Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — 'your request cannot be processed, please try after some time using returing user option in login page'.

I have tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and after filling in all the required details it took me to the payment page and I have made my payment using UPI.
The payment got deducted and it took me to 'your request cannot be processed, please try after some time using returing user option in login page'. I am not able to proceed further.
