      I have submitted online for my pan card correction.. On 05/08/2016. But after filing my netbanking detail for payment by billdesk.. The payment had been cancelled... But money 117.35/- is deducted from my hdfc bank account... Kindly refund my money to my bank account as soon as possible... Thank you..

              Pfrda — enps pending registration - not working

              My acknowledgement number is 11094191 and the acknowledgement date is 21/07/2016. when i try to complete pending registration, i get the message "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. please try again after sometime." i am getting this message repeatedly.

                Respected sir/madam

                I visit pan card office today which is located opposite of lal bazar to reapply pan card as i lost it on july the 14th 2016.

                After submitting the application i was called serial wise to collect the receipt and to pay rs. 107

                Lady at the reception was busy in eating and was not bothered for the cash which i was trying to pay. however, i kept rs. 100 on her desk and i got busy for few second to get a change out of my pocket. i saw that lady keeping rs.100 in the draw and after that i handed rs. 10 as a change. she forgot that she kept rs. 100 in her draw and she asked me to come back on 07/16 so that she could calculate the cash received by all the customers. later the man from the cabin came out shouting on me as if i am staff or his servant. this man was sitting inside the cabin and was not aware what happened and started yelling on me which was unexpected. i asked him to stop shouting instead he showed me his attitude and asked the lady not to handover the receipt. i was told that i have to wait till 06:00 pm ist so that they can calculate the cash in order to make a refund.

                I am really upset with the rude behavior. this man sits in the cabin along with the other staff at the left side.

                They really need to work on customer ethics. they do not have manners. they should check cctv camera to find out that the lady took rs.100 and put the money in the draw. they should focus on customer ethics while collecting cash.

                I have to waste almost 4 hours in the office. just to get my receipt and to pay rs. 7 more in order to get a receipt.

                Pathetic service. i wish i could have filed a complaint against the lady and the man for a rude behavior.

                Very poor service. this man needs to understand the matter before they yell on any of the customers.

                  A call from airtel on 2nd june, 2016 has been received that i may be port my vodafone number [protected] with airtel in the scheme of pack 6 (200 local + 450 std + 300 sms + 4g 1gb internet after that 2g unlimited @ rs.399/- per month). on 03 june, 2016 i has submitted supporting documents to airtel customer executive. on 22nd june, 2016 a message has been received my alternet mobile no.[protected] that porting request for mobile no.[protected] to airtel has been rejected by my current operator.

                  On 23rd june, 2016 i have again regenerate upc no-vd274979 and again submitted supporting document to airtel customer executive. my vodafone operator has been disconnected my from 27th june, 2016 but till date 11st june, 2016 my mobile no.[protected] has not activated by airtel. i call & call again in airtel to ms. annu mobile no.[protected] and mr. harish gupta mobile no.[protected]) due to non-activation of my mobile no.[protected] i am pressing hard to communicate my day to day work in my office.

                          I am fed up with nsdl system. whenver i call at their telephone number no is attending. two times call was attended, the executive even did no give name nor provided direct extension number
                          Myu compolaint is for::
                          1. why my account is frozen, despite of fact all documents submitted and contribution made more than specified. no[protected].
                          2 why there is officer to attend the greivance?
                          3. in the toll free number system ask for user id why it is not provided.?
                          4. when user try to lodge the complaint on line why stem does not allow?
                          5. if a person is unable to attend the call why he should invest.
                          6. why government is asking people by giving advettisement to open enps account when there is no one to provide the service..

                              We are trying to book from 28th June, 29th June & 30th June to Ernakulam on Kanyakumari Express a ticket for 28th October, but it does not allow it says "Booking not allowed as the booking date is outside reservation period. Today first thing in the morning at 9.00 am we tried booking and the tickets are wait listed to 58. Can you explain how this happend, there is no complain cell no also in irctc.co.in wherein we can book a complaint. Can we find a solution to this. This is a long route and I agree people all over India will be booking, but at this rate i think you need to put an extra train for longer routes.

                              booking for Kanyakumari Express for 28th of October on 28th Of June.
                              Automatic birth allocation on online tickets is a havoc, I find whenever I book for my mom who is 70 years its always on upper birth, please stop this old people will not be able to climb, and there are less humans travelling since people don't have the courtesy to offer an old lady the birth below or sometimes its like they are also with young children and will not be able to share, Can something be done for this. I have tried all the options online, if we are 4 travelling its 2 upper birth and 2 middle birth. Kindly find a solution to this online problem where 55 and above upper birth should not accept and it should be a lower birth, and its only mom travelling with my younger kid also she gets an upper birth, and most of the journey she completes sitting down bend which gives a back ache.

                                    I have applied for change in address (To ahmedabad, gujrat ) from gurgaon, haryana. I received the new pan after corrections on my new address but with gurgaon jurisdiction. This fact is known to me recently when i checked the status of my pan from income tax site. My jurisdiction should be ahmedabad but in pan records it is wrongly mentioned gurgaon. Due to this irregularity i am not getting my it refunds since last three years from ito ward no 2(1) gurgaon where i am filing my itr regularly. Kindly rectify this error on an early date.

                                      I had applied for pran no on 10 dec 2015. But till now i didnt recieve any message or mail from nsdl about my pran nmber. Please let me know whether my application is reached you or not?. I wish to know how much time is needed to prepare a pran card and when it will be send. My name is sudhakar mandla.                                         Income tax department (Itd) database shows that you may have been issued pan in your name. Itd yet to inform status of your application.
                                        Ir, at first time i applied pancard then i loss that pan card i have no xerox copy also in my hand. Iam not given any proof to outside for identity. So i applied new pancard then my status this like. Please take care and slove my problem itd. I got job in software company but iam waiting for pancard. I need pan card number urgently and how many days is take to generate the pan card number dispatch and come to my address

                                        how many days we will wait for my pancard .please inform me, when i call to costumer care they telling wait 4or 5 days and some saying wait 9or10 days.this 5days also complete then there is no my pan application status
