I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-kyc aadhar verification process. The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.' My token no is: [protected] Email: t. i have applied my new pan card through nsdl online however now status is showing that "Your application is under process at Income Tax Department.".
Pls look this matter serious and resolve the problems.
