Dear Sir,
I have applied for a new PAN Card in the name of Sunny kumar which dispatched our address in january 5. I couldn’t receive the PAN Card as our home was closed when the local Post Man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the Post Man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

Therefore, I requesting your resend my PAN Card to same address and I mentioned our details below.

      I created NPS account recently and registration was complete and PRAN number is also allocated to me.

      PRAN :[protected]

      But I am unable to reset password in order to login to my NPS account.

      I am getting below error while trying to reset password :-
      Unauthorised user or PRAN not found in databse

        I tried to apply PANCARD individual online and all the payment done after that the site shows that I can't E-KYC/e-verify the details through online. and I need to apply physically. the message is "Your e-KYC /e-Sign based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC /e-Sign mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days."
        Also they says that I will only get refund with in 7 days. my temporary token id is [protected] and I paid through upi transaction id is :[protected] on 02/02/2022.

        When I checked internet this is the main complaint of this site and many people not get refund as per their comments. so the govt. is not solving the issue of the website due to this and they are getting lots of money.

        I forcibly request to give the amount with in 1 day or give interest for the amount after 1 day in day basis when returning.

          My name is Sunita Rawat and applied for correction in PAN card. My PAN card is not delivered by trackon courier (tracking ID:[protected] yet due to insufficient address while address is also updated in PAN card. There is no communication made by company. Please arrange to resend the same and update the additional contact number for better communication ([protected]/[protected]). Attached acknowledgement number screenshot. Please do needful. Thanks!

            Since more than 1.5 months i am trying to update my wife Name in Pancard . I have completed all the process as asked including payment . But in last step at the time of E KYC verification it is showing error "error while getting ekyc details, please try again ok". I tried multiple times but every time there is same error. Kindly try to help me fix the issue. so that we can update name accordingly.

                I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process. after filling in all the required details it took me to the payment page and I have made my payment using Paytm.
                The payment got deducted and it took me to 'your request cannot be processed, please try after some time. I am not able to proceed further.

                  I applied for a Pan card on 17th January 2022 and because of some wrong details, the process was terminated but the money was deducted and it was said that the money will be refunded within 7 days but it has been over 10 days but the refund has not been refunded.                         Sir,

                        I had applied for PAN using online facility on 24/1/2022, Acknowledgment Number : [protected]and I have digitally signed my application using e Sign, I have uploaded my Aadhaar document and bank passbook as proof..

                        On completion I received this message,

                        "Thank you for using online facility for PAN application.

                        If you have digitally signed your application using eSign/eKYC then there is no need to forward physical documents. "

                        But now when i check my PAN Application Status it shows

                        "We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your PAN application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to NSDL to enable us to process your PAN application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact TIN Call Center at[protected]"

                        Please check my Application ... And reply what i need to do..

                          The user ID/I-PIN you have entered is invalid

                          My PRAN is [[protected]], when try to login i got the below error message
                          "The User Id/I-PIN you have entered is invalid, please try again. For your safety, access to CRA will be locked after 5 consecutive wrong attempts" Please help me out....

                          My name is Anil kumar. I am from Himachal pradesh. My pan number is DGKPK4392A. I fill my income tax on 2019. late on in found my address is wrong then i found same pan card issue to other person. He took too much loan. I check my clbil score is very bad because of him. Please provide me best solution of my problem.

                            I have created the NPS account of tier - 1 type. And PRAN is also generated. But while setting IPIN or while login, I am getting an error as PRAN is not found in the database.

                            Could you please help me with this? As I'm not able to access or even check the contribution made for this PRAN.

                              Sir/madam,

                              I have applied for changes in my pan card on 21st January 2021 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                              "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                              If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                              But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                                I tried to fill the pan application through the NSDL website and selected the online PAN service paperless PAN application.

                                After filling out the form The payment got deducted and the below error was displayed:

                                "Your request cannot be processed. Please try after some time using returing user option on the login page"

                                After this, I was not able to reach any further to the KYC page
                                then I tried this whole process again and unfortunately, IT HAPPENED TWICE.

                                Please refund my money, which was already paid.

                                  My PAN was dispatched by NSDL on December 28 2021 by Trackon Couriers, courier vide airway bill no.[protected]. PAN cards are received with 7 days of being dispatched, but I have not gotten it even on the 19th day ie. January 16, 2022. I urgently need the physical PAN card. Not to mention the consignment has been in the distination city from January 1, 2022, but it has not been delivered and is still in the warehouse. There has been no contact to me by the company regarding such a delay and none of the numbers provided on the website work. I have personally called the contact person Mr Dinanath ([protected]) DOZENS of times but the dial tone is always busy and he has not once called me back in so long. This is irresponsible and being such an important document they should be careful and respect the time of the customer. I have also sent a complaint regarding this on 16 January 2022 but no response from Trackon. Kindly help at earliest possible.

                                    I applied pan reprint of CORVO LIFE SOLUTIONS LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP on 29/12/2021 with acknowledgement no N-[protected]. I didn't receive the pan card till now and when I checked the status of the reprint the NSDL website shows a message Sorry, No record was found. I request to issue a pan card early as possible.
