Dear concern,
I have applied for a new pan card in the name of hasina which has been already dispatched on our address in sep'2017.
But i couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed and as per pan status, the pan card is returned to the nsdl office.
Therefore, i requesting your re-dispatch the pan card to same address and details mentioned below for reference.
