I have applied for a new pan card in the name of hasina which has been already dispatched on our address in sep'2017.
But i couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed and as per pan status, the pan card is returned to the nsdl office.

      Dear sir,

      While i trying to create ipin, system shows an error massage 'pran not found in database'.
      Also when i try to register grevienve at https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA/cgmsMenuOnloadForSub.do. i am getting error "please enter valid pran". Even i enter correct pran number. Below is the pran number which is availabe on my card.

          Dear sir / madam,

          I have been facing a problem to update my aadhar number in my pran account.
          An error comes during update the aadhar number is : "modification request is pending for the pran[protected]

          In this regard, i have tried to made a grievance complaint also... But that to of no avail.

          Therefore, i request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue asap.

            Hi,

            It has been around 5-6 hours and i have been getting the below error when i trying to complete my registration with the acknowledge number 11523162
            And was registered on[protected].

            Error:
            Registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime.

            Kindly resolve as soon as possible as i have to make the payment before 31st march.

                I have registered for the nps using enps from nsdl cra. I used aadhaar for registration. I received a confirmation mail stating that a pran was allotted, and a pin would be provided by email shortly.

                I have so far not received a follow-up email with a pin.
                I wish to make a contribution to nps for the current financial year.

                    Have been trying to call this toll free from last 2 days,, continuously get a message saying the "our service is not available on this route".. Difficult to reach out for clarification especially when all documents requested are sent and yet its not processed.. Govt should not impose deadlines (Like 31st mar) if we are unable to process documents or at least communicate

                      I have applied for a new pan card in the name of anil kumar on 01/03/2018. The pan was shipped but the courier company did not have service in our village so they sent back the pan card. They also put in correct statue that "consinee not available" in the tracking. Please look into the matter as this not only wastes the precious time but also wastes the government money.

                        Sir/madam,

                        I have applied for new pan card on 26th march 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number : n-[protected]. On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                        "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                        If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                        But when i checked my application status, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                            Status is showing (We have received the documents with reference to your pan application. However, the documents are not valid.)

                            I uploaded my passport in documents & verified the aadhar with otp.

                                  Your PAN card dispatched by courier was returned undelivered to NSDL after which it was re-dispatched by Registered/Speed Post. However, the PAN card was again returned undelivered to NSDL on 26-Feb-2018. Further we would like to inform you that PAN card can be dispatched to communication address only, If your address has changed then you may apply for 'Request for New PAN Card or / and Changes

I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

                                      Hello sir, i have lost my pan card so, i have tried to reprint the pan card via online, though there is some error my application got rejected but the payment is done and the transaction is suceeded. I have paid rs.115 through my iob debit card. But i haven't recieved my refund amount to bank and my token number is [protected] in which i had paid the amount. So i request you to refund my amount as soon as possible.

[protected] has forgot and i tried many times in sites but shown incorrect i-pin or otp not received by me. It is therefore requested that please change my mobile no. (New mobile no. [protected]). I have faced financial problem. Pse resolve my problem.
