not found in database.

To the concerned,
I created an NPS Tier-1 account for which the PRAN was generated.
Although, while logging into the same for setting Ipin or Contribution, a certain error saying the PRAN isn't in the database or the PRAN isn't active is being displayed.
Kindly look into the following as all further actions are dependent on the following and I am not able to make the necessary contributions.
